The parts and labor was expensive, but we were assured that it was necessary. Six months later the clutch failed while my wife was in heavy traffic. She narrowly avoided an accident trying to get off the road with no power coming from the motor. The truck was towed at our own expense back to Jackson's where they repaired it again! We reminded them that we still have our invoice of all the parts that were replaced before, and it was still under their warranty. This time the repair was finished extremely fast. Pretending to replace parts on someone's vehicle is called theft. You would not look me in the eye. You gave no explanation of how brand new parts, predicted to last 6 years or more, failed in 6 months. Not a single word. You put my family in danger, and you are a thief!

Manager replaced screws, I went to replace the air filter myself today and the screws are all different sizes and thread pitches. One of the mounting points is completely stripped out due to the incorrect screw being used. I have to replace my entire air box now. Please avoid this place.

I called and chatted with Dan who assured me it wouldn't need much based on Hyundai's published $60K service list. In the end, it was about $110. He checked her brakes and said they were in great shape and definitely didn't need his $450 per axle brake replacement service. She had previously been told her brakes were dangerously bad and needed urgent replacement. Dan could easily have told me her brakes needed replacing and made $450-900. At first, I was skeptical because the guys working when I walked in were a little raunchy. But they fixed my car up (changed out my starter) and even knocked the price down for me without me asking or anything. A couple of days later my car wouldn't start in the walmart parking lot. I called Two Guys to get ahold of Mitch and told him the car wouldn't start. He troubleshot over the phone for me and stayed late to help me get the car back up and running. To put the cherry on top, he and Michael replaced the battery in my car the next day within a couple of hours. The next time my car goes out, I'm taking it to Two Guys. THESE MEN ARE AMAZING.
