Not a great experience coming from a loyal customer. Had a full balayage and haircut. The balayage is not even visible... costing me nearly $300! You really cannot see any highlights... my hair looked better when I walked in! My shampoo and rinse was also very painful. I was literally wincing! The stylist felt bad about the end results and offered to fix it, but i am too nervous for that. Also did a terrible job blow drying my hair... it was a frizzy mess. My normal stylist left and I tried to stay here and try a new person, but I'll be going elsewhere for my hair needs. Bummer. read more

When I arrived I was impressed by the friendliness the beauticians extended to their clients. In my case I needed a color refresh as my hair had the audacity to begin to gray. Ashlynn listened carefully to my concerns and found the perfect color to blend/disguise that issue. My cut was perfect. She is a true professional. My wife had a 1:00pm appointment time, on her way to her appt she got into a minor accident, contacted the salon and stated that she would be no more than 10 late as the police report is being finished, the salon canceled her appointment! I contacted the salon and they stated cancel time is 15 Mins or more, but because my wife's appt and another clients appt was very close they needed to cancel hers.. They canceled her appt because she was going to be 5-10 mins late because of a car accident....LOW Not to mention cancel policy is 15 mins or more, she was going to be no more than 10...They canceled her appointment due to poor scheduling on their part Cant rate their services or products because we will never give them our business in the future read more

Ariel did my hair, she did such a good job and I was surprised with the result. She's super sweet! Only complain I had was she didn't use a towel when she washed my hair out and my back got a little wet. Nothing too crazy but overall a great experience! read more

by far the worst cut i've ever had. i went in with very long hair and i now have to pin it up with bobby pins to fake it and i even ordered wigs it's so bad. i left and burst into tears and ran to another salon and they said they couldn't even tell what tools were used to cut it it was so bad. i went in for a trim and lost almost a foot of hair by the time it was all done. read more

The salon is comfortable and inviting and takes safety seriously- it's super clean and respects guidelines, which was very important earlier this year. I saw Meghan to get about 6- 8 inches of length cut off and I LOVED my new hair and my impromptu eyebrow wax! I came in to get my haircut yesterday, and made a very last minute decision.... I ended up cutting my medium length hair to my collar bone, and I absolutely love it!! Almost 5" off my length! I'm so glad I went with my gut and decided to chop it off. My stylist did such a great job! She did exactly what I asked, and made it look just like my inspiration picture. Not only was the final product great, but the service was amazing! I never felt nervous or uneducated on what she was doing, how to style my hair, or what AVEDA products to use. She talked me through it every step of the way. After my hair cut, they even touched up my make up! I thought that was so cute, and I ended up buying the new lip gloss they put on me. In the end, I was actually kind of sad to leave because everyone was so welcoming and great! The environment was so friendly. It was a great little escape from reality! Sadly, I can't get my hair done here everyday. However, I am coming back in 6 weeks for another cut. If you are in need of a good hair style, some pampering, and an experience then you need to come here because they do it all! 10/10 recommend, I can't wait to comeback!!! read more

I love this salon, especially Gaby. She cuts, styles, color and highlights my hair. I have really long hair and am super picky, and she does an amazing job! I also have thick, dark hair that's hard to highlight, but she's a perfectionist and the color always comes out great! When I'm in the mood to change up my hair style, she's very artistic and can cut any way you want. I show her pictures and she always knows how to do it! I've been cutting my own hair since last year due to the pandemic. (I have short hair. Working from home so my basic layer cut abilities sufficed.) Since I'm going on vacation, I wanted a professional cut and style. I made an appointment at this establishment since someone was available at the low end of the price range. (Again, short hair. I don't want to pay too much. The last place I went to was over $60, and now even higher!) I was booked with Mariah. I'm usually not happy with my cuts since I never can find a stylist who is good with women's short hairstyles. Usually they cut it like a man's layered cut. Of course I'm not charged the same lower price. Ugh! But Mariah was the exception. She did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the results.
