This place is great! Out of all the stores on mile of tile, this was the only store that actually asked if I needed help and had the tile I was looking for. KITCHEN MASTERS!!!! I did a complete kitchen remodel (new cabinets, counters, backsplash) and have nothing but the best things to say about Mikey and the kitchen renovation process through Orion. What makes Orion so great? -UNBEATABLE pricing. I wish that I could recommend Orion Flooring but I really do not want anyone else to go through the issues that I experienced. First let me state that I am happy with the cabinets and sink that I bought from Orion Flooring. I contracted with Orion Flooring to remodel my kitchen with new cabinets, sink, and install the beautiful quartzite that I had found for the counter tops. The representative I dealt with was Mike. Mike came to my house made measurements and quoted to me a price that I considered fair. Mike did represented himself well, The problems began when the subcontractor installing the cabinets drilled multiple holes in the cabinets trying to find the wall stud to anchor the cabinets (five holes in the center show piece cabinet). Then he forgot to allow for the water line from the sink area to the refrigerator. We had to make him redo the crown molding for the cabinets do to very noticeable gaps in the crown molding. I had to keep a close eye on him because he wanted to cut too many corners. Then when I went to buy the refrigerator it could not be installed in the refrigerator space because the refrigerator is 36 inches wide (which is standard) and the space for the refrigerator was less than 35 inches. So, he had to come back to make adjustments. Way too many callbacks! The problems got worse with the subcontractor for installing the quartzite (Victor). First he did not cut the quartzite the way we discussed, I was quite upset. Then he used the cheapest pressed board possible for backing. He did not cut one of the counter tops square, it's wider in the front than the back. Also he forgot to put a quartzite bridge behind the backless stove. Worst of all he did not have any support for the sink and the sink dropped down even before the plumbing could be installed!! The sink was held up only with caulk and thin wood shims!! A man was sent to put the sink back up to the quartzite but the job he did was second rate at best. And the real mess he left in my garage from cutting the quartzite I'll be cleaning for weeks. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL WORKMANSHIP!!! The frustration that I've been put through has totally convinced me that I will not deal with Orion Flooring anymore and in my opinion neither should anyone else. read more

Do not use this company. The project manager, Mike is purely a salesman. He did not show up as promised. The installers were rude, left a huge mess, and they almost put the kitchen in wrong. I had to show them the blueprints on my phone, and even then it was almost an argument. Good thing I walked down my stairs at the right time. I had to have my husband call and talk to them because they were completely condescending to me. They made a big mess, holes in our wall, they did not leave enough room for the microwave to be reinstalled. The installer from Howard's appliances (great place) was amazed at the poor measurements. That was the first time Mike showed up. One of our shelves was scratched, they 'solved it' by turning it upside down. read more

We first contacted Orion Flooring for a Lower level remodel of our kitchen, bathroom and living room on a tight budget. We got exactly what was promised. Mike did a wonderful job of helping us pick the materials and color pallet. My only issues is that some of the subcontractors did not pay as much detail as I would have liked, causing several comebacks. All in all a acceptable job for the price. read more

So.....9 months later and still a kitchen thats not right. The owner Sam is ignoring every request to fix these items. He refuses to honor warranties and states certain things are not covered (even though he has tried to fix these "not covered" items and now won't anymore because he's out of options). I have unnecessary holes in the backs and side of the interior of cabinets, screws through the bottom of drawers, bad counter polishing, screws falling out of drawer rails (that they tried to fix by flying the screws back in and they keep falling out), just all around poor craftsmanship. They only care about your money, not you or their work. I'm proof. Find a small business to do your kitchen. They will do it right and not just take your money and leave you with bad work and no warranty. I learned my lesson. 9 month of it ......I have texts I can post of the owner bad mouthing me when stating I need things fixed...if anyone wants to see them....along with pictures of the holes and other bad craftsmanship. Once you see this stuff, you'll go elsewhere for your kitchen work. read more

My fiancé and I have been remodeling our home over the last few years now. We are on a tight budget and doing 90% of it ourselves but also have high standards and want a quality end result. We bought our kitchen and bathroom cabinets from Orion Flooring after searching high at low for the best bang for our buck. We used their installers and were unfortunately less than pleased with the install. The cabinets themselves are great but these guys really rushed throwing them together. I expressed my concerns to Samantha, the owner, who went way above and beyond to make things right. Hence the 5 stars. She took a personal interest in making sure all corrections were made and she told me she stopped using those installers. As some other reviews have stated, the sales guy Mike was a pig lol. I didn't like him from the get go either so I always just dealt with Sam and she has since fired Mike too. This may look like a large store, but it is a small business owned by a woman who truly cares about her clients and their projects. All businesses go though a couple bad employees at times but what matters is how it's handled and prevented going forward. Sam and her store are truly the best at the heart of it all. I have since placed multiple orders of tile and other cabinets from her without a single issue. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. Orion flooring in Anaheim went to my friend's house in Irvine and sold a scheduled flooring job to my friends who do not speak English very well. The contract was for $11,800. Orion flooring took $6,000 up front for materials from our friends. The law clearly states on any size contract in California you can only take a 10% deposit or $1,000 whichever is less! This clearly voids the contract from taking excess deposit. It's been 2 months now and my friends canceled the job 2 months ago and asked Orion flooring to return the flooring and reimburse them the $6,000. Sam the owner refuses to help these people who do not speak English very well and not return their money. We have called the flooring distributor and complained and also the contractors State license board. Every time we call and talk to Sam the owner all he wants to do is argue and yell and scream at my friends who do not speak very good English! Horrible customer service! It's over 60 days now and still no refund for the $6,000 Orion floor took from my friends. Horrible experience at Orion flooring. read more
