We ordered the Chicken Marsala, Chicken Parmiaga, Mizithra Cheese and Browned Butter, and Shrimp Alfredo, the food was flavorful and dessert (Spumoni) was a hit. My only complaint was that there were two forks that were dirty; however we were able to have clean replacement forks. Our first time at this location, though we have canvased May other Spag Factories . We sat at the bar , weirdly up against the trolley at this location. But this afternoon was sparsely seated and we enjoyed the house special cocktail a blackberry Long Island ice tea . Very refreshing. The appetizer menu is hidden in the drink menu folder not listed on the entree menu . The olive tapenade with grilled toast is a wonderful starter My husband decided to try something new , the crab and lobster ravioli. He also enjoys a side sausage grilled butterflied every time . My family stopped here for lunch on our way back from arrowhead, we had my moms dog with us and they were happy to let us have the patio so long as we were patient with the staff as they were short. Not a problem for us since it meant we could catch up more. Despite the warning of service might be slow they were pretty fast on getting to us with drinks and food. Speaking of food, we started with the garlic cheese bread and Marinara. Bread was fresh and tasty but the star was the marinara, perfectly seasoned and honestly drinkable. I had foolishly thought it would be like any other marinara and oh how mistaken I was. Both my sister and mom had their more well known (apparently) dish which is the Mizithra, both loved it. Personally I'm not a fan of brown butter and that is all this dish is. So for me it wasn't to my taste but if you love buttered noodles or brown butter you will LOVE this item. I opted for the Tuscan Chicken with Penne which was so good, creamy and well cooked chicken and paired with their fresh bread was such an amazing lunch and dinner! Also, we tried their pesto Ranch for the salads and let me tell you, from someone who does not like pesto this was so good the plate was clean by the end (seriously use the bread to soak up the dressing). For dog families, the side of chicken is dog friendly, it's lightly breaded and not really seasoned so it's perfect for puppets to join the family meal. Great food with great ambiance. Right when you walk in it feels like you are transported to a different era. We sat in a booth and they were spacious. The server was quick to get our drinks and take our order. I ordered the 3 course meal, with minestrone soup and Sicilian Meat balls on spaghetti. I went yesterday on June 1, 2026 with my best friend. We were seated & our waitress Conie came over to our table 15 minutes later & took our order. It literally took her 20 minutes later to give us our drinks & salad. She managed to screw that up. She try to give my friend the wrong drink & she was going to give me soup, when I order a salad. Then finally she brought us our meal. She told me to be careful because the plate & food was hot. The plate was hot, but my food was cold. I did talked to the manager at the time & she asked us if everything was fine. I said no, because the waitress kept messing up everything. I took my meal home. Waitress got NO tip from us. It's sad but I actually dread coming here because every time I do something happens. Went here today to redeem my birthday reward. It used to be I could get it to go, now I have to dine in. I'm still debating whether it's worth it. Today, everything started out great. The food came out fast and the server was friendly. But after we got our food it went downhill. Our server didn't come back to bring our check. After waiting about 15 minutes, we finally had to flag down the manager to ask for our check. Also, we were seated right by the kitchen and I had a perfect view of the kitchen lead. She was standing in the kitchen playing on her phone. If that wasn't bad enough she wiped her nose using her whole hand. She was handling food with those hands. Gross. The Service was terrible. Brianna, server was only known from the receipt. Brianna never introduced herself formally upon her arrival to our table. We were there with balloons and cakes to celebrate my daughters birthday. Normally you get your drinks right away after being seated, but that didnt happen right away. Bread didnt come until about 10 to 15 minutes after asking and noticing table behind receiving bread before us. The hearty portion was exactly the portion size as the regular with barely any sauce. To be charged for extra sauce without being told I think is not good. We never were asked if we needed any refills on our drinks. My daughter was never acknowledged for her birthday. The atmosphere itself was great but the general service was extremely bad. Now down to what really hurts. Everyone in our party was sick for days. My husband noticed while in the restroom someone vomiting. This was a real bad experience. One not to be forgotten. I actually had to phone in to the Dr in regards to my lasting Vomitting and Diarrhea. Tip was left and a random employee came to receive it. Honestly if possible I would truly like to have my money as well as the tip refunded. The Service was horrible. The food was sickening.
