Pronto pups are a must have!!! We drove here specifically because my wife wanted a fresh hand dipped corn dog and we were not disappointed. I ordered the meatball sub and it was phenomenal and huge. I ordered a pronto pup with my sub because I wanted to try it and my eyes grew big when they came out and the pronto pup and sub were huge and way to much food. We've found a new favorite pizza place near Lincoln City, locate in Otis. If you like pizza this is a must try. They also deliver out to Neskowin Creek RV resort. We had a veggie calzone and a made to order pizza. Both were outstanding! We look forward to trying other items on their extended menu. Very friendly atmosphere with a family oriented atmosphere. Next time I'm trying their Reuben and if it's half as good as the pizza I've just found another must stop or especially, delivered when visiting the coast. We visited here last year and the place was dirty and service was just so so....The new owners have really cleaned it up and added several new menu items. Great pizza (we like thicker crust), Fries are EXCELLENT! Fresh cut, Chili Fries have real chiles (not spicy) and, most importantly, they have GOOD RANCH and fry sauce! Even tried the battered steak fries, also wonderful. Finally found good fries in this town. It's such a rarity to find both great fries AND sauce! Plus, they deliver! Awesome addition to Otis. I am hoping that my earlier review if still posted will be taken with a huge grain of salt and people will read this one and know even if things do not go right the owner is more than willing to try and make it right with you. I ordered from Otis Pizzeria on a recommendation from the front desk at my hotel. I wanted a restaurant that would deliver. He said Otis Pizzeria has great pizza and you get $5 off your first online delivery so that would end up covering the delivery fee. I went through the online process and submitted my order. I realized it didn't take the $5 off, so I called the restaurant. I was told I needed to have a code to get the discount. That they couldn't do anything about it but I could use the $5 off my next delivery. Well, it is a vacation town and I don't plan on needing food delivery anytime soon after I leave the next day. Perhaps the pizza might not have been so greasy if I wasn't so perturbed, but I left most of it at the hotel uneaten due to the excessive grease. Well..We went in on Thursday night at roughly 8:00pm (The stated hours of business are open 7 days a week until 9:00Pm and 10:00pm Fri/Sat) Must have been a slow day because all the tables were pushed into the corner with all the chairs on top of them when we walked in at 8:00pm. The three employees that were on duty all rolled their eyes and begrudgingly took our order. I called to inquire about delivery and was told the delivery driver did not know where my hotel was, and when I said I would pick up myself, I was put on hold and then disconnected before ordering. I called back three time before the phone was answered again and when I requested to make a pick-up order, the young man on the phone became very irritated and asked me to call back in 10 minutes because he was "slammed." The cafe has recently been remodeled. What used to be a greasy spoon is now a very nice pizza shop and more. They still serve the traditional Original Pronto Pup with good french fries and onion rings. I can't imagine a trip to Lincoln City without stopping. read more
