I usually don't Yelp, but every time I fire up my new mod I didn't want to buy, I'm so damn glad I was talked into it. The asian-dude (sorry my man I don't remember your name) with the Lighthouse hat (LOL), sold me. No one can sell me or tell me what to do. He convinced me. I am so thankful you got through to me, and the word SALE sold me. Excellent business man. You can't buy knowledge, but he gave me knowledge. Give him a raise immediately! I know it must be a pain in the ass catering to each flavor I want to try and I can't decide. Your guys job must be tuff. But kudos and credit where it is due. Not sure what I'm trying to say, but big-ups over there. I am happy. I am thankful. I bought my mod weeks ago, and still thinking to myself, "self, give them a shout-out. They deserve it." Sadly I did not like the atmosphere/vibe this place gave off the prices were a bit more than the place i normally go to but since it was in the neighborhood i'd thought i would try it. I understand this is a vape store but upon entering, boy were there no ventilation what so ever it was so beyond smokey it looked like a cigarette casino. I'm not going to name any one but the person who helped me was kind of snooty. I tried to use my check in offer but they informed me that they don't use yelp services anymore...From what I know you don't need to pay yelp to have them take off your check in offer so maybe you guys should look around in your account and remove it since its false advertisement. I like the e-liquid but i feel you need to put more of the flavor in them. Like the blueberry blast you don't taste , mango, cotton candy, apple pie, french vanilla, kiwi strawberry all of these i have and you can not taste the flavor at all. read more

I really like Orbit Vape! I have never had a bad experience there. Their workers are all kind and they are all helpful. I go to this Vape shop because this is the only shop I know that sells Big Stik and that is my favorite flavor at the moment and they never run out. I like how they offer 3mg of Big Stik now but I only get 6mg or 12mg. They also have a wide range of flavors so you will definitely find a flavor you will like. I'm very practical, and to me when it comes to liquids if you have the 70/30 ratio I like and a palatable flavor then you are good! So now it comes down to the service and this is why I'm writing a review. I came in looking to get more juice, found it after 2 tastings. I told them what I liked and they found it! [Fruity but not too sweet, lychee & strawberry was it!] Then, I mentioned that my coil is a bit weird, and the guy took a look at it, ended up changing it for me and did a rebuild and did not even charge. But very friendly, nice, great conversations. thanks Rose! but the great thing was, i have already chosen a flavor (which i will not name) that didnt taste that bad inside the shop, which also was not the same vaping device that i normally use, which is a RDA. and i actually already had came back to work. BUT when i got back to work. i dripped that flavor into my RDA, was not the same tasting!!! lol but Orbit Vapes was great enough to let me return the flavor that i have already bought and to swtich it out to a another flavor at no extra cost! 5 star service! I came here when I first started and they helped me out with every question concerning vaping that I had(you can ask Rose herself LOL). Some things are on the pricier side but generally everything is priced fairly. All the workers are nice and down to earth and its the first shop I felt comfortable enough to chill there and not not just walk in and out. In fact I started hanging out with them out of work! I wanted to finally post something about this place. I would have to say that this vape shop has some of the friendliest people in the industry. I have not visited EVERY shop in town and yes, this place is one or 3 places I visit, but, every time is a great experience. from people that come to test out flavors, buy products or just have questions, the employees at Orbit always have a smile and a sense of humor. Which is hard to find. Especially the fact that they remember me and what i buy for juice every time. Now, for all those who gave this a bad review, let me ask you a question... You go into Orbit Vape and sit down to test some flavors. After 26 different flavors can you even remember what the first one tasted like? the 6th? the 14th? Probably not and the whole time the employees are ready to hand you another sample to try out and make suggestion. Then, you walk out. Got your fix for the day, good customer service, a smile and a good bye. You think that would make you happy as an employee??? Not that the time is spent, not that you wasted their juice. But do people a favor and yourself, try 10 MAX flavors and decide your top 2. Then try a bottle. If it is not for you, then come back and try another 10. I can tell you that if you try 26 flavors, the bottle you take home, if you actually buy something, will def. not taste ANYWHERE NEAR what you tasted at the shop. So ya, flavors will vary based on your assumption or based on whatever you tasted, but don't blame them if the flavors don't taste right every time. Its not them. Also, anyone who bitches about price, go somewhere else where there are no employees, not overhead. Hell, go online, buy something and try to get help when it breaks or doesn't come to the expectations you have. Simple enough. read more

I asked if I can purchase some liquid and they said they're closed and that the register is closed out. I said I can pay cash and do not need a receipt. So much for customer service!!! Decent place, little hole in the wall. The only really knowledgable one really is the gentleman that gives seminars on Thursdays the other two don't really seem to know their products that well. I gave this place a 2 because they really enjoy talking down on you and your current capes the entire time pushing on their products more, understandably to boost sales but man 2/2 they helped but pissed me off at the same time as well as my friends I took along with me.
