I absolutely LOVED all of the beer on hand and wish I lived closer to drink them on the regular. Ambiance was great! Customer service was even better. We sat out on the dog-friendly patio. We were lucky to get a table; the outside tables filled up quickly. When a couple arrived with their pup and found all the tables occupied, we invited them to join us. It turned out to be a nice way to meet fellow travelers. And the pizza? DELICIOUS! We're so glad we did! The patio is spacious and comfortable, with several seating areas that give it a relaxed atmosphere. Our server was friendly and attentive, and his recommendation of the Flatlander Chicken Sandwich ($15.99) was spot on. Since my husband and I often split meals, we ordered one sandwich to share. To our surprise, it arrived already divided onto two separate plates--a thoughtful touch that's becoming all too rare. That kind of service definitely earns extra points. The sandwich was delicious, with grilled chicken breast, guacamole, bacon, pepper jack cheese, and chipotle mayo, served with perfectly cooked crispy fries. I ordered an iced tea but couldn't resist trying a sample of their seasonal Peach Ale. It was so good that I ended up ordering a small glass. I'm not usually much of a beer drinker, but this one was outstanding. I only wish they sold it in cans so I could have taken some home! I can't fault her too much as I know it's required and you must be 21 to drink, but I'm 38, and I haven't been ID'd in YEARS So, it was a bit of a let down to have that be such an issue. I did after all also have my 40 year old husband and two kids in tow so there wasn't much about me that screamed "under 21". Near the front of the pub are some canned beers to go if you want to take some home to enjoy. I love hanging out in the town of Mountain Village and it is nice to have a local brewery to swing by for a drink. Telluride Brewing is a short walk from the main plaza area. Telluride Brewing Company operates out of two physical locations and has another location on the outskirts of Telluride.

Even though the town was covered in a new snow, Dustin made the Cidery warm and inviting. He took us through a tour of all 10 ciders and gave us the history of Fenceline. We have tasted most every cider in the Grand Valley and none were as delicious as any of the Fenceline ciders. Dustin not only gave us a tour of the ciders but talked with us about the Mancos area and introduced us to the power house women who get together there every Monday night!
