There service manager Patrick is the most knowledgeable person about these trailers in the business. I have called him at 10 o'clock on a saturday night and he has always answered and is a pleasure to talk to, always wanting to help. I look forward to a long relationship with creative rv and appreciate all they have done and I know without hesitation will continue to do. Thank you creative rv keep up the good work!!

Extremely disappointed with Honda's response to a known engine issue…read more We purchased a used 2016 Honda Odyssey in good faith because we trusted Honda's reputation for reliability and expected this vehicle to last our family for many years. We are now dealing with a nearly $4,900 repair for piston rings and spark plugs at approximately 155,600 miles. What is especially frustrating is Honda's response. When we contacted Honda Corporate asking for assistance, we were told that the repair was our responsibility and that the original owner would have been notified about the issue. We were also essentially told that it was our responsibility as consumers to do our own research. The problem is that we were not the original owners, and this issue was never disclosed to us when we purchased the vehicle. We had no knowledge that Honda had previously notified someone else about the issue, and we had no opportunity to act on information that was never provided to us. If Honda knew about a recurring issue affecting these engines and notified the original owner, what happens when that vehicle is subsequently sold? The next owner may have absolutely no idea that there was an issue or that a previous owner received a notification. We aren't asking Honda to pretend the vehicle has no mileage or that maintenance doesn't matter. We are asking Honda to recognize the circumstances and provide some goodwill assistance toward an expensive engine repair that we had no reason to anticipate when we purchased the vehicle. Our family has owned multiple Hondas, and we chose this Odyssey because we genuinely believed in Honda's reputation for quality and longevity. It's incredibly disappointing to spend years trusting a brand, only to be told that a major repair is simply our responsibility because we should have somehow known about an issue that was never disclosed to us. At the very least, Honda should be willing to explain exactly what notification was sent to the previous owner, when it was sent, and why a subsequent owner was left completely unaware. We had hoped Honda would stand behind its customers and help us find a reasonable solution. Unfortunately, so far, we have been left feeling like once the vehicle was sold to a second owner, the problem became entirely ours--even though we never had the opportunity to know about it in the first place. Very disappointed in Honda and in how this situation has been handled.

2nd visit yesterday for 6-month oil change, and was not as good as the first time six months ago…read more The salesperson never disclosed their name upon arrival, and while there were timeframes provided for estimated completion, it went down hill from there. Halfway during the appointment, I was given via paperwork and a video for not only the service requested, but the final line on the estimate was for an exorbitant estimate for a Cam Carrier leak-- however, the description on the paperwork was simply blank with a blurry picture, this was barely discussed with me until I pointed it out-- the salesperson said they'd 'check back with me for final details' on the severity of this leak, but this did not happen. From the video perspective, this Cam Carrier leak was barely pointed out at all, (except for the last two seconds), nor any type of offering of an alternative solution, except for a $4300 cost, on top of my other service... For something of this nature, a more in-depth analysis and explanation is necessary and not just given a video pointing it out for five seconds, with some blurry pictures, but no detail write-up-- do you really think the majority of your customers actually know what this entails or what this even is? The service parts themselves are cheap, but because it's an engine removal, that's the sticker shock (labor costs). How am I supposed to know if it's actually my vehicle or wasn't the vehicle before mine on the rack that was leaking? Disingenuous. Finally, my car exterior was still dirty, and I was not offered any type of car wash (coupon or otherwise, like last visit in March), even after a ~$800 service. I won't be returning.
