Watch out for Bart Stageberg he is the one who talked us into purchasing the spray foam instead of regular insulation. He has no idea what he's doing, lies about it and is very disorganized. We had to tear out all of the insulation in most of the walls and the entire ceiling. 1700 sq ft worth. I'll be adding pictures as proof as well. Very frustrated I finally contacted the Tigard office and spoke with Chris. She was immediately very understanding and asked me to call Lacey who was in charge of the insulation work & Chris provided me her tele #. I called Lacey and she listened as I aired my frustration. She apologized and said it would be taken care of immediately. Talking to Lacey was like a breath of fresh air. Professional, apologetic & assuring. My ceiling was repaired within the week and it is beautiful. Lacey even called me back to make sure I was happy. I will continue to recommend Knez.
