I first tried Telluride Brewing Co. while skiing at Telluride Ski Resort. They were sampling at Gorrono Ranch and I tried a few of their beers. I enjoyed some of the beer samples that I tasted and decided to make a stop at this Brewpub over in Mountain Village. The bar itself is not very large. But I do enjoy the chill vibe here. Telluride Brewing Company Brew Pub also offers food items like burgers, salads and wings. I have yet to try the food here. But I have been here for a drink on a couple of occasions. Near the front of the pub are some canned beers to go if you want to take some home to enjoy. I love hanging out in the town of Mountain Village and it is nice to have a local brewery to swing by for a drink. Telluride Brewing is a short walk from the main plaza area. Telluride Brewing Company operates out of two physical locations and has another location on the outskirts of Telluride. read more

Great selection and delicious beers. I added a bowl of the chili to warm up after skiing. Perfect combination. The Olympics were on the tele. I could have enjoyed another round but had to move on. Telluride Brewing proves that you can find great beer in Mountain Village. read more

the place is rather small, very limited seating. the table we sat at was really dirty, so when we ordered, we asked them to wipe it down and they did so immediately. the portion sizes were ok. the burger was just under ok. not very flavorful, it was dry, and overcooked. the fries were great! they were seasoned and cooked perfectly. the mexican philly was good, nothing to get excited about. we did ask for no onion due to an allergy, but got onion in it despite the request. the wings were really good! seasoned and fried to perfection. they are pretty cheap on the ranch dressing and if you want more it's an extra charge which is just ridiculous. the cheese curds were really tasty, as was the jam that accompanies them. for the price & underwhelming experience, we would probably not revisit, but if yer famished and can't find anything else, this'll do. read more

Well, we ate here twice during our two week stay. First time was a mixed bag. The chicken tacos were an incredible 10! The burger was, too. However, the carne asada tacos weren't edible. It was like chewing and chewing and chewing and still couldn't get through the meat (fat?). The chips and fries were awesome! Then we went back for two orders of chicken tacos, because they were that good! This time...not as much chicken and it was lukewarm at best. We were so hungry that we didn't take it back. 3.5 stars rounded up for Yelp's sake. Probably one of the more decent spots in the mountain ski village to grab a bite to eat. Still a $40+ lunch for two, but certainly worth it compared to other nearby spots. Great selection of beers and drinks, as it is a brewery. Food is okay, nothing special, but not bad. The fries were some of the best we've had on our visit here, as they actually have flavor! Burger and grilled cheese were cooked perfectly. This was ok. We took the gondola up to the village and went to the brewery. I understand they need to use plastic for you to take a beer outside. The beertender was nice. The brews were alright. We sat outside in the shade and watched the world go by while we sipped. It was nice. read more

Props to the one woman working the bar, taking orders, bringing out some food, and bussing tables. We both had the grilled chicken sandwich. It was about what you'd expect from a grilled chicken sandwich. Chips were ok, but we've had better. Service getting our food was a bit slow. Beer was fine. What a fun place to be! Not sure I would want to be anywhere else! I'm sure they have their troubles like any other brewery, but as someone vacationing from Denver, I was just so happy to be here! I tried the location at the ski resort in mountain village, although I did wish the town location was open so I could check it out. This one is open on sundays though, a nice perk! There's plenty of cool merch, and lots of beers to go. Love the giant mural art and general awesome vibes. There's a tasty place to eat in the shop, with lots of vegetarian entrees. Got the grain bowl and loved it! You really can't go wrong with any of the beers! read more

Great brewery in Telluride! The gondola that takes you to up to the brewery is beautiful and breathtaking! Great beer selections and you can opt to have it served in a To Go cup and can walk around with your beer in hand. They do sell food here too! It is a bit small inside but it helps that there are some tables and chairs outside read more

So I'm kind of into the special brew of each town. Clearly I wanted to check this place out. Super glad we did. It is very small and the food menu only has about 5 options. However, if you want to try some special beers definitely come here. Loves the grapefruit Ale and moon beer. My favorite by far! The bartender (who I also believe was the manager) was super helpful with recommendations and descriptions. We loved the place so much when we were in mountain village the next day with a much larger group we all stopped by again to get a drink. Worth a stop for sure! read more

Went tonight and ordered the chicken tenders, which were recommended. They were extremely overcooked and dry to the point they were not edible. Only a few people there, 2 cooks in the kitchen were just on their phones. All the food was coming out burnt and looked like they hadn't cleaned the grill in hours. Go for lunch when it's busier and it might be better. Paid $18 for these. read more

Beer and tacos - what a great idea! The beer absolutely did not disappoint; however, the tacos definitely, as well as unfortunately, need some work. Since my visit, I've learned that a street taco is smaller in size than your standard taco - for reference, think two bites and done. I was underwhelmed by the two tacos I ordered but the size was not my main issue. I thought the meat was extremely dry, perhaps from being reheated one too many times and/or overcooked, and lacked any hint of fresh preparation. If you're at the brewpub and in need of a snack to go with your beer, I can recommend the chips and queso without hesitation and would order those again. The Beer-chos were loaded hammer fries that were delicious. The burgers were all cooked to a good Medium, and were tall, juicy patties. We had a party of 8, and the place is pretty small so we were a little crowded. The location is great for groups of 4 though! read more

Interior is fun, clean, no TV's though which is a big bummer come game time. Customer service is just ok. Burgers are extremely mediocre. Will not be ordering their food again. Overall I don't see a reason to revisit. read more

The tacos are extremely disappointing. They are very dry, with no moisture at all, and the meat is extremely over cooked. The meat almost tasted like char, especially the chicken. I do not recommend this place. read more
