We have recently relocated to Lincoln City and are looking for the good pizza. This little place in Otis delivers to LC and had some good reviews so we thought we would try it out on a Friday at 5:59pm. The people on the phone were very nice. It did take the delivery driver 1 hour and 40 minutes to get our food to us arriving at 7:39pm. I called them at the 90 min mark ( I thought they closed at 8 and was concerned because I already paid our $68, but they close at 9) and the man explained they only had one driver and many ahead of us. Earlier the woman had told me there was only one order ahead without specifying a time. Oh well. We got fried zucchini, garlic parm fries, pineapple pepperoni pizza for the kids, and a sausage and mushroom calzone for me. We got various sauces for a little extra. The ranch was really good. Everything was hot and pretty tasty. I think we would ask for a slightly longer cook/char on the pizza and calzone next time, which is an option. My calzone was oozing cheese and sauce and was pretty gooey and soft. But good. And maybe we would not order on the Friday of Veteran's weekend at 6pm. Or go pick it up. Still worth a try. read more

We had two different people tell us to stop here as these are the best pronto pups you have ever had. Well, we stopped and bought 6 of them to go. We drove down to the beach to eat them. They were full of grease and tasted awful, the worst we have had. Called to complain and they said, "well they are deep fried". We agreed they are deep fried but should not be this greasy. We had to throw all of them out, what a waste of $23.25. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! Oh, and the place looked like a dump!!!!! read more

Food is awesome for being outside of downtown Lincoln city. Better than most even downtown. Great price point for the quality of food!!

Food was good. Kids did not like it. We got two cheeseburgers with fries and two pizzas. Fries were very good. Burgers were ok. Pizzas were a bit burnt, but honestly not terrible. The service was so bad it was funny. Something you would see in a movie. Seriously the rudest person I have ever encountered. read more

The pizza was OK. Portions were huge and if you're looking to get full off of pizza, this will do it. Astronomically too expensive though. But they are so understaffed, inefficient or possibly a combination of both that they make their customers wait entirely too long outside. I called in an order and was told it'll be ready in 30 to 35 minutes. I showed up when it was supposed to be ready and proceeded to wait outside for 25 minutes while they helped four people in front of me. i'm most certainly won't go back to next time. Pizza and the cheesy breadsticks were good. The wings were overcooked, really dried out and crisp. One wing looked like it had it's meat removed and then deep fried. Parmesan cheese fries and a very little of the parmesan on it. The delivery was great, food arrived hot. Won't be getting wings or the Parm fries again though read more

We stopped today. The dining room was closed and dark. Had to bend over to speak through the outside order window. Someone yelled out that she'd be there in a minute. Two guys were sitting at a table in the dark. Didn't look appetizing, so we left. Looks like the end of the Golden Age of Pronto Pup. read more

Worth every. delicious. cent. Yep, you can get the chain for $9.99, but do yourself a favor and pay more for Otis. You can see a true family at work (inside is reserved for the family-living room), and the smell of deliciousness hits your nose before you get out of the car on your way to the pickup window. Our experience is that the pizza is more well made, more special, and literally happier because this family spends time together making pizza. Absolutely delicious and we can't wait ti order again. My boyfriend loves pizza. Couldn't even get him to eat the leftovers. Pretty flavorless, cheap ingredients. I just ate some protein bars and called it a night. If you are looking to spend gourmet $ on lesser quality than Papa Murphy's Take & Bake (by far) then this is the place for you. Update: Gary of Otis Pizzeria replied to my review, which he clearly didn't read. He insults or flatly ignores patrons who disagree with him about the quality of his food and customer service. Seeing him lashing out irrationally at other customer reviews makes me wish I could give the place no stars. What a jerk. No way to run a business, that's certain. MATT WAS EXTREMELY RUDE!!! My order was incorrect. When I called to verify what was ordered and the total, I was greeted by a very rude individual. MATT who says he's the owner. He was very condescending calling me Love. He was argumentative and so rude. If I ordered the wrong thing that's fine. I just wanted to know what I ordered or didn't because I asked for 1 thing but recieved something else. He offered to re deliver the bbq that was charged to me but not delivered when I said yes fine. He refused to help than hung up on me. Just order from Gallucci's if your in Lincoln City! I am almost afraid to give this quaint space 5 stars because it's so yummy with cheese melting in your mouth with creamy garlic chicken and bacon pizza. They are that good! The crust is flaky. Like its just so delicious! A bonus would be to offer a gluten free as an option. Also liked the patio outside! read more

We've never eaten here before so we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. The Calzone (more like Stromboli) was delicious. I've never had ricotta cheese in one before and it was a delicious addition. I got the Italian sausage that I don't think I'd chose again because it was a tad bit too spicy but delicious! My husband loved the Philly sandwich too. We won't mention the fries All in all it was really good and we'd certainly try it again! read more

Been coming here for 10 years. We moved from Oregon a year ago but was excited to take the grandkids for pizza when we were back in town. Very disappointing experience.Website says opens at 11. We roll in about 11:30 still not open. grand kid needed to use a potty but all that was available was (ugh) nasty porta potties at the store next door. Why? According to management no one can be in the lobby due to "Covid". Ummmm. This is 2024. The pizza was doughy. The cheese for the pretzel was cold. Can't hear through the order window to order, and the menus taped to the area are so faded it's hard to read. Overall a very disappointing experience and we will NEVER be back. We used to drive from Coquille (near coos bay Oregon) just to have their pizza. Now it's not worth the drive across the parking lot. read more

Pizza is always great. Ordered wings twice in the last few weeks and they were really good! Ordered again today and not so good. Overcooked, dry, and looks like the poor chicken got the s#*t beat out of it. What happened?? Won't do that again. Great customer service!!! I loved the pizza, we ordered two, one Hawaiian and one with pepperoni, mushrooms and black olives. They were delicious!!! I also ordered wings they were sooooooooooo good! So the pizza was alright. We spent $100 on 3 large pizzas. Cowgirl, Hawaiian and a creamy garlic. The porch out back was the only seating. Was kind of run down and really smoky with all the ash trays. But here is the funny thing. We got waters with our pizza. But when we asked for a refill of water they promptly said "NO!" Not that would cost you, "NO!" So I guess they don't care that we just dropped $100 on overpriced average pizza and I can't get more water? Yikes. read more

I was looking for a place I could eat with my dog after a beach day and Otis Pizzeria came up. I called to confirm we could bring a dog and the man who answered the phone was very short with me and bordered on rude. We went ahead and stopped to eat dinner. As we were looking at the menu near the pick up window, the woman working served a few meals out the window and was rude every time she spoke to a customer. Then a customer who wasn't happy with his Pronto Pup came out the door with her close behind. The customer was telling her his Pup was burnt black (which it was) and smelled burnt and she proceeded to scream at him to get off her property and go back to Wisconsin or whatever his license plate said. We decided to take our money elsewhere since it was apparent that they treat their customers like crap. read more

I'd recommend Otis pizzeria for sure! Great portions and they are ok with special requests (like my hubby has to avoid gluten). The food came quick but delicious! Placing a delivery order to our airbnb through their online system was a breeze and so convenient! Even in thr middle of a very busy spring break for the coast, this pizza place had our order at our door in less than hour...in comparison the night before I ordered with a sushi place that took nearly 3 hours to deliver. Food quality was also great! We got the Otis Greek salad and it had a ton of yummy veggies and the pepperonis were a pleasant surprise! We also ordered the cowgirl pizza and it was way tasty! So cheesy with filled with toppings! We will order from here again...probably before we leave town this week again! :) read more

The place has been so neglected it looks terrible. A shame cuz it could easily be cleaned up. An all round pressure wash would do wonders for starters. The windows and well...every where was grimy. The lobby is closed and looked like somebody is either living in there or entertaining guests. There was furniture, a baby in a walker, and a couple of dogs freely running around. I'm guessing no or not enough separation between them and the kitchen. The Polish pup was not the same as before ( change of supplier?) Two Pronto Pups and a couple of bottles of pop cost me $ 26.50 We always have looked forward to stopping for a pronto Pup, but this time we were let down and a lil grossed out. read more

I have never been so rudely talked to by a delivery driver. The driver went to the wrong hotel. He told me the address was wrong, and I explained to him that I gave him the address that was on the hotels website, and he still argued with me that it was wrong. His demeanor was appalling. When I called to speak with someone at the restaurant, the person I talked to asked what the driver said that was rude. It wasn't what he said it was how he said it. He then told me thanks for the feedback, and they would talk to him and was in a hurry to get me off the phone. We eat here whenever we come to the beach but this is only the 2nd time we've had something delivered. Love the food, but with this experience,we will not be back! read more
