If I could give 0 stars I would. I used this service for about 4 months prior to having the worst experience ever with a cleaning service. My apartment building changed the door system to allow for guest entry when tenets not present. I provided both the access entry codes and instructions via text and phone as to how they could enter. They canceled on me 2 days in a row last minute stating they couldn't figure out how to use the app. No one ever bothered to call me, just sent a text saying the cleaning team left the area. They rescheduled for a later time and so I arranged for the front desk staff to help them. They called literally 10 min before the appointment time siting car issues and canceled for the 3rd time. This was my last straw for them. I would highly suggest if looking for a responsible cleaning service who actually values your time and will be professional in their communication, that you avoid using Oui. read more

My roommates and I were desperate to have someone come in to clean our house after the cleaners our landlord recommended cancelled on us last minute. I had done research on Oui Clean prior to this and gave them a call that afternoon and the two owners of the business made sure we were taken care of, despite the circumstances. They dropped what they were doing and did the job themselves and their work was amazing! I'm so glad I called them because they were extremely kind and dedicated to their business. She was great with the bathroom, stove and refrigerator and I would give her 5 stars. I was excited about using this company but the day of the appointment I received a call about 10 mins before they should arrive to say the cleaner had no parking and was being harassed by men on the street and didn't want to get out. I was arriving at the same time and the street was empty with plenty of parking. My technician had been waiting in front of the property for 20 mins and denied anyone had arrived and denied seeing anyone in the street. I called the service back explaining there was plenty of parking that no one was there, the street was empty and the cameras didn't show anyone around the property. She apologized for the inconvenience and said she would get contact the cleaner. Approximately 40 mins after the set appointment time, I received a text saying the cleaner was not coming! I was disappointed because this company doesn't seem to use its own employees and has no ability to know if the appointment will be honored. It really destroyed my schedule since I was working to move into a new location for my business. read more

Really bummed this cleaner didn't work out. Had them out for an initial clean and they did a good job cleaning even though there were some hiccups with the actual cleaner (my cleaner didn't speak English and got frustrated when I called the office to ask questions, she also didn't mop my floors and used my supplies and vacuum-which is different than advertised and then I was told), the customer service was great with the office and they quickly offered a credit and said they noted that those things happened and would correct it the next time. So I scheduled for another cleaning a few weeks later before I had company over. They rescheduled on me three times over the course of a week, and just now called me 20 minutes after my appointment time to tell me that they didn't have a cleaner and asked me to reschedule again. Now I'm left scrambling before company arrives early tomorrow (with two little kids and no last minute babysitter so I can do it myself). It would have been better for them to tell me upfront that they wouldn't be able to do it so I could have found someone else. I really don't like leaving reviews that aren't 5 stars, but the lack of respect for my time as a paying customer is really frustrating. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them.. read more

Do not use if you are moving out! I used their services when moving out of the place and I'd like to warn against anyone who thinks it might be a cheap service. They originally quoted $100, which was the main reason I hired them as the quote was competitive. On the day of the appointment, only one cleaner came without bringing a vacuum. I asked if they had any questions twice (the first time I met them and 15 mins later when I came back to take away the last furniture), to which they told me no question. 10 mins later another representative called me asking for extra charge for "deep cleaning". I agreed to that and told them I expected the apartment to be cleaned thoroughly to avoid any fees afterwards. At the end of the cleaning, they took before and after pictures and facetime to show me most of the apartment, except the oven that they haven't cleaned. Guess what? It was the kitchen and oven that caused my landlord to hire another cleaning services and cost me another $150. I used a different move out services before, same price that I paid at the end, and they came with 3 people instead of just one person like this one. read more

This service was August 23, 2021. I got 3 quotes using Yelp for move out cleaning services. ($225, $250 and $350). Oui Clean was the most expensive but had the most thorough list of services provided to include cleaning inside of appliances. Their quote also didn't passive-aggressively imply tipping was needed to pay their cleaners a fair wage. I accepted the quote and called the company where I confirmed the information I gave on the Yelp form. The quote was raised to $380 but the company honored the earlier $350 price. I left instructions for the lock box combo at the time of confirmation. I was charged a $70 deposit to schedule the cleaning. Around 9am, day of the service I was called to repeat the lock box combo info and it was only good fortune that I was available to answer the phone, normally I am not by my phone during the day. Around 1pm, I was charged the balance of the service and figured I could do a few more move out tasks. The cleaners were not even close to done. This isn't a criticism of their speed, I find it awkward that I paid for a job that wasn't complete at the time. Fast forward a few days later I meet with my landlord to accomplish final move out. He tells me that the cleaners made a point to complain to him. Their complaints were: 1)the house was too dirty, I had moved everything out of the house and paid for the most expensive cleaning for that reason. 2)They didn't eat, nowhere was I informed that I had to provide lunch for them. 3)they were only paid $200 and had to Uber $25 each way to come to the job, I'm not sure how they came to these numbers but $350 was what I paid. They made a point to paint me as some sort of villain who was effectively paying them $7-$8/hr fo their time. Fortunately, my landlord is a level-headed guy and talked to me about this. I was embarrassed of what he must have thought of me. He also, showed me where the refrigerator was still dirty. The rest of the house was very clean. This is my experience with this company and I would only recommend them with caveats. read more
