Great experience at Oscar's Brewing Co. (OBC) today. If you've read my reviews, you know I have a LOT of food allergies. Joe (manager) and Jaycelyn (server) provided outstanding customer service, throughout our visit. Joe personally brought my meal out to ensure it was to OBC standard. My food was prepared improperly, but they both went above and beyond to ensure my meal was prepared safe for consumption with my allergies. The ambiance was super relaxing, with views over the manmade pond, a central fountain and sunset over the mountains that appeared close enough to touch. They are creating exceptional brews using the finest ingredients, it has a very welcoming taproom surrounded by wine barrels and TV's for the sports fan in your group. Oscar's Brewing Company is hands down one of the most impressive brewery-restaurant experiences around, and honestly it outshines other local spots like Hendo's Barrel House in almost every category. From the second you walk into OBC you feel the energy -- a vibrant but comfortable atmosphere that works whether you're out with friends or grabbing dinner. The patio overlooking the pond sets a relaxed yet elevated tone you just don't get at most places. The beer program here is strong with real variety and thoughtful craft pours, not just generic options. The cocktails are solid too. When it comes to food, OBC nails it. Every dish we tried had bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and real attention to detail. The house-made breadsticks and pizzas are legitimately delicious and pair perfectly with whatever you're drinking. Compare that to Hendo's Barrel House, which I respect and enjoy, but for me doesn't hit the same mark on consistency or overall experience. Hendo's aims high and has great bones, but OBC executes every night without fail -- from service to food quality to atmosphere. The staff at OBC are friendly, professional, and genuinely make you feel welcome, not rushed. We ended up staying way longer than we planned because it just felt like the place to be. Giving this 5 stars because the food is delicious! That said, I think the NEW Lemon Chicken Caesar Wrap would be even better if it was made into a chopped salad first. It would make for a more cohesive, easier to eat wrap. Also, it comes with a side salad, but I feel like it would pair better with something like chips, fries, or even their breadsticks instead. I went here for a friend's wedding rehearsal dinner and loved the ambiance of OBC! Coming in brought a relaxed vibe with the faerie lights especially for a group of over 20 people. We were seated at a long table with a lovely view of the pond outside. I ordered the Travellers noodle which was okay, but I enjoyed the pretzels, fries, and all of the desserts. We also had broccolini which had a really smoky and spicy flavor, also just okay. I'm not the biggest sweet person but the chocolate wasted was excellent and chocolate lovers would be in heaven; it had a good amount of different textures to keep it interesting. It is huge though so I would recommend sharing this! I got the guava cider which was lovely- it was very light and not too sweet. Love Oscar's, and as I local I keep coming back. But could it be that the menu has gotten more boring as time goes on? Seems like my favorite things just disappear. The location, the vibe, the burgers beer & pizza are all great. But I gotta complain about the lemon chicken caeser wrap. It's got Romaine in it, fine. But it seems like when they chop a salad, all the white stems with no greens get dumped in a bin, saved especially for stuffing into my wrap. Yuk! Not getting that again. read more

They have an outrageous reward program which I highly recommend signing up for (it's free) The classic espresso martini and the "not not an espresso martini" are both really good. My fiancé and I were scouting out the venue for an event and decided we HAD to get some beers at a brewery. How can you not? The bar area is self seating and we found a seat right away. I mean, it's Tuesday. Oh! Speaking of Tuesday, they do trivia night every Tuesday at like 7! Miles the bartender greeted us as soon as he could , which was prompt. There were about 6 other groups in the bar, so we appreciated him coming over so quickly. The beer menu didn't list that there was a beer flight, so I asked and they do! Four 5oz beers for $10! I had the PineappleShip, Strawberry Moon, Kombucha, & Tangerine Seltzer. My man had two Bearded Blondes (so I could have some), PineGrove, & Nunca Muerto. I am quite pleased with my selection. I'd definitely get the Bearded Blonde over the Strawberry Moon though. Our food came out pretty quick after ordering. The tomato soup and grilled cheese was such a huge comfort! I felt like my belly was getting a nice hug from that combo. I would get it again for sure. We also couldn't not get the breadsticks. I used to come here in high school after competitions when it was still Pat & Oscar's, so I HAD to see if the breadsticks were still the same. Let me tell you...they are! We are excited to come back again for our event! We'll probably come in after packing up and grab another flight and maybe try something new or get another round of soup and grilled cheese. The food here is mediocre, at best. The beer is good from what I've tried. We used to love a few things on the menu but they have changed the menu and those things are no longer available, now we've been a few time since and can't find anything good. Ordered wings today, two flavors, asked if I could do all flats (said they couldn't which was totally fine). Before the wings came out they said they couldn't toss them in two different sauces? Why? I'll never know that seems pretty simple. So I had two sides of sauce and plain wings- once again, ok. BUT they were ALL drums. So that was annoying. Father's Day BBQ plate was very very meh. They shouldn't even offer it with it not being up to par. The prices here are so high. Just totally not worth it. We've been disappointed each time with the food we've received and the amount we've paid. Servers are good. Staff is usually very friendly. read more

They now fry their fries in beef tallow - gross. As a person who eats a plant-based diet, there's already so few options for me on any given menu. Now I can't even eat the fries here. The menu says you can ask for fries cooked in regular vegetable oil, but when I asked my waiter about this option, he was completely clueless. SO tired of restaurants jumping on this pseudo-healthy (and actually extremely UNhealthy) BS around tallow. It's just like any other animal fat and it's not good for you. My husband and I love this place. We love the outdoor seating with the view of the lake. Plus the food is amazing.

OBC is one of my go to's in town! Their breadsticks are so amazing. Served warm and lathered with garlic butter. We usually sit at the bar which has tall tables and some half booths. I love their side salad too. It's so simple. It's a spring mix with this perfectly balanced vinaigrette. I love it so much that they let my buy a tub of it to go. Service at the bar is good. They can get busy but they usually have enough staff to cover all the tables. My hubby loves their pizza! Remember those breadsticks I mentioned? Well those are baked in house and I think the same goes for the pizza. I love the Pat's lemon pepper wings. They aren't the deep fried ones you find at wingstop. These are tender and super flavorful without being over salty. Really gotta give this place a try! read more
