Our first time at this location, though we have canvased May other Spag Factories . We sat at the bar , weirdly up against the trolley at this location. But this afternoon was sparsely seated and we enjoyed the house special cocktail a blackberry Long Island ice tea . Very refreshing. The appetizer menu is hidden in the drink menu folder not listed on the entree menu . The olive tapenade with grilled toast is a wonderful starter My husband decided to try something new , the crab and lobster ravioli. He also enjoys a side sausage grilled butterflied every time . My usual favorite is the manger's favorite. Clam /Mizithira is my picks as usual. Everything tasted as remembered an as expected. Our bartender was so chirpy and provided just the right amount of attention! Prices have risen a few bucks , but I personally feel It remains such a good value to enjoy the all inclusive salad ,or soup plus fresh sourdough bread along with ones entree and ice cream at the menus listed price .

How can you go wrong with pasta? That's pretty much my mindset every time I come to The Old Spaghetti Factory. The Redlands location is huge, with a fun atmosphere that makes it great for everything from family dinners to catching up with friends. The food is consistently delicious, and I always leave feeling like I got a great meal for the price. It's one of those dependable restaurants that has stood the test of time, and it's easy to see why. If you're craving classic comfort food in a welcoming setting, this is always a solid choice.

We love this location! Food is always delicious and hot.. Service is always amazing!! Our server Jennifer J, went above and beyond being my husband's birthday and she was soooo sweet! We came in close to closing and they happily served us. Make sure you ask for Jennifer J if she's available! She will take care of you with a smile and awesome service! Ambiance!! It's gorgeous inside with stained glass, beautiful fixtures and lamps and the bathrooms are always clean and well stocked when we come here. Thank you for taking care of us so nicely!

My family stopped here for lunch on our way back from arrowhead, we had my moms dog with us and they were happy to let us have the patio so long as we were patient with the staff as they were short. Not a problem for us since it meant we could catch up more. Despite the warning of service might be slow they were pretty fast on getting to us with drinks and food. Speaking of food, we started with the garlic cheese bread and Marinara. Bread was fresh and tasty but the star was the marinara, perfectly seasoned and honestly drinkable. I had foolishly thought it would be like any other marinara and oh how mistaken I was. Both my sister and mom had their more well known (apparently) dish which is the Mizithra, both loved it. Personally I'm not a fan of brown butter and that is all this dish is. So for me it wasn't to my taste but if you love buttered noodles or brown butter you will LOVE this item. I opted for the Tuscan Chicken with Penne which was so good, creamy and well cooked chicken and paired with their fresh bread was such an amazing lunch and dinner! Also, we tried their pesto Ranch for the salads and let me tell you, from someone who does not like pesto this was so good the plate was clean by the end (seriously use the bread to soak up the dressing). For dog families, the side of chicken is dog friendly, it's lightly breaded and not really seasoned so it's perfect for puppets to join the family meal. Considering this was my first time here I was quite impressed and would love to go back!

A great place to bring your family because of the large portions and great value every meal comes with soup or salad bread and ice cream. The service is always top notch. It's a nice elegant ambiance with a large caboose train car you can sit in. I had the Tuscan chicken it had great flavor.

I visited this restaurant in January 2026 to partake in their special anniversary pricing on their classic three course meals. The Redlands location is huge with interesting antiques and stained glass to look at while dining. I chose the Manager's Favorite with Spicy Vesuvius Sauce and Mizithra Cheese and Browned Butter. The Spicy Vesuvius had chicken sausage and chopped meatballs in it. The sauce was only as spicy as the Tabasco sauce used in seasoning. Just a bit of a kick. It also had a slight sweetness to it. The Mizithra Cheese and Browned Butter was delicious as usual. The meal came with a soup or salad, a large loaf of warm sourdough bread, and a dessert of either spumoni or vanilla ice cream. Service was exemplary by Donovan. He is amiable, efficient, and very professional.

Came in during the week for lunch - the architecture and design of the bar and dining areas are so beautiful. Staff was extremely friendly, the menu has so much to choose from. And you NEED to order the Raspberry Italian soda. I had that and their Cotton Candy lime drink - both were so delicious. Will be returning!

Great food with great ambiance. Right when you walk in it feels like you are transported to a different era. We sat in a booth and they were spacious. The server was quick to get our drinks and take our order. I ordered the 3 course meal, with minestrone soup and Sicilian Meat balls on spaghetti. It came with a whole loaf of bread which was fresh and warm. The minestrone soup was decent. I really liked the Sicilian meatballs with spaghetti. It was a good sized portion. The 3 course meal also included ice cream and I chose the spumoni. It was delicious. Overall it was great dining experience and affordable too. I will definitely be back!

Everything was fantastic. The best part was talking to Justine, the manager. Talk about the perfect person for the job... Don't ever let this lady leave you. I would hire her a million times out of ten. Excellent guest relations as well as service! Helping out in the busy bar. What a delight after spending hours at the Nissan dealership. Totally turned our day around. Protect her at all costs!

Was about a 20 minute wait for Saturday lunch which is understandable. The interior was very cute. We ordered bread, soup, and salad. The soup was very delicious and I finished it quickly. I ordered the White Clam Sauce Pasta and it was alright. The clams were good but I wasn't crazy about the thick sauce.

From the moment we arrived, Mateo our Bartender/server was extremely friendly and attentive. He has a contagious smile and he made sure we had everything we wanted. This experience at the Old Spaghetti Factory was the only one even worth a review. The other two locations we ate at were a complete disaster. Thank you, OSF Redlands for setting the bar higher!

I loved coming here as a child and my kids love this place too. Consistent throughout my entire life. I really enjoyed the chicken Marsala with garlic mizitha on our last visit. The always get the lasagna and cheese bread. My partner's Alfredo was really great. The service was lacking on my most recent experience but that's common with a young staff.

This place is always busy, both inside and with takeout orders, so I definitely recommend ordering ahead if you're in a hurry. That said, they are consummate professionals at what they do, and even if you walk in, the wait is never painful. My advice: check out the menu while you're in line and be ready to order when you get to the register. They're busy, and nobody wants to be the indecisive person holding up the line! Their daily specials are incredible, but be aware that if you want a special from a different day, it's not happening. Also, get there early if you want the special, because they can and do sell out -- which honestly just proves how good they are. Everything here is done right. The menu items are thoughtfully put together, balanced, and full of flavor. Portions are generous without being ridiculous, prices are very fair, and honestly, I think they may even be low compared to the value you get. The staff is always helpful, and the girl at the counter has been there as long as I've been going -- I believe she's family -- which says a lot about the heart behind this place. Don't skip the market, either. They carry some of the best Italian ingredients, and it adds even more to the experience. Saverino's is by far the best sandwich spot in Redlands, and I'd go out on a limb and put them in the top five on the West Coast. Family-run, local, consistent, and absolutely top notch. This place is a winner and deserves a try. Just one warning: THEY ARE ADDICTIVE!

We seated ourselves at our favorite raised table in the corner on the far side of the bar. My husband and I stuck to traditional cocktails, and old fashioned and a Negroni. Our friends chose signature cocktails: the Turbo Granny and the Electric Feel. Now the Electric Feel was not just a drink, it was an experience. Our server explained to our friend that he should sip a little of the drink, then chew the Szechuan buzz bud for about 15 seconds, letting it coat his whole tongue, then enjoy the rest of the drink which would taste different afterwards. Our friend went through all those steps and said it was incredible, like all the flavors were enhanced along with different sensations in his mouth, kind of numb and tingly. His wife was not satisfied with his description of the experience, so she bought a Szechuan buzz bud for $2 and she said it was kind of like pop rocks. These buzz bud looks just like a little flower bud like the end of a dandelion once the seeds are blown away. It comes from a plant. Totally fascinating! We decided on weekend brunch, especially since there were endless mimosas. Our kids have a recollection of being down the class umbrella alleyway, so they were amazed when they saw it. A short while later, we were in front of the restaurant and were quickly seated by the staff. They didn't ask if we preferred outdoor or indoor seating, but we were seated inside right next to the kitchen. We heard that indoor seating was better for service anyway. The interior of the restaurant was "very fancy," and my daughter thought we were in a date spot. We knew we wanted French fries and opted for the garlic Parmesan fries. At first, the kids were weirded out by the arugula, but my daughter ended up enjoying it, noting the bitter and salty notes. My son devoured the entire plate (not the arugula) and asked for another round. We also ordered the lemon ricotta French toast, made from Brioche bread, lemon blackberry butter, whipped lemon ricotta cream, blackberries, mint, and maple syrup. They perfected the crispy exterior, which contrasted well with the fluffy bread. My wife ordered the breakfast pizza--a focaccia pizza topped with marinara, ham, spinach, fresh tomato, red onion, a sunny-side-up egg, and herb-infused maple syrup. This was really delicious with the tart, fresh tomatoes, the salty ham, and the sweet maple syrup. I ended up eating the sunny-side egg by itself, so we didn't get to try the pizza with the egg. Lastly, I ordered the steak and eggs, but it was sadly a small portion. I ordered it medium rare, and it came out medium. The seasoning was a bit strange and would have been better with simple salt, pepper, and garlic. The mimomas really made my wife happy. She started feeling it pretty quickly. She chose the pineapple juice while I got the traditional orange. Not sure if the alcohol made the food better or the other way around. I was brought to reality when I saw the expensive bill, though.

I hadn't been in a few months, and decided to drop in this morning to eat, have coffee and edit photos on my laptop. During the several hours there, I got to overhear exchanges between customers and staff. The morning shift boys were young, but friendly. Let me tell you, once the day shift crew came on, the energy shifted. Andy, I HIGHLY recommend you replace the tall, thin guy with the glasses. The whole time he was there, he acted as if he didn't want to be there. He was rude, stand offish, and completely disregarded customers. As soon as he BLATANTLY ignored a female customer who was trying to have a conversation with him but gave attention to her male counterpart, I was over it. Listen, I get it, he might have not wanted to entertain someone's story. But customer service means to acknowledge the customer and treat them with respect. I can't even count the amount of times I've divulged in conversation with people I didn't want to, but I still treated them like a human. The woman was visibility upset about how off putting he was. I packed my things, went over to the woman and told her feelings were valid because he had been dismissive towards others ever since he came in. I know you're not going to care about my review, I know you're not going to lose much money if I never come back. But people need to aware what kind of employees are here. As for the food and coffee - The ingredients no longer taste fresh on the breakfast pizza. It tastes cheap and rushed. The iced vanilla latte I had was mid at best, I forced myself to finish it. Which is disappointing because I have loved both for years. I think the young boys need some better training on how to make coffee, but at least they were personable. The young guy with long curly hair - keep up that positive energy. You're gonna go somewhere. Highly recommend bringing Quay back full time, maybe make him a manager or part owner because every time I've been there and he's makes the pizzas, everything is He's a staple, and is clearly loved by all the customers who were happy to see him when he walked in. Also, maybe put the birch back on the empty corner wall, looks like someone ripped it off and it looks bad.

The tremendous demand for 'take-out' and catered events made taking staff to remain on-site to service and hand-full of tables impractical, versus using these staff to respond to rapidly increasing demands for take-out & event catering. The meat lasagna tasted like it was boiled in toilet water and the meat was chewy. The chocolate cake was beyond dry and grainy. I'm so disappointed in the amount of money our family spent here. We never go out. :( I honestly don't know how this restaurant has 4.7 stars. I'm mind blown.
