Came to this salon for conveniency since it's right next to Super H Mart in Johns Creek. The salon owner had her 2 sweet dogs there, which were very well behaved. I went without an appointment and it looked like I walked in right after three ladies walked in, which meant all the technicians were going to be busy helping them. I was initially told that it would be about a 30 minute wait, but someone, I think the manager, called someone in. Wait time became 10 minutes. She came in, and got right to business. I had a specific gel nail design in mind but I couldn't decide on the colors. She was very patient with me while I decided on the three colors I needed, and even redid some fingers when I realize that wasn't the color I wanted. She may have nicked me a few times cutting the cuticles, but she was very apologetic. She was constantly assuring me to let her know if there's anything I didn't like. Also, the color I choose, yellow, was very light. I wasn't aware that that meant it would take much more time and layers. But again, she was very patient, and made sure I was happy with it. Overall the total was $30 and I gave her $8 tip. read more

Came here about a week ago. Was recommended by one of my best friends to come here. Linda, the owner was there with her mom and their cute little chihuahua. She immediately went to work on my nails after I told her I needed a fill-in and new color on the nails I had done at another location. The previous location made my nails very thick and uncomfortable and I told her I wanted a natural feel to my nails and not as thick. This was my second visit to this nail salon . It's funny when people are running a business as if they are doing you a favor and they are not getting paid for the service. Very unfriendly. I've always had a problem with finding someone who could make my acrylics look natural... I have wide nail beds. Linda aced this challenge. I get so many compliments on my nails these days. They also do fantastic pedicures. The entire staff is friendly and I always have a good laugh when I'm in there. This salon is exactly what I was looking for. I got right in for a walk-in pedi. They didn't oversell me. I didn't know prices before I went in, and was delighted to be charged $20 for my pedi, even though they offer more expensive pampering ones. I am going back today for mani/pedi. I would say this place is okay at BEST. I got a pedicure and it was probably the fastest pedicure in the world. They charge an extra dollar for tub liners which I've never encountered before, the lady exfoliated my legs for literally one second, asked if I wanted to pay $5 for callus treatment and when I said no, scrubbed my feet for literally 10 seconds. Like literally, even loose dead skin couldn't have come off with that scrubbing. I get that I didn't get the deluxe treatment so she doesn't need to go ham but still.... also when my sister asked a question, one of the workers laughed at her and said something to her coworker to which the coworker responded with in English "that's rude". Maybe she wasn't talking crap but the timing was uncanny. It was overall not relaxing at all and just annoyed me, and I would say I'm definitely not one of those people who are very particular and hard to please. Benefit of the doubt, my sister said hers was better and maybe my lady was just tired or new but meh, probably won't be back. At least she was nice. Walked in and asked for a manicure fill in for my fiancé and a pedicure for me. There were 3 people in the establishment and 3 people working. When we asked about the services they acted like we were bothering them and were very rude and short with us when they told they don't have time, with absolutely no eye contact at all.
