I will give a 1 rating because it won't let me post if I don't, I was highly dissatisfied with the service. Had someone come out because I was having mice issues he shows up I tell him the issues I'm having he says ok let me go down to the basement and see what I can find and see if you have any holes leading from outside to the inside he was down there not even 15 mins my basement has four room and is a very good size so already right there was a red flag then he proceeded to say I don't see anything I had to go down and start looking then he says I see a small spot in this small crawl area I had so he says that's it seals something outside that wasn't even the same spot he saw from the inside when my husband came home that night I showed him what he stated and he went into the crawl way and it was a freaking silver screw that the guy thought light was coming through but it was the silver screw shining so with all that being said the issue was not solved not even close he set up about 4 or 5 traps in my big ass basement then left some in a pile my husband had to do the rest so during a pandemic we paid almost $200 that we do not have at this moment but made it work bc we were sick of the issue we were having and here we are still dealing with the issue so the whole 30 days and money back guarantee is bullshit I didn't even need to wait the 30 days because I know the issue wasn't solved because I was with the guy the whole time he was at my house and saw nothing was done. So you best believed I canceled my subscription with them because they were not taking 82 bucks from me either two months. Just wanted to give an update. After posting my review what seems to be the owner reaches out to me I respond and have yet to get any response back from them. Never again so dissatisfied. read more

Unbelievable. Yesterday I was a Modern customer. Today and forever an Orkin family member. I had them for 4 months. Knowing and seeing mouse droppings. They even had an "inspector " come and tell me i was crazy and there are zero signs of rodent activity. And that they were going to drop me because they could not help- The last day I saw Modern I also called Orkin . The day David from Orkin showed up at my house in Caribou changed my mental state of mind being told to me these previous 4 months. He actually inspected the entire home. Including places the other had previous stated they did. He tool photos and invited me to follow which I declined. Instead after he was done he showed me the photos and I was inclined to see for myself. His care and concern for me as a member of the Orkin Family was very evident. We went over the entire home as he assured me that I was not he a ring things that, indeed there was an issue. He placed some things into attic with stuff on it and returned. When he returned there were 3 mice on those teams. 3. In 4 months Modern caught nothing. In a week 3. He gave some suggestions to stop the influx and we did the work suggested. Now 4 weeks later I have not heard anything. Seen or smelt anything. I'm glad to see David as a member of my family and not just a service. I am so very pleased with not only the technical service but the customer service as well. I started back with Orkin after finding disgusting deposits from mice after I had been gone for some time.....Wow - first and foremost - Jose - our technician worked his magic and not only was that problem cleared up but spiders and all other little creatures suddenly disappeared, Jose is so completely professional and so very personable. I decided it would help to change my schedule to every other month instead of every month. Hello all, Beware of Orkin techs Robert Phillips he football sled my automatic gate with the opener on the left side in plan view. (Note it's not broke put out of line.) He was trying to get in the property with out notice. trying to call the area manger Bill Buckley 3 times but no success with no direct number of contact. the answer i got on my voicemail was sorry its not broke i"ll remove the tech from the route. very poor customer service from the tech and now the area manger too.. We have had Orkin for at least 12 years and have always had excellent service. We started with them while we were still active duty military and when we changed residences, they gladly follow us. When it was time for us to transition out of the military and pay frequencies changed, they worked with us until everything was constant and stable again. We've had nothing but good techs down through the years, all very thorough in their work. Our current tech actually told me she takes it as a personal failure if any of the clients she services has a problem after being serviced. That's an outstanding attitude in any profession! Orkin not only ANSWERED the phone, I got a SAME DAY appointment!! The inspector was unreliable and had all sorts of excuses why an inspection was not needed or interested in coming to the scheduled inspection. He was being dismissive, unprofessional and wanting to try and diagnosis my pest issue over the phone, rather than coming out in-person to do a thorough inspection as promised on the Orkin website. Perhaps he had a late night or a date but he was clearly not interested and had a bad attitude. He did not return calls or show up. Orkin has the worst customer services from inspectors, representatives and even supervisors. read more

Diego, our technician, is the reason I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Orkin to any of my family and friends. He is prompt, courteous, professional and friendly. Whenever I have questions about the products used or about behaviors of certain pests, he always takes time to explain things to me so that I can feel safer about my pets in areas indoors that he's sprayed or about the habits of scorpions. Please do not buy into this company. I've been paying for over a year now still have the same problems. When I try to contact them I never once have received a response. They are a joke. All my money wasted for a whole year. Again another call goes unanswered. I called them on Monday last week to request yet another visit and they said someone would be over on Saturday!!! Orkin in Augusta GA have been the most diligent pest control in my experience. they listened, and went after my mouse invasion. Today, Sylvester caught number 50, yes 50! they have been at our home since December 2018 with this issue. Plugged holes, changed traps weekly and stayed with this issue until it was solved. The technician who Orkin sent to my home was not vaccinated. My wife and I are 87; I have an underlying health condition. I didn't know his vaccination status until he had almost completed the inside work. Had I known I never would have permitted him in my home. We try very hard to be careful; Orkin put us in danger!!!
