Love this place! All the girls - Chelsea, Annette and Tatiana are so talented and friendly making the time pass quickly. They are very meticulous and professional having organic color choices is nice. Chelsea is a true nail artist with endless design choices. Even tho I got simple nude color:) I recommend making an appointment because they book up quickly.

I sent my girlfriend here and she came home crying . She was so upset about the girls doing nails being so rude from the moment she even called to book the appointment . She said they didn't want to help her find a color once she got there and NOBODY FELT LIKE THEY WANTED TO BE THERE . Not only that but they had bugs when she went to the bathroom! Angry the yelp reviews were all fake or bought. They had the nerve to ask her to write a review when I came to pay for a $10 discount off . YES GLADLY, a poor one .

After years of dip powder, Gel X and UV curing, I knew I needed to transition back to my natural nails. My regular salon was not interested in my "rebuilding" plan and wanted to keep me trapped in a cycle that was no longer serving my nail health. Thanks to Chat, I found a few salons that focus on nail health and decided to try Organic Nails. Tammy listened to my concerns and before commenting simply asked if she could remove the gel layers to see the state of my nails. (Gold Star #1 for listening and #2 for professional assessment). She explained that the excessive filing along with the longer sessions of UV curing had definitely damaged my nail bed but not beyond repair. (Gold Star #3). We had a great session where I got a simple manicure/pedicure. It was early in the day so she did both with time and care. We agreed that I would continue on a basic biweekly mani/pedi plan (Gold Star #4). I'll stay up on applying cuticle oil to keep my nails hydrated and of course add some biotin supplements (my idea). The Dazzle Dry polish, though limited in shades that captured my eye, has held up well! I'm 3 days in and no splitting or chipping. (Gold Star#5!). Getting a regular manicure is often not very glamorous but Chelsea made me feel like a queen. Her attention to every detail did not go unnoticed. I often find people don't shape Natural nails well, but she did it perfectly. These are my real nails with just regular polish, didn't she kill it!? Also her hand massage was SO relaxing.

I really wanted to love this place! I've been quite a couple of times (about 3-4 visits) and do not want to go back. Even though the technicians are good at bringing any vision to life, and they're quite nice there could be things that could be improved. For instance sometimes, the removal process was not done correctly and it was quite painful. Also the amount of times my appointments would be around was not professional at all.

Absolutely obsessed with my nails The attention to detail, shape, and color came out PERFECT. They look so clean, classy, and exactly how I wanted them. The whole experience was relaxing and professional from start to finish. I've gotten so many compliments already! I had a wonderful experience here today! I came with a Groupon and despite that they were having issues with Groupon, they still honored it. Everyone there was so friendly and personable and they really do a job at attending to each client. They ensured I was satisfied with the way my nails were shaped as well as the color I chose. I really loved their color selection and how easy it was to find a color that worked for me. I got a pedicure and it was so relaxing. Their chairs are so plushy and comfortable. I also loved the foot massage and exfoliation, as my feet were so dry before I came here and I left feeling softer and silkier. The salon was very clean and well maintained and they even had a Netflix movie playing on the screen. So far, I am in love with my pedicure and hope to come back here soon! Parking is super easy in the area as there is plenty of street parking in the surrounding area.

This is a very cute, very clean nail salon which is local to me and the family wanted to support a local small business and try it out. We called in for an appointment and was told they could fit us in (2 adult mani/pedi and a child mani pedi) in 45 minutes. Great! We showed up and parking was easy and like I mentioned everything was nice but there's only 2 technicians working - on a Sunday. Seemed like one of the technicians was finishing up a pedicure and I hoped that meant they would divide up the work for the 3 mani/pedis. Nope - was told one person would do all of this work back to back. Now this could have been possible and doable except after an hour and 30 minutes we were only 2 manicures in with no pedicures started and that technician who was doing the pedicure when we walked in? Still working on the initial client. I hope this location gets more help with additional technicians (there was plenty of chairs and areas to work) and learns how to book appointments. If it's taking 45 minutes to an hour per service - the person taking the same day reservation needs to say that, not let a group of 3 walk in and expect them to stay over 3 hours to get basic mani/pedis gone. So after an hour and a half we called it off and just paid for the services we had received and still made sure to tip appropriately as it wasn't the poor technicians fault they had no help. If this place can learn to schedule better, be a bit more efficient in the services and get more help it would be a welcome addition to the neighborhood and to return to, but until then I can't justify paying $30 for a manicure which takes that long.

I really liked my manicurist at this place, and my pedicurist was OK. But the thing that is making me give Organic Nails studio three stars is the booking process. I had messaged back-and-forth with the owner, and we had settled on a 2:30 appointment. When I arrived at 2:30, neither nail tech seemed to be aware that I actually had an appointment. I was asked to wait at least 30 minutes. I was a bit annoyed, because isn't that what appointments are for? So I went back out to my car and waited. I considered leaving, but I texted the owner again. Her response was that she was not actually at the studio, and she apologized and said that she would give me $10 off this service and $10 off my next service. I walked back in half an hour later and was finally seated in a pedicure chair. Mervat did a decent job on my pedicure, but I don't feel like she really got in there and got all the dead skin out. My manicure with Chelsea was really nice, and I went out of my comfort zone in getting my first Gel-X nails in a stiletto shape. Chelsea was very friendly and professional, and I do like my nails, even though I am still getting used to the length of them. But they are growing on me every day. Literally. Ha ha. The shop is cute and has a pink Barbie vibe. My suggestion would be for better service, that the owner should be on site every day, and in tune with her employees to know who is actually coming in with a booked appointment.

Love this organic nail salon! They were so many meticulous and did such a good job with my manicure and pedicure. They also gave me really great advice that I haven't heard before to care for the health of my nails and the calluses on my feet between appointments. I LOVED the cute little stickers - they made my day! Also saw them doing some really cool nail art on other people while I was there. Give them a try you won't be disappointed!

Love the service and price of organic nails. They offer dazzle dry which always lasts long. I've been here a couple times and the convenience and quality is always great!

This is my go to nail salon this salon is smaller so they don't make u feel rushed or make u wait past ur appointment time. The ladies at the salon are so nice and very welcoming. I get long acrylic nails and the nail art they do is very well done. However I wish they would get something to help with them ventilation because it's a small space it feels a little compacted together with the nail stuff in the air. Lovely people and the salon is very clean. I don't have pictures of my nails but they have always been nicely done. read more

I called very last minute and Jenny, the owner was sooo lovely on the phone and got me in that very minute. Left a lasting impression considering it's hard to find super friendly people nowadays. Chelsea did my gel manicure and it looks great! Marvetta (probably botching the spelling) did my eyebrow tint the PERFECT color, people always tend to do too dark, but I loved the color of them. Everyone was really nice and considering my regular nail salon is no longer in business this was a great find. I will be going back. read more

So excited to have this amazing little nail studio open in Pico-Robertson / SoRo area. Went in on a whim and will definitely be coming back. Very clean, cute and excellent amenities. Chelsea and Tatiana are awesome. One of the best foot massages I've ever gotten and the nail clean up was perfect. Maybe very slightly more $ than the other local salons but worth the few extra bucks for the extra special treatment. Go support this local and woman-owned business! read more

I am so happy that I found this nail studio! It's so cute and I'm living for the whole pink decor. This was my first time coming in. I went on the website to book an appointment which is so easy and they are very detailed with services and prices and how long those services take. I didn't have a particular team member that I wanted to service me so I chose any team member option. I made sure to book a week in advance. As my appointment approached I got notifications letting me know the time and date which I thought was great. Today I went in and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and seated. I was serviced by Jackie. She asked me what I was looking to get as far as design I gave her an idea of what I wanted but I let her have creative control. She got inspo and started getting to work. Omg Jackie is so amazing! The talent she has is just out of this world. She is so sweet and friendly. I felt like I had known her for years. She made me feel comfortable being it was my first time and all. This set is by far the best I have ever had. She took her time and the results were everything! I am happy with how everything turned out. I appreciate and support all Latina women running a business turns out she was the manager! I love to see it! Girl keep doing your thing! I walked in with a foreign gel x set that i needed soaked off and one of the nails had lifted and broke so bad. I was in lots of discomfort but Miss Mirvett took great care of me. She was gentle and efficient and was able to fix my nail! I left feeling so much better that how I came in. They were fairly priced and was the cutest place ever . I loved the vibe of the whole place. They just opened less than a year ago and are killing it . She takes the necessary time to evaluate your nail health and modify your services to help improve the longevity of your manicures. This has allowed the strength and color of my nails to thrive. It took time to repair, but going to Maria is what fully fortified my nails and nail beds to be their absolute best. Second, her design and creative skills are out of this world! The amount of precision and attention to detail she has when she paints your nails- she's a nail tech and gifted nail artist as well! Her and I love to brainstorm (ahead of time of course, so that my appointments are efficient) and personalize designs according to the mood/color/vibe I'm feeling for that day. She's patient as hell, but don't take advantage of her kindness! She's booked and busy, rightfully so! Listen, things happen, but I knew this wasn't an emergency...she had just told me it's a package delivery. She left me waiting for, I kid you not, ~5 minutes (probably longer but let's just say 5), no explanation, no nothing. When she comes back, I say that if it's an emergency then I can wait for another technician so she can handle whatever she needs. She apologies and goes back to my nails, thankfully she didn't get up again but the finished product was HORRENDOUS on top of everything! My nails are so scratched and dry! She was considerate to just drill the top layer rather than drilling everything and soaked off the rest of the biogel underneath - so that it could be less drilling for me which I appreciated. Then Dora completed my Dazzle Dry manicure portion. They were closing early that day, but she still tried to take her time. She also explained to me that very thin parts of the biogel was best to leave there for now since the layer was really close to my nail to drill and therefore would drill directly on my thin nail -I always appreciate a little nail health education. It is day 4 now so far and hasn't chipped. The biogel I've had for the past few months is obviously much more smoother, cleaner, and prettier application and than Dazzle Dry lol but Dazzle Dry is a decent option for its staying power. Dazzle dry appearance looks more like a 3/5, like it's fine, nothing amazing but Dora and Elena as workers are 5/5. Vibe - was a busy Friday during rush hour before the holiday weekend, there were more clients than usual and they were closing early too. Another client called for an appt and came really late so she was turned away because it was nearing closing time. My advice would be to use the Fresha app and stick to the time slot you scheduled.

It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

It's the holidays, So I was Stoked to Get My Gel- X nails done on Saturday, not only to Have them done for where I was going on Sunday, but for the New Year as well. So, got them done Sat Eve, By Sunday Eve ( About 14 hrs later), 3 of them popped off. First, in the morning, before I even went to my special occasion, then 2 more throughout the day. Next day, Mon, one more had popped off, Now 4 ( almost half, had come off, w/ in less than 48 hours!). Mervat, who was the tech who originally did them, called after my having already arranged w/ Brianna to come back in on Mon, to get them redone by someone else, saying this has never happened before ( as if it were just "me"? my fault?...) and that "she" needed to personally redo them. I stuck w/ the plan to have them redone by Annette. Annette did a great job, really taking her time, and did not charge for them to be redone. I've had Brianna do them in the past, and she also did a good job. "Merrvat", never offered to return my tip, nor money paid to her. I appreciated Brianna's determination to make it right and would strongly recommend Annette, who does amazing work. But would not recommend "Mervat" to anyone, and wish she would give me my money back, or at the very least, my tip...! read more

Multiple times I've made appointments in advanced and have been forced to sit and wait for 40+ minutes. Today was the last straw. Made an appointment in advance,confirmed it, and still had to wait 40+ minutes. When I got there he said "just finishing her color it would be quick" to make me stay, and it was 40 minutes. When I finally got into the chair he left somewhere, I got up and left because I felt so disrespected. Incredibly frustrating, especially when an appointment is made. This is not a one time thing, this has happened many many times. The equipment is also incredibly dirty, dusty, and not cleaned ever. The table isn't even wiped down properly only brushed away with his hands. I understand the prices are very good for GelX in LA, but there's a reason for that, no standards for cleanliness at all. I'm lucky I haven't gotten an infection from this place because this is the dirtiest nail salon I've been to. Nothing is washed, everything is covered in other people nail dust/gunk, nothing is cleaned every, the equipment is not even in a cleaning solution. I'm surprised the board of cosmetology hasn't shut them down yet It sucks because I do like the work but it's not worth risking infection anymore or waiting and wasting my time. Waiting 40 minutes+ is excessive.

I came in today 1.5 hour earlier than my appointment. Angie greeted me as always, so friendly while navigating a busy room. Professional and efficient. She checked to see if the ladies could take me early and they could. Next I HAVE to give Lisa her flowers. So I have been coming here for YEARS and though I am not picky about who does the pedicure service, I want someone that hears me and is gentle. I have ankle and some joint issues and in the past (not necessarily here), I have had people move my feet and ankles in position that are painful because they feel more comfortable if my feet are in a certain position. Then when I have to move it to be comfortable they get upset with me. What I love about Lisa is she is gentle. If I am uncomfortable she tries her best to work with the fact my foot might be tilted a bit and makes it work. She is detailed and listens to the shape and requests I might have. She is so sweet and I love having her do my nails. I know I dont talk much when I am there but I REALLY appreciate the women who do my nails and the care they take.

The polish was awful. It was see through and I could see all the gel under it. The nails lasted 5 days. What a BIG WASTE of $75.
