Delicious food, great service, yummy drinks! I've been here on my birthday and for Mother's Day. I love their food! I'm pescatarian, so I don't eat meat. Their salmon is DELICIOUS! Can't wait to go back. The inside and atmosphere is also beautiful. I'm

Lovely place. A bit of a wait to get in at 12:45 (15 mins ?) but that's perfectly understandable. Our server, Valerie, was exceptional; awesome personality, very knowledgeable about the menu and possible exchanges that could be made, and she kept our water glasses full. She also made recommendations that were very helpful. It took quite a long time to get our order, but Valerie didn't keep us in the dark; she updated us twice on the status which we appreciated. And again, they were very busy with the usual customers plus tables filled with people having holiday get-togethers, so I'm not going to reduce my rating this time. I had the steak sandwich, having the spicy peppers omitted, and it was quite tasty. Steak was very tender. One of my companions had the meatloaf and said it was very good. It's wrapped in bacon so of course it was good! Another had the chicken with sun-dried tomatoes. This was also very much enjoyed. The little one with us wanted "pasta" so Valerie recommended we order the kids macaroni and cheese and have the cheese held; they buttered the macaroni instead, serving Parmesan on the side and they liked it very much. The meatloaf and chicken portions were very generous, certainly enough to share between two people with smaller appetites. We had the corn fritters as an appetizer for the table: A+ I will be back soon.

Cozy mom and pop feel, and during lunch, there was a mix of older ppl with local businesses. Clearly a local community favorite and I know why. There is plenty of parking, just a little tight if you have a larger vehicle. Bar is in the center of the restaurant and large windows for a nice sunny day view. Outdoor seating with a tarp covering. Ordered the ricotta and fig appetizer that can feed 4-6 ppl. The chicken sandwich comes with caramel sauce that gives it a different flavor per my wife. I requested it in the side and happy I did as it was too sweet. Sandwich was excellent without it and wife enjoyed it as well. The wagu fried chips are highly recommended as your side. Stop by if you are in the area, highly recommend this restaurant. Manager dropped off a dessert for our first time visit which was the ultimate touch to their wonderful service and food.

Really good happy hour. 10/10 recommend the fried chicken - that was definitely one of the best items we tried. Wine on happy hour was delish and inexpensive. There's not a ton of food options in this area. So this is probably one of the better ones.

The food was delicious. And most of our selections came from the Happy Hour menu. Caitlin was our server. Her service was excellent. She was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. The ambience was lovely at 5pm. Towards 6pm it became really busy. Not a bad thing. But packed. If you think the pictures look great, the taste of each dish is even better. I always go to the Hazel Dell location because I hate having to look for parking downtown. And I don't like having to pay for parking. If you appreciate the taste if good food, and like it's presentation, then Amaro's Table is the place to go.

Wow! This was better than I had expected! I heard such wonderful things about Amaro's and it lived up to the hype! Great cocktails and entrees, perfect to catch up with my long distance friends! The service was wonderful and everyone was so friendly and nice! The atmosphere was fun and upbeat and we had a great experience!

We came to celebrate my husband's birthday for dinner. Amaro's Table gave us a special treatment! We balanced our meal starting with an ahi crostini, fresh and tasty. My husband got the fried chicken which paired super well with the mac and cheese. I got the prawn linguine and it was soo good, the lobster cream was amazing! They also gave us these complimentary warm fluffy donuts for the birthday. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Happy hour is always amazing but today I met bartender/ server Miranda, an amazing beautiful soul ready to accommodate everyone. Today between chicken and salad and Woodfords Reserve i realized how much I've missed this place and its people. You won't be disappointed with anything on the menu but a little conversation with the lovely folks here keeps us returning. If you go, find Miranda and tell her hello! and order the chicken!!!

I would recommend reservations as they were very busy. The waitress was amazing and quick to get our order and was on top of every need. The food came out hot and was extremely flavorful. I highly recommend both the salmon and fried chicken! We also had the brownie dessert which was very good, huge portion size. We will be back!

    Hello, the donuts
    Daisha N.

I've had reservations two times, and only been here once times! This place was HIGH on my list to try's, and ended up with covid one of the times, and didn't want to put people through that! I came here for my birthday last year and that chicken Marsala with mash potatoes was HOME sweet home cooking for me. I had one bite, two bite, OK you had me at one bite! It was creamy, flavorful, and delicious. I was super excited to have finally came! And, my cousin and I had a blast. And then the donuts, just get the donuts, no room for donuts, well you should probably still get the donuts! Alllll I remember was the donuts! So get those! Omg, I wish I knew our servers name, but she rocked. Come to think of it, I think everyone who worked there touched my soul, they were great.

Love coming to Amaro's. From their food to cocktails it's all so good. Service is always great whenever I go. I definitely recommend making a reservation if possible. Sometimes dinner can be very busy and that will result in a wait to be seated. Love that they have elevated the appearance of the restaurant with it previously being an Apple bee's. Cute and classy now. My friend and I split the daily risotto which was on a Saturday, it was a creamy Cajun chicken risotto. It was so delicious and they offered fresh cracked pepper when serving it to us. We also got the fried Brussel sprouts, that's a staple for us. Can't forget the corn fritters, so good and the honey butter is divine. The fritters were perfectly fried and not too dense. We got a seasonal cocktail, espresso martini and lemon drop. The cocktails never fail in my opinion. Always happy to go back!

We love this place! The food is delicious and the happy hour is such a great deal! I'm so glad that we found this place. We also tried the one downtown Vancouver and it was equally as good. The service is so good and we had a particularly lovely server named Ashley. We've been back several times since we've moved to this area and it's one of our new favorites!

It was very fatty and was quite thin. She had a salad (looked like mostly greens) and it also came with veggies and mashed potatoes. Wish I had snapped a photo of that. Another friend had chicken Marsala. She enjoyed it. I thought it was weird they had a huge rice cooker on a chair in the dining room. It was plugged in, with the cord running up the side of the door frame and plugged into an extension cord above the door. Wonder what the fire inspector would say about that? I'd go back for the fish & chips. Service was fast and our server did a great job.

This restaurant occupies an older building in downtown Vancouver. There is street parking available. It's a small establishment, but they do a great job of utilizing every inch. They even have a nice waiting area by the door with two long wooden benches. There are both table and chair seating, as well as a few booths. Our server was friendly, helpful and attentive. We ordered the croissant club sandwich with fries and the triple play with half a reuben sandwich, Celtic Caesar salad and a cup of Irish stew. My hubby also asked for a side of bacon. The food came out rather quickly considering how busy they were. Everything we ordered we devoured. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. I added avocado to my club sandwich and it was so yummy! DAIRY ALLERGY MISHANDLED -- WAITER LIED ABOUT CHECKING WITH THE KITCHEN…read more My girlfriend has a serious dairy allergy. Before she arrived, I spent time with our waiter going through the menu carefully -- no butter, no dairy, confirmed twice. He even went back to check with the kitchen and returned saying her meal was completely dairy free. It wasn't. Someone else at the table tasted the green beans and suspected butter. When I asked again, the waiter confirmed they'd been cooked in oil and butter -- after already telling us they were safe. By then the pork chop had been sitting on top of them and was contaminated. His response? "I can bring you another side." No offer to replace the meal. No offer to remove it from the check. Nothing. We had a show to catch at the Magenta Theater and no time to push it, so my girlfriend skipped dinner and grabbed something at Burgerville afterward -- she had a headache by the end of the show. The food and everything else about the evening was genuinely good. But between the false assurance, the contaminated meal, and the complete absence of any effort to make it right, I can't recommend this restaurant to anyone managing a food allergy -- and I'll be thinking hard before coming back myself.
