We did the half day tour with Captain Aaron on One Love and it was phenomenal from start to finish. His boat is gorgeous which is also a nice bonus. He took us all the way to Sarasota and showed us a bunch of the sites and then took us to a little cove where we swam and paddle boarded for a bit. We got to see a bunch of dolphins and he even got some to play in the wake of his boat which was gorgeous. All in all, I would recommend this to anyone who is going to be in the area and will deff be returning next time we visit my parents. I rented a jet ski from this company, but the experience ended in a situation that raises serious…read moreconcerns about how they operate. There was no clear or visible parking guidance where I parked in front of their location at 100 Circuit Rd. The only sign on the building directs customers to a side gate and says nothing about parking restrictions or towing. I also received no verbal instructions about parking when I made the reservation over the phone. At no point was I warned that parking in that area could result in my vehicle being towed. After my vehicle was towed, the company claimed there was signage elsewhere on the property, but it was not visible from where I parked and would not reasonably be seen by a customer arriving at their storefront. Instead of taking responsibility, they immediately shifted blame to the marina and towing company. At no point did they acknowledge that their lack of clear, visible parking instructions--both over the phone and on-site--directly contributed to the situation. Separately, the overall process felt rushed. I fortunately have prior experience riding wave runners, but if I hadn't, the lack of meaningful instruction and the speed at which paperwork was handled would have been concerning from a safety standpoint. To make matters worse, I was initially denied access to retrieve personal belongings from my vehicle and had to deal with the situation in extreme heat (around a 107°F heat index) with my two young children present. This was entirely avoidable. The lack of clear direction, combined with how this situation was handled afterward, is a serious red flag.

The views and vistas from this location were expertly explained to us and we enjoyed snake island, a few of the surrounding bays, and gorgeous views of sting rays, cranes, and BEST of all: dolphins! I had two swim up directly next to my kayak which was one of the most incredible things that has ever happened to me. I can't say enough about our experience and I highly recommend adding some boat time to your FL itinerary.

Boat rental gone wrong: we cannot imagine what ppl new to boating would have done when faced with…read morethe multiple scary moments we had when renting from Island Jet Ski rental on Casey Key. We are frequent boaters and wanted to try renting a boat while visiting our Florida home. We were joined by friends who have also boated in the past. We were told to arrive no later than 8:40 am, (arrived @8:30) but had to wait around for the employee to show up around 9. Their website advertises $299/4 hours or $399/8 hours but when we checked in we were told it was $399 for 6 hours or $499 for 8 hours. We agreed to rent the boat & when we returned the cost issue would be resolved after employee spoke w/owner since he wasn't able to reach her. Employee quickly showed us where safety equipment was stored and we were off. The boat, however, was not mechanically sound: we discovered that the storage compartment area under the floor was flooding to the point that the water was leaking onto the deck. It looked like the hull could be leaking. Imagine our surprise when we saw that! We were worried the boat could sink! The fenders were literally floating in the storage area. Thank goodness we were able to use the bilge to pump all of that water out. We frequently checked on and pumped out the water several times. The boat ran very slow because there was so much algae growth on the bottom of the boat which,in turn, caused it to guzzle gas. We had to stop for gas twice on our return for fear of running out! No sure why they would rent a boat for 8 hours that runs the risk of running out of gas? The engine repeatedly cut out while we were traveling the Intracoastal Waterway. Not sure why I but that just added to the stress and anxiety one feels when they are facing the possibility of being "adrift" and having to get their boat towed. We called them to let them know why it was taking us so long to return and that we might be late, but had to leave a message. On our return we showed the employee the condition of the boat and shared our experience with him. He discovered that the "live well" wasn't draining properly and it was flooding the boat. After calling the owner, she agreed to reduce the price of our rental by $50 and reimburse us $50 for what we spent on gas. It didn't feel like adequate service recovery to me but we took what we could get. We will never return here and if you are smart, you will rent elsewhere.

I am an extremely responsible person. If that incident had happened, I would have reported it myself and would have gladly paid for the damage, but I told them to check the camera to see who was the person who was there before, because according to the hotel it looks like red hair dye and I have the black hair also to check if there was previous supervision. When we arrived we had to wait more than an hour because the room was not ready (we arrived early) and we moved from the place; I was in the parking lot all the time, I went to the hotel several times to ask and I didn't see anyone going to check, I didn't know which room was but sitting in the park waiting and finally seeing which one I would have realized, like you they can assert that your staff is right? just because they say so. I really have no idea where the stain is, My great displeasure is paying for something that we were not responsible for. They made a call which appears as lost because I am not used to taking a number that I do not know but they were able to send a photo or an email or insist, although in any case I do not think there is a way to prove innocence in this case. In fact, we did not spend much time in the room and for me it will continue to be a scam because we are not responsible for any damage and it is better to blame a guest. that to the staff that works in it and for the hotel Note: I also suppose that they saw that we canceled the next visit and they made assumptions, but the cancellation was because my husband works oncall and they told him that he would be on call because, frankly, we liked the hotel and its location, in fact we recommended it to a couple who spent the 4 of July
