The food was good, but pricey. We ordered 3 ramune, melon and Thai tea boba, fried tofu, combo hibachi, side ramen and a chicken lo mein. The total was $100. It wasn't what we were expecting with the name hibachi. Our food was served in plastic take away containers and wasn't prepared in front of us. There were 5 of us and we shared.

Wait time isn't too bad for lunch. Food came out in about 15 minutes. Pretty nice interior design and food is well presented. Portion is good and the ramen texture is excellent. Soft boiled egg is done perfectly. I'll definitely be back to try their other ramen bowls.

I was super excited to have an option for Ramen out this way and kept hearing good things about Osaka. First the good: everyone working there is super friendly and helpful. The fried rice we had was really good, had that nice wok char that is hard to find around here. The braised short rib ramen, was pretty good. The rib was delicious. The broth however was so spicy almost bordering on too spicy (and we like spicy). They do not offer a kids menu so my son and I split the beef ramen; it was one of the few ramen dishes that did not have a spicy broth. Unfortunately the beef ramen was not good. The broth had a weird taste and was super salty. The beef in the ramen was very gristly and just didn't taste good. For 3 items and a bubble tea with tip it was over $80, which to me was kind of pricey for what we got. I may get fried rice again but if I'm craving ramen I'll go somewhere else.

I decided to give the ramen place a try and it was great! It's quite the drive from Milwaukee but since I was around the area running some errands it was the perfect time to give it a review. I went on a Friday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all. When you enter the restaurant, it's quite smaller than what you would expect, self ordering so no waitors. You can pick where you like to sit. Here's what I ordered: Appetizers: Taco Yaki: Great flavor and the sauce on them were yummy. If you like taco yaki then give them a try. Pork Belly Korean Tacos: These were very good, with the coleslaw. You get 3 which was well worth it. I would definitely return for these maybe when doing a lunch run. The pork belly has a nice char. Red Tonkotsu Ramen Broth was very flavorful and had a hint of spice but wasn't too overpowering. Noodles were firm and pork belly was nicely charred. This was a great bowl or ramen. Beef Rib Ramen You already know! With the beef rib it's the premium and holy grail or the ramen! The beef rib was SUPER TENDER!!!! And Juciy! Perfectly cooked to perfection. Every bite was heaven! The broth had a hint of spice but again very tolerable. Overal this is the ramen to get if you're not sure. The price is higher than the rest but trust me it's worth it!! Brown Sugar Boba: this might probably be the the only disappointment, just because I've had so many great bobbas but it's not going to affect the score. I didn't come for Bobba so it won't impact my final score. We walked out of the restaurant feeling satisfied! I would return to try the other flavors and I would recommend giving this place a try. Ramen shops are usually a hit or miss, but this place is aH

Left no crumbs! Everything was great from the food to the service. I will warn you in advance it is a smaller restaurant than we were anticipating. Maybe 10 tables total and most are 2 tops. You order at the counter and they will bring it to your table. Boba was great, gyoza was fresh and hot, and the ramen is some of the best we've had in a while! The beef rib ramen was huge and very flavorful. We will be coming back.

I heard about this ramen place from my cousin. We decided to try it out. We went there around 11 when it just open. Good thing we went early because it got busy. We order different ramen and Korean taco. It came pretty fast. We order in the cashier. When it is ready they serve us in the table. Everything taste delicious. Would come back again

Service was excellent from the minute you walked in. Very limited seating of 5 tables for 2 people and then 2 table for 4 people. You order at the counter then the food will come to your table and they'll call your ticket (receipt) number if needed Based on the one entree that I ordered it was very good

Another generally nice stop at Osaka Ramen & Hibachi. Good Gyoza and great Tonkotsu Ramen. With that glorious chashu and creamy broth. The lady had a chicken teriyaki bowl and thought it was meh. I noticed that the chicken was not real teriyaki and strangely there was pile of coleslaw and pickles (American pickles not Japanese pickles) in the bowl. Just a very strange dish that should not be served until they can figure out how to make a Japanese Chicken Teriyaki. So more work to do here. I'm rating based on my Ramen only.

    Spicy chicken. best ever!

The service is excellent. They were very quick to help people and it was a good experience overall. We got the mixed shrimp and vegetables hibachi which was delicious and the tonkotsu ramen too. The ramen broth was very flavorful and had soy marinated boiled egg which was great because not every ramen place does that. The place is casual inside with about 9-10 tables. I will be back for the lunch special some time too!

While it accommodated us, our large party probably was a bit of a distraction for the other diners. Coincidently, during our visit, we ran into two families we knew from that area. Both raved about Tanpopo, and commented how they were regulars. After getting our food, it was easy to see why. Several people at our table had ramen, and one had the Pho. Everyone who had the ramen enjoyed it, but the person who had the Pho commented that the beef was a little bit tough. The rest of us shared several sushi rolls, and they were all amazing! The presentations were lovely, and everything was fresh with savory sauces and sides . They even brought out some matcha ice cream with a candle to help us celebrate our birthday boy. Kid chopsticks are available for purchase to use and take home, which definitely made our grandkids day! Service was fast and friendly, and the setting is a nice, casual spot to enjoy good Japanese food with family.

The salad with the yellow-colored dressing couldn't be explained except to say that it was "Japanese". The curry on the Chicken Curry Bowl was a very "hot" dish and I wouldn't order it again. The fried rice with chicken was almost flavorless unless you added a lot of Soy Sauce. The waitress needs more English language training on menu items or needs to bring in the owner to explain them. In general, the variety on the menu is interesting. The dishes just need more clarification for those who want to learn about oriental dishes.

Especially good were the shrimp spring rolls. In fact they were so substantial two people chose them for their main plate. We all happily ate more food than we should have, yet when the bill came we were pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price. The White Tea was very good, especially on this cold afternoon. (5 stars). The shrimp tempura was just okay. The breading was a bit oily and did not adhere to the shrimp. (2 1/2 Stars). I ordered the seafood Ramen and loved the flavor and the freshness of the ingredients. The Scallops were extremely good, great taste, and cooked just right. (5 Stars). My son ordered the Curry Ramen and thought it was good, but he felt that the jalapeno was a bit overpowering. (4 Stars). The noodles were very very good. Great ambiance, excellent service and a good variety menu. I'll be back for sure.
