When I called to get an estimate, they showed up on time and we were the only ones to provide a detailed drawing of how the railing system would lay out. When we scheduled the install, I had to postpone it a few times due to my own conflicts, and Jeffrey didn't bat an eye. He accommodated me each time and was super nice about moving the dates. The crew that installed the rails were excellent, and didn't complain about working in the cold. Darren, the lead installer, talked through the process and even eliminated two large posts for a cleaner look. This ended up saving me a few hundred dollars. Finally, when a few cables loosened, they came out within a few days to re-tighten everything. Best of all, their pricing was not only fair, but even less than the other quotes I got. As a result, we are extremely pleased with how things turned out. If you need new aluminum railings, you'd be crazy to go with anyone else.

The work the crew did was exactly what was promised, and the windows work great. I stopped by one afternoon to check on them, and the house was open. The windows were out, the holes weren't boarded up, and there was no one there. I came in, and just stood there, totally stunned. I was there for a little over 15 minutes before anyone comes out. My home is on a main road, I've had issues with packages missing off my porch, I can only imagine what might have happened if someone feeling thefty had walked by and just seen the whole side of the house open. I called, and the reaction was 'Oh, they must have just gone for lunch'. Lunch? With my home open? They even left a ladder pulled up, so someone could have just hopped in. Apparently this is just how they do business, because both the owner on the phone and the workers (when they returned from getting coffee) just shrugged like it was no big deal. Also, when the work was done (which I had to call myself to find out about, there were no updates, no progress reports, and no notification when the work was completed) I went to check it out and the back door to the basement was unlocked. So anyone could have entered the house through there at any time between the completion of the job(which again, no notification) and when I went to check on it. So down one star for leaving the house open and the door unlocked, and one for shrugging and not taking my concerns seriously. Again, the windows work fine now, but I don't appreciate them being so lackadaisical about my home being secure when they weren't present.
