SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE MR lee had good coustomer service but he needs to learn more skills and be honest with he can or cant do things. He kept saying "if my daughter was here she could do it" well she's not in today so I had to get something simple and I still got thick chunky acrylics I'll attach photo and lmk what y'all think. Shops are going downhill

It's been exactly a week since I had my nails done at Miracle Nails by Mr. Lee. I had decided on a whim to visit Miracle Nails just because I was meeting with a friend for lunch in the Huebner Oaks area, and I'm so glad I did! It was only my second time having my nails done professionally, and my first time getting dip. Not only do I believe Mr. Lee did a fantastic job on my nails, but he provided exceptional service! He was so patient and welcoming, making sure I received exactly what I wanted and having genuine conversation with me while he worked. Everything was clean, there was no rush, and I definitely felt like a valued customer.

Nailed it! I came in for some cute autumn-colored nails (Halloween is right around the corner) and was super happy with the outcome. I absolutely LOVE this place, and I love how Lee does my nails. I've been going to him since 2019 and he has not once let me down. He used to have help, but now he's doing mani/pedi's on his own and running this nail shop completely on his own. He's the best! read more

I have never in my 40 plus years of getting pedicures had such a quick in and out experience. It was literally a half hour pediicure. My feet were soaked for 15 minutes and done in 15 minutes. I was shocked! I don't pay 40 bucks for a pedicure just to soak my feet rub oil on my legs and then polish! This I could have done at home!! Just horrible! read more

I really should have read the reviews before coming here. The guy cut my nail way too short before asking what I wanted to do. He also didn't understand the difference between squared and round nails, so ended up butchering my nails. My nail clipper could have done a better job at shaping it. Not worth your money ladies! I paid $25 for a basic manicure and have buyers remorse. read more

Showed two different inspiration pictures for my pedicure, and my nails didn't turn out anything like them. Hands down the worst massage I've ever received during a pedicure. And the scrub? They used such a tiny amount I could barely even feel it. I can't believe I paid $65 for this. I work so hard on my feet every single day and was looking forward to an amazing pedicure today. I'm assuming all of these people are coming in with bad attitudes and expect to be treated like goddesses despite that. I've been coming here for years and I've never been treated horribly or had a bad experience! Lee is always so kind and sweet, I can't imagine him being anything less than that! I'm going to start off by saying I'm a licensed nail tech. So I know how nails are suppose to look. I had gotten a full set done at quarry nails and had such a terrible experience so I was definitely scared to go somewhere else. I decided to come here because it's very close to where I live. I got a fill done. Lee (the owner) did absolutely wonderful I wish I could give him 10 stars. I'm very picky. I didn't have to ask him to fix anything, he did everything exactly how I wanted without me having to say anything. That can be very hard to find. I will be back to get my nails done with him! So far so good. Was visiting in the area and decided on a whim on a Tuesday afternoon to stop in for a pedi. There was no wait. The techs are all male here which I've never encountered before. They did good work and were patient with me when I had trouble picking a color and the changed my mind after he painted one toe lol. Good price. Will return if I am in the area again :) read more

Went on a Friday afternoon, the place was empty. Was greeted immediately by a man, and asked what I wanted. I was also offered any water/soda/wine. The service was nice and the guys working were very friendly. I got blue dip powder on my nails, which was $45. He also took off my pre-existing shellac polish for no extra charge (which is a pain in the a**) so I was appreciative of that. Now the dip powder takes longer than shellac, which is worth it in my opinion. I chose a pretty royal blue color. It looks great. My only complaint is that I must've hit one nail on something after he did the top coat because theres a little scratch on one nail. Otherwise, he did an excellent job. One other thing- this place had a TV, but they had a soundtrack on so it was a still screen. Maybe put on a show or movie? Kind of felt like there wasn't much to look at unless I wanted to stare at a wall or stare at the guy doing my nails, which would've been creepy. read more

I have visited Miracle nails a few times since moving to San Antonio and each time has been a solid experience. I have gotten pedicures and a gel manicure and I have been satisfied with all of the work I've had done. A basic pedicure is $30, which seems a little pricey for this grad student, but they do a great job and it is worth it to treat yourself! I have visited various days of the week. Saturday mornings/early afternoons are fairly busy, but Friday afternoon/early evening was slow, so I was able to get in and out in a short time. Pro Tip: this salon is located in a small strip center with various restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, hair salons, etc. If you need to get a lot done in a short time, check out this area! read more

Very sweet people but I got my nails done yesterday and ones already chipped and multiple nails don't have the coats on the edges, like big chunks not just the "you can't see me" parts. You see where one layer of coat is completely missing on an entire hand. read more

Got dip on my natural nails.. took over an hour got cut on my pinky and there is left over dip residue on 4 of my 10 fingers .. no massage .. nothing extra .. put my fingers in a bowl filled with water .. cut the cuticles, semi shaped my nail.. then did the dip powder on my nails.. nothing extra .. on the counter it shows the price list. . When I went to pay the price list showed "Dip with natural nails $45" the tech said "you $50" when I looked at the list and questioned the amount he said "$5 extra for your cuticles" isn't that usually something included with manicures ? Nothing extra about my cuticles .. What's the $45 charge for -- they didn't even give me lotion or massage my hands.. Should've went to my normal salon where gel with tip is $45.. I tried both guys, both did terrible...one did a pink fill and the other did pink and white (charged me $40, which I don't mind paying if they r flawless) I could not look at them for more than a week! Had to go somewhere else to have them redone ...won't b going back! read more

The lengths also vary, as she didn't take a second to measure any of them against one another or anything. I got these done on Feb 5th and don't like to leave negative reviews but everyday since then I have been wanting to peel my nails off. They were noticeably "off" immediately after leaving the salon and looked grown out already. I haven't gotten my nails done in years so I thought I was overthinking in the salon, also the manicurist was obviously in a bad mood and was rushing and I didn't want to be annoying. Next time I get my nails done I will speak up for myself, though. Unfortunately won't be coming back to this spot, as even my sister upon seeing the nails immediately after asked why I didn't "go somewhere nice" :( Saw many reviews and ads for this spot so I thought I could trust them but my hands feel so gross to me now and I can't wait to get them fixed.

I like to develop relationships with my Self-Care peeps and it's important to me that they're engaging, talented and easy to get along with. Sandy is that type of person. She's fast and helps me out. I showed her my one broken nail that I told I kept trying to grow out but kept breaking and showed her my thin, scraggly nails. I told her I was trying to grow them out for months after I stopped using Dip Powders. She hooked me up and made them look pretty even if the nails weren't long. Kudos to her and thank you for not letting me feel embarrassed about the state of my toes and nails, LOL!! She'd just say "It's okay! I'll take care of you!" :-)

With busy schedules, I found a day that worked for everyone and booked my appointment. I arrived about an hour early so I could enjoy the hot tub before my massage. I was also planning to take advantage of the spa amenities afterward and grab lunch at one of the restaurants. About 10 minutes before my appointment, I put on my robe and headed to the waiting area. As my appointment time came and went, I watched every other guest get called back for their massages while I continued to wait. After another 10 minutes had passed, I finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on. The manager came out and informed me that there had been a miscommunication and my massage therapist was unable to make it to work that day. Unfortunately, there were no other therapists available and no alternative appointment times. I was simply told they were sorry and that I would need to reschedule. At that point, I broke down in tears. This wasn't just a massage, it was my birthday gift and my first opportunity to step away from the chaos and demands of postpartum life. Having that experience taken away without any notice was incredibly disappointing. To their credit, they did offer me a complimentary massage whenever I am able to rebook, which I appreciated and accepted. However, this was a very disappointing first impression. A simple phone call before I arrived could have saved me the time, effort, childcare arrangements, and emotional letdown.

I've been wanting to find a great nail salon, and stick to it. And today happened!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE I am VERY satisfied with my nails. I've never been so in love with them. The guy who did my nails gave me some tip and fact about how to keep my nails healthy. He also did a fantastic job with my nails. Now, in the past, I've always got my nail done, looking off shape, bubbles on them , and even had some that left my fingers bleeding. But this place, did a Magnificent job with mine today! Lee, the owner is the absolute best, after my first time here I would not go elsewhere. PAWS,CLAWS,and BROWS!!! Lee takes his time on his work and makes sure the look you were going for is achieved! I came in for a last minute pedi and was seated right away. Vi was getting water ready before I even picked a polish. He gave me THE best pedicure of my life. He was so sweet and very firm but gentle at the same time. He took his time and did many coats of the gel polish I selected to make sure the color was evenly matching in all of my toes. The owner Lee is a very hardworking and kind gentleman who greets people who walk in. I haven't had a problem coming here to clean my eyebrows which the owner does wonderfully and with precision. The only place I would come to clean my eyebrows and I've been to several places. I am apprehensive about cleaning my eyebrows since most salons make me look weird but with the way the owner "cleans", I don't worry about looking like an alien walking out with eyebrows on fleek! read more

Lee always does an Amazing job! I've been seeing him for years and he has never done a bad set on me. I like my nails dipped, set really thin and square. My nails withstand rock climbing, cleaning and nearly everything+ I've thrown at them. No matter the color or finish, his customer service is on point.
