Once I disclosed that another company had already cleaned the room, I was told they do not like taking jobs previously cleaned by other companies and that I should ask the original cleaners to come back instead. The response honestly felt dismissive, and almost as if they no longer wanted the job because I had not chosen their company first. What confused me most is that the room still clearly needed cleaning regardless. It also left me wondering whether they would have accepted the job normally if I had simply never mentioned that another cleaner had already been there. I understand businesses can choose what work they take on, but the interaction felt unprofessional and disappointing after already discussing pricing and the scope of the cleaning.

I hired ASF Clean Team for gutter cleaning and repairs. The service agreement included cleaning the…read moreentire gutter system and flushing/testing the gutters and downspouts. After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. Future customers may wish to inspect the gutters carefully after service and document any concerns promptly.

What I really appreciated was that Hameed was able to handle both the roofing work and the fascia and soffit repairs, which saved me a lot of hassle of finding other company to work on fascia. His team repaired the damaged shingles, replaced the ridge caps, and fixed the fascia and soffit, all with excellent workmanship and 5 years warrenty. Throughout the entire process, Hameed took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything clearly. He is professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. Love them! I hadn't been able to really clean my home for almost 7 weeks due to an injury, so it was really ready for a cleaning. What a great team they are. Let me count the ways: 1) Flexible & punctual: I called them last Thursday--- not expecting that they'd be able to work me in so soon. They came the following Saturday morning right when they said they would. 2) Pleasant & kind: They're just really chill and friendly. 3) Thorough & fast! Did I say THOROUGH?!? I don't have a big place (an in-law), but the dust build-up was really getting to me. They did a great job dusting and vacuuming. And not one of those dusting jobs whereby you're not completely sure if the cleaners REALLY dusted, so you start checking all the surfaces and then you're aghast at what you find. No, Oscar and Reyna really dust all the surfaces. And my bathtub---including the tiles---are white and sparkly. Reyna put the scrub down for REAL! 4) If you notice that they miss something or its not to your liking, they'll return and clean or redo it: They had overlooked the baseboards in some areas of my apartment. So when I called and told them about this, they said they'd come the same day and take care of it. No questions asked. 5) Green products: Your place won't smell like a chemical factory afterwards. 6) And of course their good rates. You might pay a little more than some of the other outfits, but it's worth it and not unreasonable. They also shampoo furniture and carpets...which I don't need right now. But if I ever do, I will use their service. And yes, they also go to the East Bay for cleaning jobs. read more

I found Oscar and Reyna Cleaning Service on Yelp and for that reason, I feel compelled to write a review because I could not have been more frustrated or disappointed with their carpet cleaning service. Oscar picks up the telephone, which is good. What isn't good is that he says "yes" when he apparently doesn't understand what you are saying. I thought everything was set but when the day arrived for the cleaning, he called several times asking me where he should clean the carpets. I had arranged for access to the space but he then refused to do the cleaning until I went to the property myself. This went back and forth several times and I lost time and patience. They don't speak very good English and I don't speak Spanish, which is a problem, if we are not on the same page as to what is to be done, etc. And when I returned to check the cleaning job, not only had the carpet in a small area not been cleaned at all, the rest of the carpet did not look very clean either. He says he steam cleans but I don't think he does steam cleaning. I had people moving into the property and they asked if the carpets had been cleaned (as that is what we agreed to). I don't know how this company is getting so many 5 star ratings. Poor service all around. When I called to let them know the carpet in the small room had not been cleaned, it appears that Oscar hung up on me. I I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE FOR CARPET CLEANING NOR WOULD I EVER USE THEM AGAIN! read more

One thing to note is that they did raise the price by about $50 compared to the initial quote when they arrived, which I found still to be very reasonable given the state of my carpet, but worth keeping in mind when you get an estimate. They also did not initially clean the area under a small couch, which other cleaners have cleaned in the past (it's quite a light couch, you can push it to the side easily). When I called about it though they came back right away the next day to get that area. Overall great service and value, just make sure to double check ahead of time if you need cleaning under furniture and keep in mind the quote is just an estimate!
