I used to go this place 2-3 times a week when I was in college at the University of Arizona! It was nostalgic walking the campus again after 15+ years. And I'm glad to see this place is still here with the same kind and wonderful owners. They used to remember my "usual" order. Today we came by to visit and to wish them luck. Unfortunately I already ate recently and so we got Thai ice tea boba instead and happy to visit with the owners. The food here is delicious and the pricing is also reasonable. There is amazing selection of food to choose from and you could also go here for lunch which is a better time to go since there are cheaper prices then. The service is amazing too because the staff are extremely friendly and nice. This place also is on the second floor of the building it's in so if you go up here you can get a nice view of the campus and of the street too to see more of Tucson. No complaints from me and go here for lunch after class if you need a quick bite and make sure to tip well too. read more

Nice owner, the place serve quick Chinese good and tea boba too. Located on the second floor, on top of that Greek restaurant, easily misses if you don't look up. We ordered wonton soup, add on veggies, my mother in law enjoyed it. My hubby enjoyed the Singaporean Noddle a lot. I enjoyed the passion fruit tea with jelly and a simple chicken Chow Mein. Very affordable and it was nice to support them during this COVID-19 pandemic, Arizona University cancelled classes and they lost a lot of business. Best Chinese food in town. I've been going here since I was a toddler until current time. I always order the chicken lo mein or the shrimp lo mein. My parents love the food. They're either bringing home takeout or I'm the one doing the takeout for them. My brother loves eating it. He's a picky eater, but this place is his exception. It hits close to home. Place is super cozy and homey. The view from above is just straight up awesome. There's a lot of variety to the menu. I have yet to try everything else on my own! I know that ppl make it different depending on location but I'm searching for the 3 patty omelette style with everything inside with gravy and rice on the side. I loved this place when I lived in Tucson! The location is very convenient for college students because it's on the university walk. It's on the second floor above the greek restaurant. I used to come here once every week or so. Everything there is really really good. The only thing I remember out of everything I ate there was the singapore noodles. I've been to singapore and the noodles are pretty close to what i have ate there. The asian food is good as well. The food reminded me of California food. The price for the food is pretty cheap. The inside decor is simple and not as nice compared to all the other restaurants in the area but the food is delicious.. so who cares. You can eat inside or out, it's your choice. This is definitely a cheap, divey establishment, but the food was decent enough. I ordered an entree, and it comes with a side of white rice. It came with enough sauce that I was able to get a lot on the rice too. They have some lunch specials, but it would be nice if more entrees were included. They had some limited options with the lunch specials. I went with the sesame chicken, which was about $9. Be warned, there is a 50 cent charge for paying with debit/credit. They have boba as well, along with a few appetizer options. They were a bit slow, but I think it was just the server and a cook in the back. Orders seemed to come out randomly, not in order. I would avoid the potstickers, super deep fried and some funky meat inside. Also not that big a fan of the Panda Express like items here. Most college students ate ramen and easy mac during their time at the university, I had Oriental Express (OE). Lunch, or dinner, I had a meal here several times a month in the 5 years I lived in Tucson. The food here is really affordable, filling, and everything tastes great! I always stop by whenever I'm in town. For first timers, I would recommend lo mein. It's great with chicken or shrimp. They added Singapore noodles to the menu a couple years ago, and they're quite tasty as well! They have about 8 specials that last all day, every day, that come with fried rice, the entree, and some fried wonton wrappers. I usually get the northern style vegetables, but the beef with broccoli is really popular among my friends. Not only does this place fill me up, but whenever I felt a cold/flu coming on, I would swear by their chicken noodle soup as the cure. You can also ask to have any dish made spicy, or just spice it up yourself with chili oil or sriracha they have available. read more

Had pho soup and chicken wings as appetizer today. Pho was mediocre at best. It was too sweet and the meat wasn't fresh like most Vietnamese restaurants. The chicken wings were terrible - cold inside and I sent them back to kitchen. The wings were extremely dry and not fresh after they reheated them. Obviously the wings were cooked and frozen/refrigerated and then reheated using microwave oven. If you want Americanized Chinese food, simply go to peiwei or Panda Express. If you want to try something authentic, there is a bunch of other good choices in Tucson. read more

This place is located in a great little spot down university where you can sit upstairs and people watch. I was a bit worried at first because the place looked dead on a Saturday night at dinner time. However I was pleasantly surprised with kind service and a quality meal! This is the worst Chinese food I have ever had. The sesame chicken is dry and just nasty. The rice is overdone and the sauce is somewhere between sweet and hot. I mean I am saying this is bad and even recovering from a night of drinking. Usually the next morning anything tastes good but not this food. The lunch specials are decent, but the soups are all bland and lacking in substantial ingredients. I got the wonton soup and it had 3 dumplings and chewy instant udon noodles. The boba is sad and chewy as well, and they give you the tiniest amount in your drink. They serve chinese and vietnamese foods here. It is a very small place so they do get very busy; especially during lunch on a weekday. So expect some wait time. I had several of their lunch specials and was not expensive; it is reasonably priced. They have some yummy bobas and I love their watermelon milk tea boba; I can drink like 5 of those.
