I've ordered from this Pizza Pit for over 20 years and tonight my order was not correct, I called to explain my situation to a Joshua (manager). I began the conversation by telling me that food service workers don't mean anything to me, I never said that. He then began to talk over me and acting very rude and disrespectful and hung up the phone on me. I called back and he once again was rude, I have the wrong order and will NEVER order here again. The place is as worst as Pizza Hut. Maybe worser. The pizza is full with grease. After my meal, my hand and face are covered with oil. The food is alright but they have to do something about the grease. As long as that problem is not fix, I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

Love pizza pit pizza. ..always been my favorite ordering to the house. We stopped by for Athens Gyros since we saw the neon sign. They were ok but seemed over priced. The tatziki (sp?) Sauce seemed too thick and was on the side rather than on the sandwich. The meat seemed dry and there were not enough tomatoes. The size of the gyro was small and was typically something I would expect to pay 7 dollars for rather than 11. (With fries and drink). Sad to say ... no more gyros for me...just staying with pizza. read more

Ordered "The Heavyweight" which is supposed to have like 50% more cheese and toppings. If that's 50% more than normal, then I would hate to see the normal. I counted 16 slices of pepperoni and 15 pieces of sausage. Tasted like a frozen pizza too. Huge ripoff! read more

Don't bother. They somehow manage to screw up every single order, either not delivering your food or to the wrong address or missing items you asked for, you name it. Every single time. The quality has sunk since last time I was here. Now it is mediocre at best, just a step above frozen pizza, and one below Pizza Hut. Ordering and customer service was good, delivery was a bit longer than I would expect, and the food was extraordinarily greasy. In my opinion, not worth it for the price point. Ordered the chicken strips meal. Says comes with chicken, french fries, dipping sauce and dinner roll. Didn't get dipping sauce or the dinner roll when we called they said doesnt come with dinner roll. If you wanted one you have to ask for it. So on that theory I have to ask for chicken to be added to the chicken meal???? We explained their menu says dinner roll. They would not deliver it or credit it. Up yours pizza pit. I thought their pit stix were really good. We got a pizza with regular crust, wasn't a huge fan of the pizza. Tasted like a small step above frozen pizza. May just be the kind we got and wouldn't be against trying it again. Probably would try a thick crust next time. Service was good. read more

The pizzas are as greasy as the one in Pizza Hut. Don't recommend it unless of you are super craving for pizzas.

Actually my most positive pizza experiencing in Oregon to date. I have ordered from Pizza Pit Oregon probably three or four times in the last six months; maybe I should cut back. They deliver in an okay time frame, but given the free pizza coupons I have received (Oregon is great), I tend to pick up to avoid minimal fees for delivery and tip. Their actual delivery fee is so minimal and their website is great. The shop has a dine-in area if you feel compelled. Every pizza box I seem to have gotten has a menu and coupons; being an avid menu reader, this provides me with seven minutes of happiness. These guys are incredibly nice and remind me of the days of I used to work in a pizza shop similar to this setting; don't give them a hard time. They don't mind 1/2 and 1/2 pizza orders like so many specialty pizza shops seem to be hung up about. The best part? Gyros. read more

Ordered a pizza with no cheese as one of our guests cannot eat dairy. The pizza came with cheese so I called and requested a new one. When the new one arrived, the driver tried to charge us. When explaining the problem, he said "ma'am I'm just the driver. The receipt says I'm supposed to charge you." When he had problems over the phone with the store I offered to call to try to speak with the girl I originally spoke with and he said I would just slow the process down (even more). It's clear they are passionate about doing pizza right! Fresh ingredients. Daily made pizza dough. Crust that is the perfect crunch that you can't help but eat the "pizza bones" as well as the side with the toppings! :) Anytime I order, they'll let me know if I'm not ordering enough for my boys and I and they haven't steered me wrong yet!
