The food was far from satisfactory; the steaks were overcooked, dry, and lacked any distinct flavor. It was evident that little attention was given to preparing the dishes with care and precision. The management of the restaurant was equally disappointing. There seemed to be a lack of organization and communication among the management, resulting in slow service and an overall disorganized dining experience. It felt as though they were understaffed and unable to handle the number of customers efficiently. In addition to the culinary and service shortcomings, the ambiance was underwhelming. The lighting was too bright, and the noise level made it difficult to hold a conversation without raising our voices. Overall, my visit to Orchid Steakhouse was a letdown. I recently dined at the Orchid Steakhouse, and it exceeded all my expectations. The atmosphere was incredibly inviting with dim lighting and elegant décor. The star of the show, of course, was the food. We started with the grilled octopus, meatballs, and truffle gnocchi- all were delicious and a must try! For our meals we had a variety of dishes including the carbonara pasta and filet wagyu that was bursting with flavor, practically melting in your mouth. The service was exceptional. We were warmly greeted by Paige, and taken care of by amazing servers. Both the owner and the chef stopped by our table to ensure we were well taken care of. Overall, it was a great experience and I am looking forward to my next visit to the Orchid! read more

I had a wonderful dining experience at The Orchid Steakhouse! The atmosphere was beautiful, elegant, and welcoming, and the entire experience felt very special from beginning to end. I ordered the scallops with potatoes and carrots, and everything was absolutely delicious. The scallops were cooked perfectly, and the potatoes and carrots complemented the dish so well. And I definitely couldn't leave without dessert--the tiramisu was the perfect way to finish the meal! The food, presentation, ambiance, and service all came together to make this a great experience. Orchid had a modern ambiance, lots of tones of green,black and gold adding an elegant touch. The service was great, and the waitress was very helpful with narrowing down options. Given the other guest and I are foodies it was hard to pick as their menu had many great options. Everything from the buratta to the bone marrow risotto and NY strip were nothing short of amazing. The steak, quite literally melted in my mouth. It was 10/10. The chef even came out and talked to not just our table but many others as well. My only complaint is they had the same 4 songs in loop and it didn't quite fit the modern vibe that the setting provides. I will definitely be returning to try other menu items. read more

Our waitress took note that I wasn't eating and told me that simply would not do and hustled to the kitchen to come out with the chicken dish, I was so appreciative of her noticing and accommodating this, truly, amazing service and that chicken was succulent beyond words! We also got 3 of the desserts, the seasonal eggnog bread pudding, the cinnamon raisin bread pudding which was insanely delicious as I personally am not a huge bread pudding fan but if every bread pudding was this?
