Here what happen I drop the car off on the 2 nd estimate done and they said it would be done on the 8th, cool, 8th came and gone I call on the 9th they said car wasn't done, they had to do a supplement. I ask what's that , it meant more damaged underneath , I reply okay I'll tell the appraiser, they replied they already did it. Now here comes what I called a gut punch, I said how come you didn't call me about the damaged and the car not ready, they said they should have. I replied how come you guys didn't call me no reply , the call back ended. Fast forward to the 24th car ready paid the money I got from the insurance the other was directly sent to them already. So takeaways I never want to go thru that again, " drive carefully ", and pay the extra bucks to park you car in better places. Get more than one estimate and in my situation never to use the appraiser word, is the car look good as new, no I looks like there was no damaged unless you sell the car.
