I thought it would lighten up after it dried but it didn't, so I think this area just didn't get enough attention. There was also a stain left in one of the smaller bedrooms that I think could've been treated more throughly. I plan to treat these areas myself before moving the furniture back into the rooms where they belong. I still left a tip. UPDATE: the business owner contacted me offering to come back and re-clean the areas. I appreciated them following up and taking the time to address the issue. Two technicians Will and Frank came over and did a great job in cleaning the dark spots and removing the stain in the other room. If you decide to use this business, I'd definitely recommend requesting Will and Frank.

The dining chairs look brand new again, which was amazing - and the carpet is much cleaner (although there were a few permanent stains they were unable to remove - which is not surprising).

On the positive side, the cleaning itself is decent, and the ladies who come to the house are always very nice and respectful. However, their punctuality and communication are major issues. They are consistently late - often upwards of 30 minutes. What makes it incredibly frustrating is the complete lack of proactive communication. They will wait until the exact time they are scheduled to arrive to tell me they are running behind, or they will say they are showing up "soon" and then take over half an hour to actually get here with absolute radio silence in between. This has wasted my time on several occasions and forced me to push back my own plans while waiting around for them to show up. If you have a completely wide-open schedule and don't mind waiting around, their cleaning is fine. But if you value your time and expect basic professional communication regarding ETAs, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I have known Isa ( Orta Brothers) for nearly 7 years, professionally when I called them to schedule units that carpets needed to be cleaned when I worked in Property Management and also personally for my own home. Isa and Ricardo are wonderful, they are always prompt, always flexible with scheduling, very knowledgeable in their cleaning and always gives after help suggestions on how to keep your carpet from locking in more dust / dirt and etc. They have always showed up on time, trust worthy when I used to leave my key under the mat when I lived in an Apartment, I trust them with my home even if I wasn't home. They are simply just very great people, great service and I love the way my carpet looks right now. I haven't seen my carpet look this brand new looking for a while now =) I give 5 stars for their service, trustworthiness, thoroughness, polite professionalism and Awesome customer service... I have been going to Orta Brothers for a couple years now for any carpet needs I have personally or my tenants have (i work in property management), they are truly a pleasure to work with. Isa and Ricardo are very professional, very fairly priced, efficient and always easy to reach. The magic they work on carpets is incredible! Just recently, I had a very unfortunate situation involving my BRAND NEW carpet, someone had thrown up on it and although i tried several times to clean it myself, I could not rid the smell. I reached out to Isa first thing 7 am Monday morning with my carpet emergency and he sent Ricardo right away. Ricardo was able to get the smell out thankfully and my carpet is as good as new again. This company continuously and consistently goes above and beyond for their customers and I will continue to give them my business and as well as refer them to my clients for any carpet cleaning, replacements, etc needs as well. read more

I had a great experience with Orta Bros! I've been living in my (2 bdrm) apt for about a year and started to worry about the condition of my carpets. Especially because I have a cat and put down a deposit, I wanted to be sure that the carpets stayed in good condition, so I decided to get them cleaned. A friend of mine recommended this service so I gave them a try. They arrived exactly as scheduled and did a great job. The person who cleaned the carpets was very polite and professional and did a thorough job in about an hour. I even got a few tips on keeping my carpet in good condition from now on (e.g. socks are better than bare feet to keep your carpets clean b/c of the oils in your skin - who knew?). The next day, my carpets are soft, clean and dried completely and all those stubborn stains are out. I was very happy with the results! read more

At Arbor Ridge Apartments in Brentwood we have very high standards for our rent ready units. Orta Bros did a great job cleaning the carpets in our house. It is amazing what a difference clean carpets make! The people who cleaned the carpets were diligent, friendly and took care of everything for us. It is a fairly large three bedroom house and they were done before I knew it. She and her team absolutely get after it! I did some research before narrowing it down to the top 2 companies. I called Koren first as she had also been recommended by some neighbors as well. A competitor had a website where you could book appointments and secure cleanings for certain parts of the house. It was a little much for me and led to more questions, thus my call to Koren first. I explained the Sq Footage in my home, the layout of the lower and upper levels, how many stairs as well as the loft. She explained the processes she and her team go through and answered most of my questions that I would have asked. We booked an appointment, she said she would text me an hour before, and she kept her word! We had a few older stains and a few recent and she and her team made our entire carpet look new with no more stains!! Her price after researching and inquiring with Koren was very fair and the work they do justifies the expense. I told her and her team, as they were packing up, that they "are the hardest working, most thorough team that has ever cleaned our carpets, EVER!". I highly recommend if you want someone to give you that extra touch and that was the most impressive to me.
