One of the best places for self-service yogurt! I've been coming here for years and always enjoy the experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great selection, fresh toppings, and a fun atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also love the riddles they put up -- such a nice touch that makes the place even more unique and enjoyable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Always a great stop when craving frozen yogurt!

The yogurt itself was genuinely good--fresh, creamy, and with a nice selection of flavors and toppings. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Unfortunately, the atmosphere was overshadowed by what felt like overt political messaging, which made the experience less enjoyable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I come to a frozen yogurt shop to relax, not to feel like I'm walking into a political statement.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Everyone is entitled to their views, but I'd prefer businesses keep the focus on great food and welcoming all customers. lol they got a bigger trump flag best store ever, 10/10 That aside, the yogurt is actually really good, better than the Menchies in Bressi Ranch in my opinion. Location is way more lowkey too, so less children on e-bikes zipping around during dessert time. Gonna be our new go-to, all that considered

The yogurt options were great. They have cake batter which is my favorite. They charge by the cup size you use, not weight which is a bonus for people like me who like the heavy toppings like brownies and cheesecake. The only issue here was the place is pretty run down looking and could use a refresh. If you're grabbing Togo you wouldn't mind I suppose, but my family sat there to eat. Slight smell and the tables were all marked up making them look dirty. Mirrors were wiped down but not well so you could see streaks. Overall, I little love given to the decor of the place would make this a 5 star experience.

Tables were sticky and dirty. Yogurt was pretty tasty. Toppings were very very minimal but clean. FYI there was a heavy political theme inside. While I respect everyone's right to express their views, it caught me off guard in a dessert shop. Personally, I prefer a more neutral environment where I can just enjoy a treat without thinking about politics. Just something to keep in mind if that matters to you.

We stopped by Yogurt Shack with friends and, as always, had the BEST yogurt--creamy, delicious, and totally crave-worthy! But what made the visit extra sweet was Kenzie! She brought such fun, upbeat energy and made everyone feel welcome. We just had to give a shoutout to this fabulous place and their superstar Kenzie. If you haven't been yet, go treat yourself--you'll leave smiling!

I never leave reviews but feel inclined to do so. I am unclear as to what such an aggressive banner of Trump has to do with frozen yogurt. I am not sure how such a business would blast their political beliefs all over the store. Was there this week and won't be back again. Place also seemed extremely dirty and unkept. The young employee here did a great job managing absolute chaos during back to school time, but should have had more people there to support them. Maybe if they spent more time cleaning and managing and less time with obnoxious decor it would be better. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The place had a terrible smell when I walked in[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], but I really wanted frozen yogurt so filled my cup. Toppings didn't look very good so I skipped them. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I went to pay and noticed the giant mural behind the cash register of Trump and a military tank. Next to that was a king's throne. The cultish admiration of the president was quite off-putting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was so disturbing it ruined my whole experience which would've been good because the yogurt was tasty. read more

I found a hair in the toppings as I was choosing them. Usually the yogurt is decent. The owner seems to be just a generally rude person and not very welcoming, seems like a snowflake, very much similar to Small-Hands-Donald. Hi. I used to love yogurt shack. It was my all time favorite. The kids that worked there were friendly and attentive. Always loved adding tips to their college funds. My husband and I took our grandkids not so long ago. Age 2-12. The yogurt was okay. The rest was horrendous! First of all, [[HIGHLIGHT]]the tables and booths were filthy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Then a customers dog took a poop on the floor which the owner had to be asked to clean up. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The worst part was the Trump mural. If you want business, you keep your political beliefs to yourself. No one wants to be subjected to the huge mural on the wall that was pro Trump!!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I feel bad for the kids that worked there. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place needs to be cleaned and upgraded desperately.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So sad because I love the frozen yogurt. Hard to explain to the grandkids the Trump poster. The Original Yogurt Shack will remind you of a time when you didn't have to mortgage your home to afford a cup of frozen yogurt for dessert. The place isn't big but delivers rich, creamy and flavorful yogurt combo for a super reasonable price. Not to mention, unlimited toppings, no scales and tremendous value. The small is $3.50; medium is $4.75 and large (16oz) is $5.75. That's incredible. Definitely worth checking out and we'll be back. read more

UPDATE- the Manager Mike messaged me to never come back because of this review. See screenshot of message. Wow... I've been going to this spot for probably 15+ years, but this place has gone downhill. For one, there is never anywhere to sit because the employees always want to get ready to close up early (like even an hour before closing). I don't like feeling they're trying to get out me well before closing. Froyo is really something that I prefer to eat in the shop than sit on a curb or take home all melted. I feel like the topping options aren't as good as before - I loved when they used to have real hot fudge a long time ago, or Nutella. The most apparent change has been that the the ownership sends a clear message (especially during Covid) that they will refuse service of those they disagree with ideologically. This has been done both explicitly with signs on the door to say as much, and implicitly as soon as you walk in (see photos). Regardless of how you feel, it's a shame going to this spot might uninspark a family feud and is no longer the family-friendly froyo spot it once was. read more

I saw this place driving by and loved it. Awesome yogurt, great price and a huge selection of toppings. Unlike the other yogurt shops the clerk isnt hanging over your shoulder to make sure you can only put so much in your cup and you can pile the toppings on to within reason. Friendly service and the place was packed as you can see in the video. I didn't understand the four star rating as it should be a five. Then I noticed all the poor ratings were from political rants against Trump because he has a Trump poster up. I hate politics and try not to get involved but this bullying tactic and mentality has to stop. I'm not a Trump supporter, but I'm slowly becoming one when I see this stuff. Sad state of affairs. I will definitely support this business and my other question is why doesnt Yelp censor these negative reviews? Has nothing to do with the service or product? read more

I went here on vacation and there was a fly in the yogurt. Not to mention the chocolate tasted like tar. There was a musty moldy smell as soon as we walked in as well which makes sense because we all ended up getting food poising after. Would NOT recommend. read more

The only concern we had was that one of our family members waited quite a while for his meal, only to be told much later that they had run out of the crab. It seemed like there may have been some miscommunication between the kitchen and the waitstaff, which unfortunately led to a longer wait than necessary. While these things can happen during a busy brunch service, earlier communication would have made for a much better experience.

She was incredibly kind, friendly, and apologetic. Pelly's is located in a shared plaza with Ralphs, so there are plenty of parking spaces available. NOT GOOD! VERY SAD! I walked into this place expecting TREMENDOUS frozen treats - the best, everyone tells me - and what do I find? A total DISASTER! First of all, where is the ice cream? People come to me, they say, "Donald, you love chocolate vanilla swirl," and they're right! But here? They try to give me YOGURT. Fake Ice Cream! That's what I call it. It's a total hoax cooked up by the Radical Left to ruin dessert! Then I look at the wall. They have a picture of me on a giant tank - VERY ACCURATE, VERY POWERFUL, everyone says it's the greatest portrait they've ever seen - and a golden throne right next to it. Smart! Very smart. They even wrote "MAKIN' YOGURT GREAT AGAIN" above the machines! I appreciate the enthusiasm, folks, but you CANNOT make yogurt great! Yogurt is weak, it has probiotics - nobody knows what a probiotic is, total disaster - and it will never be great until it becomes 100% American Ice Cream! And the throne was EMPTY when I walked in. Unbelievable! A throne like that should have me sitting in it 24/7, eating real, patriotic ice cream while admiring my licence plate collection, not probiotic nonsense! Very disappointed with my experience here. There was simply not enough Trump decor in this yogurt shop! Only a measly AI-generated banner covering the entirety of just one wall? When I look for a yogurt shop, I am looking to be ENGULFED by Donald Trump and all his beauty. He is my god. He has done so much for our wonderful country. I love his efforts to cut sustainability programs, dismantle the department of education, and oh the tariffs! How I love tariffs! I HIGHLY recommend Yogurt Shack. My family and I have been there countless times and we always are surprised and delighted at the new flavors that the store supplies. The flavors are unique compared to every other self-serve yogurt and the flavor is fresh and way more tasty. All their fruit flavors are made with fresh fruit and they always have two flavors with lower calories for those who love yogurt, but can't have too much sugar. The staff is beyond friendly and willing to go out of their way to make sure the customers have an enjoyable time. The atmosphere of the place is amazing! Old concert posters and license plates cover the walls giving you a blast from the past and plenty to look at while you enjoy your frozen treat. The operating hours of the Yogurt Shack really do allow for the busiest of schedules. open till 10:00pm! which is great because more self-serve yogurt places I've seen don't stay open past 8:00. Worst service I have ever received in ANY establishment I have ever been to. Me and a friend went in with our siblings (all young children) and one of us accidentally forgot to pull the lever up right away on the ice cream, there was a sign but we both were trying to watch four kids and it was an honest mistake. An employee with red striped hair and glasses started screaming and cursing at us "can you fucking read it's not that fucking hard" She continued to yell at us and when my friend calmly tried to apologize she screamed at her once again. The kids were totally shaken up and it was completely inappropriate considering it was an accident and one of the kids was actively trying to pick it up. I've worked in a restaurant for years and I have had many customers act much more rude and disrespectful and I have never once raised my voice or cursed at anyone- especially a child. Yogurt Shack is hands down my favorite yogurt shop! They have amazing flavors, incredibly friendly staff, and the atmosphere is inviting for all ages! It is perfect for kids who are looking to be creative, teens who are looking for a friendly hangout spot to enjoy yogurt with their friends, couples who are enjoying a date, or adults and families who are looking for a sweet get away activity. They have deals all the time and they even offer fundraising opportunities! The owner actually allowed me to host a fundraiser for an organization that I am part of at their shop and it was such a success! The location, price, and hours make it convenient, but the staff, environment, quality of yogurt, and overall best yogurt experience is what keeps me coming back! I presume this is the Yogurt Shack business owner, Michael Moses, apparently displeased at me for not lavishly praising his weird political beliefs in my review when I actually only showed up for yogurt. I was called a "stupid liberal" and an "older sour puss white woman" during the unhinged rant, along with being banned from the store. You'd think a business owner would improve on what's repelling customers, but I guess it wouldn't appease Michael's beloved "daddy". We have gone here for a while and enjoyed the yogurt, which has always been offered at a very low price. Unfortunately, it looks like the owner is a Trumpee so we won't be back. Last night we went in and noticed a Trump bobble head and poster on the counter. As someone who works in customer service, it's a best practice to keep politics out of the workplace. i pretty much go here now everytime with friends after finishing watching a movie at the Ultra Star across the street. It's a fun, good little place. Overheard someone say to the teenage worker to tell the owner that the poster was risky and she replied "he's aware." The proud owner should stand behind his own counter and be accountable instead of subjecting these innocent teenagers. Disappointed in the lack of Covid precautions. Owners mask was not covering mouth or nose. There was no social distancing. There was no proper cleaning or hand washing before serving untinsels. Other than that we have been happy with the quality of yogurt and friendly staff. We have emailed the owner directly about our concerns two weeks ago but have not heard back. That is the reason for this post. We hope these issues will be addressed so that we would feel comfortable in coming back. read more

This is the original yogurt shack. You go there pay per ounce and enjoy it. Dairy destroys my stomach so I'll be on the toilet for two weeks after but it's still worth it. I don't know why yelp allows all these anti Trump reviews. Froyo is dank and these libs need to grow some nuts. (Available to put on top your froyo if it helps) read more
