Always looking for a good breakfast spots in south Washington, my daughter and I had to try out Otra Vez. The ambience is, how do I say, standard? The staff is just the right level of friendly and attentive. Definitely, you have to try the dishes that they specialize in, though my daughter had the eggs Benedict with bacon and said it was fantastic. I got the rancheros and it was absolutely delicious and just the right amount. Check this place out!

I'm so impressed with Otra Vez! Tasty food, quick service, and plenty of GF options if you need them. I've been here a few time with my sister. We always share. She gets a healthier breakfast and I get the pancakes. The staff is so attentive without getting in the way, and they always are quick with the coffee refills.

Ok , so if you're looking for an "authentic " taqueria - this isn't it ,(look at the menu ) however... it's good food , I'm gonna go back to my 1/2 star rating and round up (so 4.5 stars ) they lost a 1/2 star from me because of the loooooong wait and because the tortillas were definitely cheap store bought .

Had a lovely and leisurely breakfast in this light-filled space this morning. It was our first time here and we immediately felt welcome by our server. He was friendly, helpful and attentive. Our food was delicious! I had Chilaquiles, my husband had the Rancheros and our friend had the Elote pancakes. All were delicious and prepared with care. The salsa they brought out was also tasty. They did charge .75 for 3 little containers of it. That seemed just a bit petty to us, but it really was very good. We will definitely be back!

The service has been really good so far. Love the seating very bright and lively. Food is really good the chefs comes out to make sure everything is good.

Wow, this was tasty! I loved the vegan options. We had a burrito vegano, which was slightly dry but the sauces they gave us made it amazing. I might have cooked the vegan bacon slightly more but it was still delicious. The rancheros was one of the most delicious and beautifully presented breakfasts I've had in ages. The tortilla was crispy and the mix of flavors was absolutely perfection. Our server was Summer and she was very friendly and gave us great service. The restaurant was clean and bright with modern Spanish language music. If you are vegan, there are lots of options. I highly recommend Otra Vez.

This space is incredibly cute and Latino cultura is present throughout which I love. From the cute and colorful patio to the pops of orange throughout the restaurant. It's truly a gem in design. The only thing that stands out more than the ambiance is the food and cocktail lists. The elote pancakes was delicious and the chilaquiles I stoled from my husband were decadent. Service from the server to the hostess were kind and warm. We will definitely being coming here otra vez!

Okay, I live family run restaurants. Especially if they are a little hard to find. I friend recommended Oltra Vez as a great Mexican Brunch place. The food did not disappoint. The menu is not strictly Mexican dishes as there is a basic breakfast (eggs, bacon, toast) and basic eggs Benedict but the real star for us was the Chorizo Benedict and the Ranchero dishes. The pancakes with the lemon blueberry compote on top is also killer. Service was great. Really seemed like a family restaurant in all the good ways filling water on the spot and checking in. Ambiance is nice. Although the ceilings are tall, sound did not seem overly echoey. The both cushions were a bit soft but it could have just been the Ken we sat at, built that is me being nitpicky. Overall fantastic addition to the area

Vegan burrito. Great with included verde tomatillo and rojo spicy salsas.

Can you say fresh! This place is a hidden gem. I've had the chilaquiles, the huevo rancheros, and the lemon cream french toast. All delicious! Fr3sh squeezed orange juice. Really well thought out dishes. Friendly, fast service. Nothing negative to say. Come here and eat their wonderful food!!! read more

They are still working out the many kinks at this restaurant. At arrival we waited to be seated only to stand there for awhile and told we should have picked our seat by a very busy server. There are no decorations/colors on the wall and no window dressings to block the morning sun that shines into eyes. They are under staffed and I only received one cup of coffee during our meal, when I can usually use two-three. The food was pretty good. My friends tried the chiliquiles and raved about it. I tried the potatoes, eggs and toast. All good, nothing special. read more

First thing, my friend America and I walked in and we're greeted very pleasantly by Summer, we loved all of the options on the menu, we found it hard to choose! They also have vegetarian options! The Lemon Berry Pancakes and the Chilaquiles were what we ended up with and we LOVED both! Definitely will be back.(-: read more

I came in for the second time this week because I wanted more! This will be our go-to for brunch with friends and even with the kiddos (they loved it!) I got the Huevos Rancheros the first time and tried the Chilaquiles today. Both were SO GOOD! Tons of flavor, came out piping hot, and was a generous portion (I still managed to eat it all! ;) The kiddos had bacon (thick-cut and crispy), pancakes with fruit (light and fluffy), and potatoes (crispy with fresh fresh herbs). We spoke with the chef and he said that he uses all organic ingredients, too. Also, try the Agua Fresca! I had watermelon/strawberry and the pina colada. So fresh and delicious! Our server on both visits was Freddy--he provided great service, was super friendly, and accommodating to all of our requests! read more

Ordered two entrees to go. They were not even close to what we ordered. Manager told us we would be reimbursed for their mistake. Never were. Besides the portions and the quality of the food was not worth it. It was extremely expensive for what you got. They were not professional and when I told manager I did not get what we ordered. His response was it's not our fault. read more

We need more places like this in the 'couve! Definitely has a Portland foodie vibe, but without the drive or the wait. In fact, we didn't have to wait at all! We were seated right away by our server, Freddy. A bright dining area with lots of windows and a high ceiling. Looks like a fair sized patio area that will be utilized during nicer weather too. My husband ordered the Chilaquiles - which did not disappoint (see photo) - perfect portion size, fresh ingredients, and at a fair price. I ordered the Rancheros (huevos because it has an egg with it [see photo]), and I would say the same for mine - quite tasty, fresh ingredients, fair price. It would be easy to make this dish (and others) vegan (as I mostly am) if you ordered no egg & no cheese - with the avocado & spices, you'd still get a lot of flavor. Today I splurged and had it as-is though! They serve straws made of hay for drinks that require one (like our toddler's cup) which is pretty cool for the environment. The food was delicious! We had the chilaquillas, rancheros and lemon berry pancakes with sausage and fruit. The shredded chicken and sauce on the chilaquillas was excellent. All the food was beautiful and tasted perfect! This was our first time and we will definitely return. The food was a little slow to come out but it was definitely worth the wait and it gave more time to visit. The tables are very spaced out so it was very comfortable in there. read more

This place was so good. The eggs Benedict's was light and creamy, my kids got the kids waffles meal with eggs and bacon on the side and they were huge adult portions! And I kept stealing bites of their waffles, they were dense and yet light and seemed carmelized? Not sure how they did it but they were fantastic. We were the only ones here due to the virus but they had safe measures in place and I highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back! Update: the waffle ingredients are imported from Belgium per our waiter! read more

Otra Vez is a welcomed establishment to Camas/East Vancouver! I was thoroughly impressed with the excellent service and quality. The chilaquiles were loaded with flavor and presented beautifully! Summer was friendly, kind, and courteous. She never made us feel rushed, despite my friend and I sitting and talking for a while. She continued to refill our water and coffee. I visited both pre-COVID and during the COVID times when things had to be modified and each time the service and the food were amazing! While the location is a little hard to find on your first visit, it's well worth your time to go. Everything is always clean and well maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful, with plenty of knowledge of menu items. I usually try to point out an item or two that stands out on the menu but here, everything I've tried was amazing. So go, support local and enjoy one of the best meals you can find in the area. read more

My sister and I went here for the first time but definitely not the last. I got the chicken & waffles and the chicken was so juicy and flavorful! The owner gave us a complementary flan which was the best flan I've ever tried. He told us the ingredients were all organic and the chicken was marinated for 7 hours! I can't wait to come back, highly recommend! read more

I really really wanted to love this place and maybe I'll go again and give it a second chance. It is very clean and the staff is great! My dining partner and I arrived on a Tuesday morning around 10:30. It wasn't busy at all. I was excited because they have quite a few vegetarian items. I got the avocado toast and a stack of pancakes (yes I love bread haha). The avocado toast was ok. The poached egg was over cooked and the bread was a bit too burnt for my liking. I was afraid I'd chip my tooth on parts. The pancakes had a nice flavor but a little rubbery. My partner had the Huevos Benedictinos. They did not like the flavor of the Chorizo and the chipotle hollandaise sauce was split. Their poached eggs were also over cooked. The potatoes had a seasoning on them that didn't taste very good. Everything was overpowered by chipotle flavor. Maybe other items are better but I usually grade a place based on how good their breakfast potatoes are and how well they can poach an egg. I also thought the prices were a bit too high compared to some of the other places I've been to around the area. Sorry guys. Like I said, really wanted to love this place. Maybe it was an off day for them or maybe I am too picky. Either or, go try them out anyway. You might love them! read more

This place is amazing... The service excellent. Super attentive. We do not eat pork so the let us changed the meat for something that we could eat. The food was really good. The owner came to our table and talked to us about the different ingredients and how they were organic, even the stake was organic and was amazing. If you go to the Portland area you have to go to this place. read more

Definitely has some potential. I like that the food is organic and locally sourced but I'd love to know from where? Also, please consider serving avocado toast on a good rustic bread, not something that gets soggy. I was surprised by the style of bread it was served on That was a big turn off. My husband's chicken and waffles had good flavor but the chicken was overcooked. We understand they just opened so we will try again in a few months. read more

So good. I admit I was a bit confused at first so let's clear this up - this is not traditionally Mexican food, regardless of the name. It is Mexican inspired/flavored traditional American foods, and they CRUSH it. I had an omelet, everything perfect. Great serving, great amount of filling and the potatoes are seasoned so well. My wife had the chilaquiles, which most will love as breakfast nachos, with wonderful, and spicy, salsa and another great serving size. My kids split a perfectly executed, sweet waffle that came with a great amount of eggs and outstanding bacon. They location isn't the best. They know it, we know it, it is what it is. But they more than make up for it in flavor, quality and service. This is my new breakfast/brunch joint. read more

Pretty good food but honestly it was definitely not worth the hour we waited after ordering to get food. It was SO slow. The wait staff and the kitchen really struggled to keep up. And we both left still hungry. We went on a Monday around 11 am. So disappointing. We really looked forward to trying this place but with how long the wait was, I don't think we'll be back. read more

Great place to grab some brunch! The facility was amazing and the customer service was great. I ordered the garden omelette and it was amazing! The chef personally came out to make sure we were satisfied with our meals and gave us some flan dessert to try. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and we'll have to try it again sometime for lunch! read more

The croutons were light and crunchy. We also had some bread that came with olive oil and vinegar. This item was fine, not great. The clam chowder was $10 for a bowl and it was the best thing that I had. We had to ask for a refill on our coffee, and also to clear some plates away that were finished. They were fresh, large/filling, and full of toppings. Now? A $25+ salad with some added protein comes in a regular sized salad bowl you'd have in your home which is seemingly new with the recent change in management. Definitely not worth the price. I don't say all this to disparage the restaurant or employees. I want this place to succeed because I like the location, and think it's a fun spot to frequent. Changes are needed though if they're going to continue to charge the amount of money for the lengthy waits, and quality/quantity of the food being served.

This place is amazing it's nice and clean and very spacious. The workers are kind and make you feel welcomed. The head chef came out and spoke to everyone. He checked in with us and asked how the food was. You can tell they really care about their customers. The food is amazing! I ordered the cheeseburger and my boyfriend ordered the chilaquiles. Both were super delicious and filling. The restaurant is hidden but it's also super easy to find. I highly recommend this place to others.
