This place is a rip off. I ordered through Door Dash on February 24. I ordered the veggie sandwich with sweet fries. The Dasher delivered it on time but Oreganos gave me a Parmesan chicken sandwich instead. I called and spoke to the manager: I believe her name was Nicole. She apologized profusely and said they would reimburse me my money back. She said if I didn't receive anything by that Friday which would be Feb 28 to call back and ask for CAM. So of course nothing had been reimbursed I called and spoke CAM. He had no idea what I was talking about since the previous person "Nicole" Did not make any note about my complaint. I explained to him about my order and he said he would send it up to "upper management" and get it taken care of. It is now March 12 and I still have not received my reimbursement. It's 18.60 that should be reimbursed... it's not a huge amount but don't promise customers that you will take care of it and no it get it done. So my advice don't order Oreganos from Door Dash. I definitely will Never eat here again ************************** Welp It's been 2 weeks and nothing has been done! Liars Liars. For the quick, easy, low quality prepared food you receive...it is too overpriced! Someone in my party added beef to their pasta dish and it was literally cheap box steak-ums ripped apart at an additional charge of $5. The only saving grace to the evening was our wait staff, Valerie, who was very friendly and always attentive. We won't be back to patronize this restaurant. I took my 3 daughters rmy and my wife out for Valentines Dinner at Oregano's on Orange Grove and Oracle. I checked in on the Yelp app. to call ahead waiting list. When, we arrived the hostess said, we would have a small wait. Ok, no biggie.. we waited about 5 minutes. We got sat at our table waitress was nice, took our order. We waited 1 hr before we got our food?! When we asked what was taking so long she replied they are working on getting To Go Orders first? The portions are good. Service was good. I ordered the "Flag Lasagna". Ehhhh...I was expecting traditional lasagna (metal plate covered in melted browned cheese). I couldn't find any cheese. There wasn't even parmesan cheese on the table. I could pass on the spinach in it too. I'm easy to please but I could hardly eat 1/2 of it. Salads looked good though. I know this is a chain.....but we LOVE it! We no longer look at the menu even.....we order the Oregano's Favorite salad - warning - it is HUGE. We split it and still can't finish it. It is full of pine nuts, Greek olives, feta cheese, raisins & roasted red pepper. We actually ask them to leave out the red pepper . Then comes the pizza. We love the thin crust sausage pizza. We order the biggest one because it is just as good cold! The lines a long if you go during peak hours; so plan accordingly & you won't get upset! Thy have different cookie flavors and you can even do Half and half if you can't just do one flavor. Walking in I was greeted by a friendly hostess and I told her I was looking for a friend who'd already sat down. Wandering through this restaurant is tough as the layout makes you feel like you're in a lab rat's maze. The aisles are narrow and there are twists and turns at nearly every table so although I could see my friend making it to her was a bit of a task. The beers on tap were excellent and the service speedy. I ordered wings and inquired how hot their "wings of fire" were, the server gave me a bit of a shrug, perhaps she wasn't a spicy-food-fan, so I opted to split my wings between that at the garlic Parmesan. I found both to be pretty good. I wouldn't really classify the "wings of fire" as such but they did have a good spice/flavor to make up for what they were lacking in the scoville scale. Their portion sizes are enormous. We would've been fine with 1 salad, 1 appetizer, 1 large pizza, and 3-4 pastas. Appetizer was zucchini fries. Loved it. 5/5. Comes with ranch. The salads were just ok. We ordered the pablo picasso and antipasto thing. I would give them both 3/5. I would've preferred more salad dressing. They were rather dry. Pizza we ordered thin crust Clark street meat and margherita. Both were good, especially the Clark street meat, but I wish their crust was crispier. I would give both pizzas a 4/5. Pastas ordered were zany ziti with sausage (3/5), chicken parmesan (3/5), big rig with sausage (3/5), alfredo the dark with chicken (3/5), and 2 el diablo shrimp (5/5). All pastas were ordered with extra sauce. I tried all of them, but none of them really wowed me except the el diablo shrimp. I would definitely order that one again. The alfredo, even with extra sauce, was very dry. I had to ask the waitress for more sauce. The red sauce pastas were nothing special. My homemade red sauce is better. I wouldn't order any of those again. The pastas more or less all came with garlic bread. I liked the alfredo's garlic bread (4/5), which was toasted more than the bread for the other pastas for some reason. I hate limpy soft garlic bread, which is what all the red sauce pastas came with (2.5/5). The sausage that came with two of the pastas were delicious (5/5). Pizookies. Both were amazing. Delicious hot cookie with cold vanilla ice cream. Ordered chocolate chip and macadamia nut (5/5). Alcohol. Their mai tai was ok. I didn't care for it, but the person who ordered it liked it enough to order another. I got the signature gibbilini bellini, which they describe as a peachy frozen margarita. We showed up at 6:50 pm not realizing that they changed their hours and would be closing at 8:00 pm due to COVID. The hostess told us it would be a 30 min wait. It ended up being closer to a 40 min wait due to there only being two waiters for everyone inside and outside. All tables were social distanced and they gave us a link to check where we were in line. We considered leaving more then once because tons of people ordered food in advance and were picking up food and in our minds we wouldn't have enough time to look at the menu, order and eat before 8:00 pm. We did stay and in a way, we are glad we did. The waiter we had was so extremely nice and kind and went above and beyond to give us everything we wanted and more. Spoons, refills on soda and our bollo-pasta bowls. Everything was so delicious and we did not feel pressured or hurried to order or eat. He kept reassuring us we could take our time. We loved our experience, but to save time, ordering in advance is the best way to go if your okay with eating at home. read more

Oreganos is a great Italian food family restaurant. Their prices and portions can't be beat. I usually order a salad, sandwich or pasta. You can order a salad and easily split it with someone else, and unless you're big eaters both of you will be satisfied. I can never finish a whole sandwich and have leftovers to take home. I did order the Zany Ziti pasta one time and it was overdone. I should have sent it back but the dish takes awhile to prepare and I didn't feel like waiting. They have good appetizers including garlic bread, wings,and artichoke dip. A great place to come for good food at reasonable prices. read more

Wow - That was disappointing. 1st the wait, the Yelp AP "went down" at the restaurant so everyone got 20 minutes on arrival. Which was accurate, but made the AP useless. Oregano's is always awesome, top quality food and service. We usually get the big rig pasta with a meat(sausage, meatball, or chicken), and egg plant parm. Of course that's after enjoying a delicious appetizer of garlic cheesey bread! Now mind you that after eating all of that we are pretty much disgustingly full, they always manage to sell us on the delicious pizza cookie for desert! I recommend the white chocolate macadamia nut! We like to go later in the evening when the weather has cooled down during the summer, because we like to sit on the patio since it can be super loud inside at times. During the "winter times it seems to be comfy since they have multiple heaters and the two fireplaces. Keep up the great work! (Review I didn't finish apparently^) 2-27-19 we were very disappointed last night that our two favorite items are no long on the "revamped" menu. Egg plant parm and the nachos! Super bummed. They made us wait for 10-15 minutes when we walked in even though there were tables open. My husband pointed this out to the hostess and she said it was in the plans? They finally sat us at a table my husband had pointed out as having been open since we walked in. One of the hostesses took our drink order- our waitress was the bartender. We ordered one medium pizza and a kids slice of cheese. We waited for over an hour before asking to cash out our drinks to leave- after never getting our food. The waitress was very nice about it, and gave us the drinks, and pizza to go for no charge. Probably won't ever return, and would've given no stars if the waitress hadn't been so nice and they hadn't comped the food. Ok, we got home with the free pizza and I'm more glad than ever that we didn't have to pay for it as it looks almost burned- i guess i can't complain since they didn't charge us- I'd be even more upset if they had. read more

Awesome little "Joint" on oracle. My girlfriend and I were starving but didnt want to head all the way to the Tucson Mall area to find something to eat. Driving down Oracle and we saw the sign pop up and said what the heck, let's try it out! This place looks great on the inside, makes you really feel like you stepped into another world. We sat at the bar due to a small wait for anywhere else in the restaurant. The bartender greeted us quickly and was very friendly as well. We asked him for some recommendations and he guided us to the alfredo pasta and the mexican salad. Both were great! Flavor was awesome and portions were huge! Our bartender was great! My friend and I go here like once a month now. This is one of the best restaurants in Tucson. The shrimp Diablo is fantastic. And the stuffed pizza is phenomenal. I visit the Oregano's N. Oracle and Orange Grove. I love their thin crust pizza. Easy take out, parking can be challenging sometimes, and usually has a wait for dinner. This is a chain. The first one I visited was in Cave Creek. Great service, friendly faces, and really good Italian with a carry-out option. What's not to love. read more
