My husband and I have no complaints! We had a delicious dinner here. We each had a mocktail, which were very good. Then we got a pizza, arancini, short rib pasta and crab pasta. All very good- flavorful with perfect pasta. We got one of the last slices of tiramisu, and I am so glad we did, it was outstanding. The server was very friendly. We will return!

The service was top-notch ambience was really nice. We got the chef experience which was amazing food great selection, great variety and basically better than you could've ordered. Will definitely be back to try some things that weren't in the chef experience. Our friends are a big fan of this place and I think we are now too. How do you recommended definite recommend the short rib pasta and scallop dish first and foremost. After the first few dishes came, the food was so good. I didn't even think about taking pictures. I just want to have another bite.

I nice experience for happy hour. Didn't eat a full dinner and the food was tasty. Also had the burrata. I think I would be willing to come back for a full dinner.

Trivia: What delightful crispy morsel on the beef carpaccio might surprise you? Perfect from beginning to end. Delightful service. A wonderful ambiance with light breezes flowing in from the street. Happy hour menu! Yay! Beef carpaccio had a wide array of terrific flavors. Housemade pasta. Both incredibly tasty and uniquely designed (just me, or do they look like little trumpets?). A colorful dish. I know that sounds weird to note, but it made me even happier to eat. Great dessert menu! Good scotch selection, but I went with the decaf espresso because (two glasses of wine) they had it.

We went here for Valentines Day & I will admit I was pleasantly surprised. We vowed to stay away from restaurants during VDay, but this place wasn't too bad. The arancini was delicious! That was probably my favorite thing there. The Brussel sprouts were good, but I've had better. The pastas could've used a little bit more salt. The crab pasta needed some more cream & salt. The short rib pasta was very pleasant. It tasted a lot like it had some Vietnamese influence, especially with the cilantro and seasoning. I would definitely come back! The service was great. The ambiance was very nice, could be upscale if you wanted it to be, but not trying too hard. You can be casual or dress up which is also great!

The hype is real with this restaurant! We had an excellent dining experience here. Our wait staff was incredible and very attentive. We started off with the black truffle aracini which was delicious! The black truffle was a really nice flavor. I had the radiatori for my entree which had the perfect spice. It had a flavor of jalapeño which I normally would not like, but it worked nicely with the crab and pasta. I had the hieronymus to drink which was refreshing and fruity! The restaurant was crowded but there was lots of room and plenty of seating. I love the open kitchen concept as well. Will be back!

Love this spot quality Italian food w/ a touch of NOLA flavors. The pastas are all delicious. Tried the LA crab radiatori and look forward to coming back to try other items. Also got the crispy Brussels which were cooked perfectly with the right amount of flavor. Drinks are great with good options and overall, such a beautiful ambiance. Service is attentive. Great spot for catching up with friends/family with good vibes all around.

I was excited to try this spot as I have heard a lot of great things about it but unfortunately for us, it was just ok. All of the food felt very heavy with the exception of the Blue Fin Crudo. I had the seared gulf fish and my wife had the Spicy Rigatoni. All of the food tasted great just very heavy. The service I will say was very good and the space is very inviting. If you don't mind food that's a little on the heavy side you will like this place I'm quite sure. For us this is not what we typically look for when dining out.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!!! Everything about is amazing. The food, the service, the ambiance...it's all giving!!!! I've been several times and each time it just keeps getting better. The mushroom Campanelle, spaghetti a la Chittara, the blue crab pasta...tuna crudo...all so good!!!! Run don't walk!!!!!

Loved this place brought me back to Italy. The lamb chop was amazing as was the pasta Brussel sprouts and wood fired oysters.

Checked out this place with some friends for dinner. We had a reservation on Sunday night so there was no issue with quick seating. The menu options for starters weren't the best, I wish they had Caesar's salad. We ended up trying the arancini and jumbo shrimp. The arancini was very yummy and I think my favorite starter. We also got the jumbo shrimp, which was good, it just always throws me off the way it is presented. You can't go wrong with the spicy rigatoni as it's a classic.

Had such a great experience! I started with the burrata and it was phenomenal perfectly creamy and fresh, served simply but so well done. You could taste the quality in every bite. The vodka pasta was the star for me. Rich, velvety sauce with just the right amount of kick, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. It's comfort food done with finesse. The ambiance is cozy but elevated, and the service was attentive without being overbearing

I was on day 4 after having my wisdom teeth removed and I was so over smoothies and soup. I decided to come here with a friend after a candlelight concert and I'm so glad I did. First and foremost the service was AMAZING! I wish I remembered our server's name but she was so nice, gave great suggestions, she was full of personality, and she checked on us often enough without being too often. The food was great. We had the scallops, the oysters, blue crab Radiatori and the spicy rigatoni. Everything was amazing!!! I think my favorite was the Radiatori.

The Vintage - New Orleans, LA…read more The Vintage on Magazine Street was our very first food stop in New Orleans, and it turned out to be a great way for my wife and me to start our trip. From the moment we walked in, I really liked the atmosphere. The place has a cool, relaxed New Orleans vibe with a little bit of an upscale café feel without being overly fancy. It's the kind of spot where you can come in, sit down, enjoy some good food and drinks, and just take your time. Of course, we couldn't come to New Orleans and not start things off with beignets! We decided to go with the Fancy Beignet Flight, which gave us a chance to try several different flavors. We got the raspberry, s'mores, and Chantilly. They came out looking almost too good to eat, covered in powdered sugar with all the different fillings and toppings. Almost... because we definitely ate them! They were warm, sweet, messy in the best possible way, and a fun introduction to our New Orleans food adventure. For my meal, I ordered the Italian Panini with the truffle Parmesan fries. The sandwich was packed with meat, cheese, and flavor. Looking at that cross-section, they definitely weren't being stingy with the fillings! The bread was toasted nicely, and everything worked well together. The truffle fries were another highlight. They had plenty of seasoning and Parmesan and paired perfectly with the sandwich. I also grabbed a small iced mocha, which went really well with the food and especially the beignets. One thing I really enjoyed about The Vintage was the atmosphere. The interior has a lot of character, from the marble tables and vintage-style flooring to the bar and pastry display. It feels like a place that belongs on Magazine Street. It was comfortable enough that we didn't feel rushed and could just enjoy being in New Orleans together. The service was good during our visit, and everything came together for a really enjoyable first meal in the city. Our bill came to around $48 after tax and tip for the two of us, and considering we had a sandwich, upgraded fries, drinks, and the beignet flight, I thought it was a good experience for the money. Most importantly, this place gave my wife and me a great start to our New Orleans trip. When your first stop includes a loaded Italian panini, truffle Parmesan fries, iced coffee, and a whole flight of beignets, you know the trip is starting off right! Definitely a place I would visit again. Great food, great atmosphere, and a great first taste of New Orleans. 5 stars from us!

Still a New Orleans Gem - Visitor since 2018!…read more I'm updating my review as of April 2026 because it's important for visitors to know that The Vintage has absolutely "still got it." My last review was in 2020, and I'm happy to report that the quality and atmosphere remain top notch. Whether you are looking for a morning pick up or an evening wind-down, this spot covers all the bases. Their beignets and coffee are a classic must have, and I can personally vouch for their Americano. It is consistently well made and delicious. They also have a great selection of beer and cocktails if you're looking for something a bit stronger. What really sets this place apart, though, is the hospitality. We have always had great interactions with the staff, but a special shout out goes to Jimmy, whom we met this past week. He was incredibly kind and hospitable, truly making us feel right at home. Jimmy if you are reading this, THANK YOU!! If you want a spot that feels authentic, welcoming, and consistently excellent, put The Vintage at the top of your list!
