TOTALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BURNT PIZZA COSTING $37 but it isn't their fault... Last time I left a review it was great; this time not so much. The customer service I received from one of the owners tonight was horrible. We purchased a 20" pizza and 1/3 of it was burnt solid on the bottom. See pictures. We called and he told us he would comp us $5 for a $37 pizza. I asked to speak to the owner and he told her he was one of them and that's the best he could do. He said they get at least one call a week that the pizza is "darker" in some parts. How about burnt black. He said it wasn't the fault of the staff but the fault of their ovens. He said this happens when they crowd the pizzas. I told him if their ovens didn't work then it was a customer service issue. He said okie dokie. Really? We live here and have been loyal customers for 3 years. You just lost a loyal customer; not a tourist. read more

Food was gross the Philly cheesesteaks was disgusting it couldn't compare anything besides what they feed you in a nursing home or jail. Spent $13 on the meal at Charley subs I could of gotten a real philly for $8 that tasted good I got heartburn after eating it and kept burping up a nasty taste. I don't know if they own gas station but the older lady that works over there is vile she stars fights with you when you park at the pump she stares you down and follows you over the pizza place cussing at you. I don't know how the poor town folk live with this quality of business. Very sad for them and there work ethic. read more

Tried the "Take and Bake" pizza last night. Had the Big Kahuna. Wow - very impressed. Followed the directions and made a perfect pizza in my own oven: crust was evenly browned, the bottom crust was done perfectly. No doughy parts, even in the middle. The toppings were heated through and fresh tasting. I've always been leery of 'take and bake' but this was a wonderful surprise. I can only speak for my own experience, but when it comes to pizza when either living in or visiting the Lincoln City area, my experience with Otis Pizzeria leaves me only able to say that the competition better up their quality or lower their prices. The crust texture is satisfying. Not too firm, not too soft, not to fluffy, not too dense. The pizza sauce is flavorful and generous toppings. The fact that they deliver delicious pizza and in such agreeable times really makes Otis Pizzeria the best show in town for the foreseeable future. read more

The best pizza I've had in years, they make their own dough and fresh. This will be my to go place every time I go to Lincoln City. The people that work here are the nicest people I've ever met, amazing food, awesome people here. Don't miss this place, they're very good and they also deliver to Lincoln City, but I recommend you visit this place and see how nice these people are and try lots of different things, they have Pronto Pups, Philly Cheese Steaks, and many other foods. read more

Excellent pizza and excellent service. Great place to stop and get some pizza when you are driving to or from the coast. Right next to the gas station in Otis, you cannot miss it. Pizza is tasty and not the generic bland quality that you usually get in small towns. They also have a dog run where you can let your dogs run loose while you are eating. Definitely worth checking out if you're driving through Otis. read more

This is the last time we will be going to Otis Pizzaria. We placed a small ordered of some fried pickles and zucchini and some wings. Got back home and the pickles were slimy and stuck together. when we attempted to pull them apart the breading was just falling off and the bag the order was in was completely saturated in grease and ripping apart. We ended up throwing most of it away. Big waste of $30! read more

We really enjoy this place! Good food; good variety; the workers always make us feel welcome! Have a new favorite: the Otis Tomato Pie (pizza). This is surely what pizza was meant to be! Just homemade crust, thick sliced mozzarella cheese and then topped with excellent tomato sauce and dusted with Parmesan when it comes out of the oven. HmmmmGooood. I would have to say that they make awesome food here but I would have to say that my favorite is the pizza. Freshly made dough for the pizza crust and almost anything and can be put on a pizza is available and the when done they offer a garlic butter on the crust and its makes it that much better.. And then the staff they are very friendly and on top of things that need to be done or taken care of. read more

Some of the best pizza I have eaten!! Also the Italian Stallion sandwich is one one best sandwiches I have ever eaten!! The owner Gary is great! They make their own sauces, rolls for sandwiches, and crumbled sausage. Be prepared for a wait though. Takes a long time to receive food but the taste is well worth the wait!! Crispy,not too thick, not too thin, garlic butter frosted crust layered with velvet tomato sauce-not too much, not too little, and thinly sliced flavor filled meats, peppers, mushrooms and black olives- makes for a perfect pizza which we truly enjoyed this evening. Bad customer service guy demanded a tip then when I refused cause he is always rude to me he said he would blacklist where I live and said I hope you choke on your food and die and when I called the place to make a complaint he said that he was the owner of the place and I can never order there again worst customer service I have ever had read more

Our second time here, and just as impressed as our first visit a week ago! The pizza doesn't get any better than this, anywhere. The crust is perfect, the sauce is fresh, and the homemade sausage is out of this world good!!! We will be back again and again. Can't wait to try their calzones and meatball sandwich. My husband and I had a great dinner here today!!! He tried calzone and I had pizza with gluten free crust! The dough is wonderful, fresh made from scratch and the sauce is also freshly made and tastes like garden grown tomatoes! The owner was there and was very helpful and friendly. This place is by far the best pizza I have ever eaten. The cheese steak sandwiches are also amazing. Had a fun time with friends today at the Pizzeria. I ordered fresh homemade fries and my favorite, Prime Rib French Dip. Yummy!! The owner Gary came out to greet us and was so hospitable by asking if I would like Ranch Dressing or Fry Sauce. I took both!You should check this place out!!! read more

Favorite Pizzeria I've ever been to. Not only is the for Delicious, but the Pizzeria is SUPER close! I'm in love with the Cowgirl Pizza. Also, they have really nice workers. Every time I've been there, they're super friendly. I would definitely recommend Otis Pizzeria to anyone. read more
