We needed to get a mattress pronto. Went in to Ortho and Bob was right there to help. He showed us four styles before even mentioning price. We were sold on one and the second we flinched at the price, he solved that issue and showed is one that was just as good for far less. We will sleep on a new mattress tonight. UPDATE . The mattress we bought a little over a year ago is now useless. We paid a premium for a better mattress than Costco. I just got off the phone with Ortho salesman their attitude was not good and less than sympathetic to our problem. For people interested in Ortho Mattress my only advice is to spend the extra $99 on the mattress protector upsell AND have it on the same invoice as your mattress order. I had a really good experience dealing with Ortho Mattress in San Dimas. Buying a bed is a big expense and commitment. I visited many stores trying to pick the perfect bed. I went into Ortho and Michael helped me, he was very nice and knew a lot about his merchandise. I really liked one bed, but was nervous (I have really bad neck and back issues, so a nice bed is very important to me). I left the store to think about it. The next day I went back to see if I loved the bed as much as I thought I did. This time Bob was the salesman working and just like Michael, he was not pushy at all and very helpful. Both guys really let the customer make their decision without feeling pressured. I ended up buying a mattress with an adjustable base that day and it was delivered last week. Let me say, the adjustable base has been a game changer for me...it helps my back so much! I love my bed and can't wait to get into it each day! Worse customer service. Since when is it not ok to walk around a mattress store without help and sit on a mattress for a couple of minutes. Apparently the idiot working there thinks that's "fooling around" and told me to leave. Keep in mind there was no other customers in the store. Even after I told him he was being rude and that I was there to buy a mattress, he still insisted that I leave because I was making him look bad on the cameras. Sadly I was there a couple of months before and had a less than satisfactory experience with the same guy. I didn't learn anything from him that I already didn't learn online. He also made it very clear that he didn't think I could afford the mattress I was interested in. Instead he was trying to sell me the cheapest mattress which was super uncomfortable.
