Going here for the first time in along time now I see why I didn't come back for so long. I order the steam lobster tail with the 6oz steak and omg it was so bad. The lobster tail was like rubber in my mouth and my steak was so small it could had been for my 4 year old. The only reason for the two stars is cause of the waitress who was very nice. It's outback‍ not expected to be a gourmet meal. My biggest complaint here is that they never cook my steak rare. I always ask for rare and they always overcook it. Very irritating. Very disappointed with the horrible service. We were seated and waited over 13 minutes for someone to take an order of any kind. Not one, not two, but three people asked if we we'd been helped. We said NO all three times and no one came. Finally a waitress showed up, apologized because she didn't know we were her table. Then she was switched mid way because she was overwhelmed. My wife & I visited the restaurant this past Saturday, around 5:30pm. Our server was wonderful, as were the other folks bringing water, bread & so on. The 8oz Sirloin was great - perfectly cooked & delicious! That was the good news, here's the bad news: it was HOT in there! Folks all around us were complaining about the temperature. People were fanning themselves with menus, napkins, whatever they could find & the poor staff couldn't do anything but apologize & sweat - they were all working real hard. The Bloomin' Onion was smaller than I remember from past visits to locations in Arizona, California & Nevada. The Hot Honey Chicken Special was comically, ridiculously tiny! It was literally the size of a large egg. We were really disappointed with this new 'special' offering. It tasted good, don't get me wrong, it's just that it was maybe 4 or 5 bites. We ordered a Baked Sweet Potato & I swear, I've never seen one that small - it could be in the Guinness Book of World Records, 'smallest baked potato of any kind, ever'. I stopped in to this location as I was making my way from Shreveport/Bossier back down south. Stopped in close to 5 PM and was able to get a small booth at the bar since it was just me flying solo. Ordered the Spinach and Artichoke dip for starters followed by a steak with steamed asparagus. The waitress was GREAT and the food was OUTSTANDING! The dip was creamy and full of artichokes (love artichokes), the steak was cooked to perfection (Medium rare) and flavorful and the asparagus was crispy and tasty. I ordered a medium well sirloin but I got medium at best. The steak was tough with gristle and fat. The baked potato was very dry and had no butter and very little sour cream, though I ordered both. Our bloomin onion appetizer was small, greasy and soggy. I left more than half the meal on the plate. I will say that the service was good. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. The manager came by the tables speaking to customers. She did offer me some free cheesecake to make up for my disappointing meal. We will not be going back there soon... if ever. read more

This is a GREAT Outback! Pretty much everything I have ever tried on the menu is good! Definitely try the Mahi Tuna for an appetizer. If you are not a steak person, No Worries! The pork tenderloin is Fantastic! I'm not sure what that glaze is but it is Delish! Always great service! We love to sit in a booth in the bar area with the TV's! Great News is they are now open for Lunch! read more

Compare their phots to plates you actually purchase and the veggies you receive for your money...three stringy asparagus or four of five pieces of carrots. to say hungry. We went to pick up no one came out also had to go inside barefoot and wait for them tWorst grass fed burger experience in town. Food was cold very cold, Burger and fries. HORRIBLE! We arrived around 2:15 on a Monday afternoon. There were no less than 5 dirty tables in the bar. We, along with eight other people stood for more than five minutes waiting on a hostess. After finally getting a table (clean) in the bar area, we placed our order. 40 minutes later our meal arrived. My daughter's baked potato was extremely overcooked and my asparagus was black. I have come back and edited my review because our last two visits here were really good. I also ordered take out last week, and was met in my parking spot by their to go waiter who yes chases people off for trying to park there if you aren't Togo, but if you are to go he goes in gets your order and brings it to your car, and you never have to get out which was nice. Normally we don't have a problem here but Friday we stepped out of the norm. We tried some new items and were fairly disappointed. My wife got the crab cakes after asking the waiter and he said they were good. For the price they sure were small. I had the steak melt.
