We ate lunch here on a weekday so there was no wait and it was not busy at all. The staff and service were great. They offered my kids pizza dough to play with which they absolutely loved and kept them pretty occupied while waiting for our food! The kids meals are hearty as are the servings you receive for salads and other entrees! You could definitely share and then take some food home as well! Everything came out fresh and delicious, our drinks were filled when needed and everything was great. I would definitely come back again with my family! read more

Let me start with... it pains me to say, that I was so disappointed in my Sunday night dinner. I moved to CA a year ago now and make it a point to go to Oregano's when I'm back in AZ and the last 2 3 times I have been, I have been disappointed in different was so where it makes me sad but I had to say something this time. I have had it all but like anyone else, I have my favorites and this time I wasn't going to go due to my last experience but I went anyway. - Pablo Picasso salad, not the spicy flavor I crave with it and it was dry. All of it, the chicken, the lettuce. Just nothing that represented my love for this place. - big rig, not only was it watery, flavorless... I ordered one meet ball in the sauce and one on the side. That means chopped up into the sauce and one whole and you might not think that's a big deal but it would have made a diff on the watered down sauce I got. -soggy garlic bread. Not crunch at all. - chocolate chip pazuki, clearly not baked long enough and once again, not as ordered. With the ice cream on the side (as a crunchy cookie is my thing) and I did not get that. + Balenie but that's premixed and how can you mess that up + cheesecake I wish now that I would have taken a picture because you could clearly see the sadness. I don't have it in my heart to leave less starts but it really doesn't deserve 3. Update; Thank you @oreganos for making things right. Came here for lunch on Sunday. And they do not disappoint. Wife had a Italian Sandwich and I had the thin crust pizza with pepperoni. Once again we loved the food. Now for the service, the bartender Jeanette was Awesome, And let me tell you about the Host Don. As soon as we walked thru the door and he greeted us. We sat at the bar and any chance Don and he free minute he talked with us. Made me and my wife feel like we were old friends he basically was the most friendly host ever. read more

We love coming here but I was very disappointed with the experience today. I tried for the last 20 mins to join the waitlist but the app keeps giving me an error message when I click join waitlist. I called and let them know of the issue but was told there's nothing they can do to help since their policy is to not take names over the phone. My app is up to date and we were less than 5 miles away. Fix your waitlist app issue please! read more

Always a great experience at Oregano's but our last visit was super awesome due to our waiter. I wish I remembered his name! (Nice young guy that reminded me of David Archuleta) He asked just the right questions to help us with our order which I really appreciated! Because of this, my husband and I got exactly what we wanted. Just a little tip on the Pizza Cookie- it's best when served "medium". Sometimes it comes to us way too raw. My go to comfort food! Since they've opened back up post COVID shut down, their To-Go process is on point. You can tell the host and the person behind the pick up counter are smiling and so friendly even with their masks on! As always the food taste as good to go as to dine in. Ordered the Bollo Pasta and Cesar salad with grilled chicken. The 15 min ride home and the pasta is still smoking hot! Comfort food for such a time as this- hit the spot! read more

i love oreganos but this location absolutely not. when my group of friends and i all got seated, the waiter came up to us and asked if we were high and asked where our parents were, because he said we looked like middle schoolers to him. not even a hello welcome in or what can i get for you...just went in for these weird questions. my friends and i are all 18+ and we were not high and just were confused by the situation. even if we were younger there was no need to ask those questions! through the night he kept bringing up weird stories about how he was arrested?! and with drugs?!?!? he didn't tell us his name but he was very weird and creeped all of us out. anyways we ordered a basket of fries with ranch and ketchup as an appetizer and the little dish's the sauce came in were very dirty. there was some leftover sauce and food on our fries from the bottom of the cup that the cup was sitting on, very disgusting. i tried unwrapping my silverware to use my napkin and the napkin was stuck to the fork with some type of used gum! the cleanliness of this location worries me. i did not enjoy my experience at this location, and it ruined the vibe of me and my friends having a good time. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Tonight is the second night in the last few weeks that we have Door Dashed Oreganos. The first time they forgot the chicken for our Cesar salad but we didn't call and just ate our dinner disappointed. Tonight we ordered Oreganos Door Dash again and this time no Cesar salad dressing. My wife called and spoke to a manager, Izzy Reyes and explained the issue. Izzy offered to have my wife come down 20 minutes to the Oreganos to pick up the dressing. My wife explained we Door Dashed so we didn't have to make the drive and asked for a refund. Izzy took no responsibility and insisted that we paid Door Dash and to deal with them. My wife explained that Door Dash receives the food in a heat sealed bag so it wasn't their error but Izzy could care less. Bottom line, we used to like Oreganos food and can live with mistakes but the fact that the mistakes are repetitive and management could care less if the customer is happy means we will never order from here again. Should have went with Papa Paul's, a much friendlier and tastier place in Litchfield Park. read more

Absolutely DELICIOUS!! My waitress was awesome! Will never go to Olive Garden again. Not only was their thin crust pizza just taste bud popping good but their pasta was to die for. Was so impressed!! We god dessert too. The restaurant is a bit small for being as packed as it was. We did have a 45 min wait but was worth it. We were so satisfied with our dishes and service from our waitress, we gave a 30% tip. We got 2 appetizers 2 pasta entres a 12" pizza 2 drinks and cookie dough dessert. Total bill was $78. Great news for Military they have 20% discount. So bill came to $65. And yes it was just me and my husband and no we didn't eat everything lol!! We sampled all the entres and had everything but dessert in to-go boxes =P" JFYI though.. Portions of the food are pretty big sizes. Enjoy!! read more

We have come to oreganos for long time and we always have great experience and good service and the food is great

Tim was our server and made sure we had everything we wanted. He helped us celebrate a two year olds birthday with a mini pizookie. He was super friendly and super responsive to our needs! The food came out quickly and piping hot. Donald was very attentive to our table making sure our plates and cups didn't stack up. He kept checking on us to make sure we didn't need anything more. Tonight, my family decided to celebrate our son's 7th birthday at Oreganos! We had a very large group, over 20 people. When we walked in, we were greeted by Don! He was so kind and so patient in helping us find the best place to fit our large party! Once we decided on the patio, Don quickly got to work putting all the tables together as best as he could for our big group. He brought out fortune cookies and pizza dough for the kids and even made sure the heaters were on for my grandmother! Alyssa was an excellent server for our large party, and they were very patient with us! We will be back all thanks to the wonderful Don and Alyssa for making us feel so welcome! If I could I would rate it zero stars! Party of 5 on a busy Saturday night, the appetizers came out within 15 minutes which were enjoyable. It's took over an hour for the food to arrive and all dishes were cold. The waiter was informed of all the dishes being cold and took the food back. I asked for manager, she came back with the food and was told the food was fresh but no way the food would be fresh within 5 minutes. I explained the food was only taken back 5 minutes ago and then she doubted the food was fresh. The manger didn't offer any kind of sympathy but indicated that she would remove the items from the bill. No discount was applied and overpaid for appetizers and a couple of mixed drinks. Will never return to this Oregano's location and I am now questioning if I'll ever return to Oregano's again. read more

The wait list option is a definite must, they're always busy. Because of this their food takes a very long time to be served, once waited for about an hour for our meal. The meal portions are very large. Personally, their food is mediocre; but again, that is my own opinion. My waitress was very sweet, along with the hostess at the front. Very nice vibes. I was suggested to go here by a really good friend of mine and let me tell you we are not friends anymore! We are roommates now! Anyways I came here for their famous deep dish pizza pie and it was great! I ordered a few things. I ordered a basket of sweet potato fries, which tasted really great. I then ordered some sweet and spicy wings! Which I loved so much I ordered the sauce from Amazon! I attached the photo below! It was a little too spicy for my liking so I ended up ordering a glass of milk, which my server Randy, gladly obliged. To finish off I ordered a big beef sandwich but I was so full I only at half!
