The first time, they replaced a spark plug, costing me about $200. Two weeks later, the light returned. This time a $687 repair for a completely different issue. Less than two weeks after that, the light came on again. On my third visit, even though their posted opening time is 9 a.m., the technician, Randy, didn't actually show up until after 9:08. He was rude, didn't greet me, and dismissed my concerns instead of offering any apology or empathy. He handed me a paper with another new code and quoted labor costs of $160, with no parts even required. Despite their supposed warranty, I've had to return repeatedly. Each time, a new code, a new cost, and dismissive treatment. Randy even remarked that my car is old and implied I should expect ongoing issues. Yet this doesn't excuse poor service. If I could give zero stars, I would. I can't recommend this shop to anyone looking for accountability or respect.

We had unknown engine problems, there was a knocking sound in the engine, and our lights were out. Mike quoted us a price, fixed the car and had it back in one day, before Xmas, and under the price he quoted us. Now, I'm sure that's good sales tactics, 'quote high and bill low' but there were a few things he could have done to the car... that I asked him to do, that didn't need to be done. I asked him to replace the fog lights but they were working properly and don't need it (my d.a. didn't know there was a trick to turning them on!). I also asked for a quote for shocks and struts as the guys from "Bep Poys" have been telling me I need to get done. His quote was half of the price I got from "my three best friends," and he said he's going to shop for a better/lower price for the parts. We also had a great conversation about things other than car repair: archeology, theology, family, vintage cars, and the holidays. We had a few similar opinions and a few different but we had a great, intelligent conversation about a lot of interesting subjects. I really like the fact that my new mechanic has an honest and efficient shop and a thoughtful, say knowledgeable, and reasonable head on his shoulders.
