Oscar's Alehouse East stands tall amongst other shops including Carraba's Italian Grill and medical offices off the stretch on Ritchie Hwy by the clock tower. Be it weekends and off hours, I've had pleasant service and nourishing meals at Oscar's. The staff here have all been attentive and quick. I've enjoyed the salads and sandwiches of quality ingredients and all satisfying. The menu covers quite a range of options, plenty to tickle taste buds and some adjustable to your delight. A great choice for sports fans, plenty of screens across the dining space, and parking is never a hassle. Definitely recommend for casual no reservations type of good eats!

Went healthy since it was a late dinner, lettuce wrapped burger & side salad, very good

Representing 2023 in alphabet series, O is for Oscar's. No relation to the Oscars or Academy Awards, which is timely as there was an announcement they will be only YouTube starting in 2029. In March 2023, I was in a games Meetup in Glen Burnie, and there were a few occasions, where I went with people afterwards for late dinner. We went down the road on MD-2 to just south of 100 to Oscar's. We all sat at the bar. I went healthier because it was late almost 10 PM. I got a lettuce wrapped burger & side salad instead of fries. Service was good as was the burger. Bar area was big in the middle, and the restaurant itself was large. I'd go back if I was over here.

This place was awesome and I wish it were closer to my house because I'd be here all the time. This alehouse is huge inside, I wasn't prepared. The bar area is at the center with tables and chairs along the perimeter. It's dark-ish in there but that makes it cozy. Our waitress was attentive despite it taking my friend and I a while to decide what to eat and drink. I ended up with a Loose Cannon, a bowl of the Portuguese soup, and the fried green beans. All were amazing. Excellent visit!

    Great place with great people

A welcoming spot for the whole family, with a huge craft beer selection and something for everyone on the menu. I'm a big fan of the southwest rolls, pizza, and Monday Burger Night! The staff is always friendly, fast, and knows their stuff.

The service was superb! The server anticipated all of our needs from napkins, to another round of drinks, to ordering more appetizers! She was fantastic!!!! The food was really good as well. The wings tasted fresh, not frozen. They were hot and flavorful. The ranch tasted homemade. The three cheese crab dip was my absolute favorite; the best crab dip I've tasted in a very long time. If you do not like roasted garlic do not eat this. It was full of garlicky goodness and crab meat!!!! It comes with tortilla chips and ciabatta bread that is grilled. The server said she likes the crab dip with pita bread. We will have to try that the next time. The atmosphere was very relaxing and quaint. We can't wait to try this place again!

We went for Date Night. My husband had a bacon cheeseburger which he said was delicious. I had the fish and chips. The batter on the fish was delicious. Loved the fresh cut fries! The service was great too

From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed like old friends by Kate and Chris. They are incredibly sweet, warm, and genuine. The kind of people who make you feel instantly at home. One of the most endearing parts of the experience is watching them interact. They playfully (and very wholesomely!) bicker with each other in a way that's clearly rooted in love and mutual respect. It adds so much charm and personality to the atmosphere, you can tell this place is truly their shared passion. Kate and Chris also have an incredible wealth of knowledge about the best local restaurants, hidden gems, and must-see sights around the city. Their recommendations made our trip even better! It's clear they care deeply about both their guests and Baltimore as a whole. And the cocktails -- absolutely outstanding. Expertly crafted, perfectly balanced, and made with care. They offer a wonderful variety of snacks and charcuterie that pair perfectly with the drinks, all thoughtfully curated and high quality. This isn't just a bar -- it's an experience filled with heart, personality, and top-tier hospitality. We can't recommend it highly enough!

The bartenders seemed overwhelmed, so it took a while for us to get waters and place our drink orders. We had already eaten, so we didn't try any of the snacks. They do offer a solid selection of cocktails, wines, and beers, which is a plus. One thing I noticed was that the space didn't feel very clean--though I'm not sure if it was the ambiance or the lighting. The lights were extremely bright, which took away from the overall vibe. I think the atmosphere would feel much better if the lighting were dimmed to create a cozier, more relaxed setting. Overall, I'm not dying to come back, but I'd be open to returning to try some of their snacks.

It's everything you want in a great lasagna: cheesy, creamy, with those perfectly crispy pasta edges. After discovering it, I found myself coming back once or twice a week for about a month just for that dish alone. Their Super Tuscan wine is also a standout--smooth, bold, and pairs perfectly with the richer dishes on the menu. Other honorable mentions include the house-prepared meatballs, the saffron seafood pasta, and the grilled octopus--all excellent choices. The outdoor patio is an added bonus when the weather is nice, making it a great spot for a relaxed meal. If you go, definitely try the lasagna!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were seated right away, our hostess and server were both friendly and helpful. The appetizers arrived quickly but the entrees took so long that we asked our server if she could check in to make sure everything was alright. Once the food arrived it was warm and as described on the menu, however one of our table members had to wait another 5 minutes for her food. Overall the food was enjoyable and the service was friendly but the wait time will probably deteriorate me from returning.
