    Fettuccine Alfredo
    Lisa G.

Walking in, they tell you whether they will seat you or to pick wherever you want to sit. Today, we were able to pick wherever we wanted to sit. They have a nice bar space and two separate seating areas one closer to the door and one all the way in the back. The service was fast and all the food came out hot. The fettuccine Alfredo was delicious and it was a big enough portion for me to take half to work the next day. Honestly, it tasted even better heat it up, which is hard to say for a lot of takeout food my parents got the fish fries which they love so much. I guess it is hard to find a broiled fish fry, but that's what my dad gets and you can decide what flavor you want in it in the picture it is Cajun, which tasted pretty good, nice spice to it. We will definitely be back for more!

    Gluten free pasta parm.

This place is nice, cozy and has been around for a long time. I have been here before and it is hard to eat gluten free here. They have gluten free pasta on the menu but that doesnt mean it is actually available. Ton they had it and the sauce was very good, the pasta was good but crunchy in spots (raw) and then cooked fine in other spots. A little undercooked all around. The wait staff is super nice. It wasn't very busy but it was good. Could watch a football game and talk. My friends like the food and so we come here. It is just hard for me to eat here. It is a bit dated and was very cold. K dont know if it was AC even though it is winter or they didnt have a lot of people and didn't turn heat on. Check it out for yourself and see.

Just had a nice business lunch at Otto's this week. I hadn't been there in quite some time, so I was curious to try it again after so many years. Turns out it was worth the wait. I had the chicken tortellini soup to start and it was very good.... Tasted home made ! The hot roast beef sandwich was very tasty.... A perfect plate of comfort food, with mashed potatoes and gravy!!! Service was friendly and attentive! Eve took great care of us even though she was also serving a very large table next to us. Ambiance was pretty laid back.... Nice for a work lunch. There were some tvs in the dining area with some college basketball playing, which caught my attention with March Madness just around the corner. I would like to come back for dinner at some point... as they had a lot of Italian dishes on the menu that looked good,

Really enjoyed dining here and I can't wait to come back to try more items! This visit was just a sampling of the lunch items- so pasta dishes, and I got a pizza to try. The lunch pastas (chicken parm and fettuccine alfredo) were HUGE and really a good value in my opinion. Everything was great and the Alfredo had soooo much sauce. The dishes were served with fresh Italian bread with sesame seeds, my fav! Now the pizza- this is not my typical style but I will say it's 5/5 amazing. The crust looks thick (which I normally don't like) but this was just the perfect side and texture. It was perfectly cooked so a bit crispy on the bottom, but as you can see, the cheese was not over cooked!! Sauce was sweeter and delicious. The amount of cheese on the pizza was just incredible and made it so delicious. Really enjoyed this meal and can't wait to try the other options!

I'm obsessed. If any of you out there love eggplant parm as much as I do, go here. If I could give 10 million stars I would. Also if anyone loved Tina's in Hamburg their recipe and way of baking it is pretty darn close. Deeeeeelish.

Whenever I think of summertime and family, I often think of Otto's!! Why do you ask? Well, my family has been coming here for years and we love it !! First off, Ottos has a very sizable patio that can accommodate a large number of people. We have come as a family of 3 up 20 and have always been accommodated. We have also sat inside with a large group as well, but we prefer the patio bc who doesn't like patios? Second, of course, the food!! Me and my family usually always get pizza and wings !! Traditional cup and char with the nice cheese pull always !! My lil sister says their sauce is sweet, I feel like it's in between. The wings are always crispy yet saucy, and they are respectful with the blue cheese. They always bring out the right amount. My dad usually gets the antipasto salad, which is jam-packed with meat!! We very rarely have to order two. They also have a bar inside that is a decent size, I don't normally go in there bc like I said, Ottos is family day. But, I do order a drink through our waitress. They have a wine, beer, and alcohol but no technical drink menu but can make most traditional bar drinks. Third, the staff is super friendly and accommodating. They have high chairs and boaster seats and let my lil talk their ears off as well. They are very patient with my loud family. So if you and your family are looking for casual night out and are craving pizza and wings on a patio make your way to Ottos.....I might see you there

It's been a trying week, and I was in the mood for some comforting food. Came to the right place. I ordered the beer battered fish fry (which is served everyday). I just now realized as I write this they forgot the bread and butter it was supposed to come with! Oh well... I left plenty full so not a big deal. In addition to the fish and bread and butter, it comes with coleslaw (I passed on this), macaroni salad, and choice of potato (I opted for French fries). I loved all of my food. Absolutely no complaints. Even the fries LOOKED lack luster but they were actually very flavorful and perfectly cooked (crispy outside, pillowy soft inside). They do have desserts here too if that's your thing. When you first walk in the dining room, there's a little neon sign that says some of the desserts and soups of the day. Server Karen was very warm and friendly. I look forward to coming here again!

The food here has been reliable for many many years. The service is good. The staff are friendly. No surprises, which is comforting. This is perfectly located on Union Road in Cheektowaga, convenient for shoppers. The menu is deep enough to satisfy a variety of cravings. The portions are large, the sandwiches are well filled, I really have nothing negative to say about this icon of Cheektowaga.

    Eggplant Parm with Baked Ziti

Good old Otto's. This used to be one of my regular hangouts back in the day, when I worked just down the street. I hadn't been there in quite some time, so when it was suggested for our usual lunch get-together, I was happy to agree. All the usual Italian fare, plus burgers, subs, wings, pizza, salads and a few seafood selections, including a daily fish fry. There's a great lunch deal - $9.95 for a lunch-size portion of lasagna, baked ziti, linguine and clam sauce, fettucini alfredo or pasta & broccoli. I opted for the lunch portion eggplant parm with baked ziti for $10.95. Not a skimpy little lunch by any means. I had plenty to take home. Speaking of which, our server did something not many places do - she packed up our takeout boxes for us. Greatly appreciated! It wasn't the best eggplant parm I've ever had, but certainly tasty. And the cheese on top was baked to a toasty golden brown just the way I like it. Sauce a bit sweeter than I prefer, but not inedibly so. House wine is Franzia. Ick. Thankfully, there are several other better brands to choose from, and prices are reasonable. Otto's has been around for a long time, and will probably be around for a long time to come. With good reason. You can get a decent meal at a decent price, and sometimes that's all you really want.

Chicken Fingers (medium sauce) with bleu cheese and side of celery and fries: A standard, safe, filling meal!
    Clark S.

Some family and I wanted to share a meal together to help round out the (long) week. They decided on Otto's as it was central for all of us. All-in-all, it was fine experience! We met around 6:45pm on a Thursday and were easily able to find a parking spot in their parking lot. We walked in and were immediately seated at a four-person table outside in their covered patio. We were one of maybe two tables with people so we essentially had the place to ourselves. Our waiter came over and went over the drinks and I ended up sipping a Sam Adams' Summer Ale for the evening. Our waiter was incredibly friendly, courteous, accommodating, and attentive, making sure we were taken care of, something, I feel, was lacking in the last year or so. Really nice to see! After taking some time to chat and peruse the menu, we placed our order and chatted for another 20 minutes or so before our food came out. For dinner, I wanted something very neutral as I literally had flown back from St. Louis that afternoon and had been eating out every meal since Monday. I wound up ordering chicken fingers coated in medium sauce, which came with a cup of bleu cheese, and a side of fries and celery. There was a total of four, nicely sized chicken fingers included in this meal. The chicken fingers were nicely sauced and sized and there were plenty of fries on the side. Nothing stood out about this meal, everything tasted fine and was plenty filling, but obviously this is not the focus of their menu. But, I will say, their crispy chicken sandwich looked excellent, so maybe I'll try that if I come back. I thought the prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food and drink I ordered. The long and short of it, Otto's is a-ok! I thought our waiter and the customer service we received was excellent. The food, albeit I didn't order a traditional Italian dish, was ok, nothing real noteworthy. I won't go out of my way to come here but if a group insisted on coming here, I'd be fine with that.

Wow. Hands down some of the best pizza we've had…read more We ordered the San Felice Pizza -- San Marzano tomatoes, house-made sausage, sweet and spicy peppers, onion, buffalo mozzarella, and fresh basil -- and it was absolute perfection. The flavors don't compete... they melt together into one big, perfect masterpiece. The peppers leaned sweet (no real heat), which made them the ideal companion to the delicious sausage. And that sausage? Made in-house and seasoned beautifully, with the perfect amount of fennel -- enough to give it that classic Italian character without overpowering the pie. Perfection! The buffalo mozzarella added creamy richness, the basil kept everything bright, and the San Marzano tomatoes were clean and balanced. We love pizza in all its forms -- New York style and Napoli alike -- but there is something about the rustic goodness of true Neapolitan pizza that has a special place in my pizza-loving heart. That airy, soft center and char-kissed crust from the wood-fired oven is magic. The use of such fresh ingredients makes Forno Napoli my favorite pizza on NY so far - authentic and intentional. There is a lot of love and pride in everything from the handmade crust to all of the toppings. They also serve a garlic butter and cheese dipping sauce for the crust -- indulgent and completely unnecessary in the BEST possible way. That blistered crust dipped in that sauce? Unreal. The cheese? Yes, they have the most beautiful wheel of pecorino they hand grate from to make this happen. No green shaker bottles here! We met Felix, the owner, and he was incredibly welcoming. He has such great energy -- warm, engaging, and clearly passionate. You can tell he's the heartbeat behind the recipes and the success of the business. It feels personal. He made us want to share just how great our entire experience was and he certainly made us want to return. Our only regret? We were too full to try another pizza. Do not hesitate. This truly is a slice of heaven.

I enjoyed my pizza, although I wouldn't order this one again. I do want to say that it is pricey but you will get a very big pie of great quality. The dough was excellent! It was actually my favorite part and I've never said that about any pizza! Atmosphere is extremely casual. There's fruit infused waters to have and you go and grab them yourself (back right corner). Naturally, we wanted bread (what I thought was a given in an Italian restaurant). Sadly, it was $3 for warm bread, which felt a little rude, but of course I ordered it and devoured it, too! I also started with the mushroom bisque that was on special and it was fantastic as it was rich, flavorful, and the kind of soup you want to eat slowly so it lasts longer.
