Came for an evening dinner date. This Outback is convenient if you're looking for dinner and a movie as it's in the same parking lot as AMC. They had some food specials for around $40 each. I had steak and chicken and they had ribs and steak. We tried different side dishes. Salad, soup, baked potato, mashed potatoes, and seasoned vegetables. All of the sides were plentiful and tasted better than expected. Sometimes at chain restaurants, the sides get left behind. But here the amount and great taste were a key part of the meal. Our steaks were cooked perfectly to order. I'm a medium rare, and it was amazing, melting your mouth. However, the chicken was a little bit on the dry side. The blooming onion was amazing, the sauce was pretty good as well, but I would prefer just regular ranch. Bread endless along with soft butter, yes please! Service was good. Here's the review. We always happen to sit when our actual server is on break and someone else tells us before they take the order. EVERYTIME there is something missing or wrong and our ACTUAL server has to try and pick up the pieces while being really busy. We come every other Friday for the most part. It's a broken system! Just stagger the scheduled in-times. Schedule for 6 hour shifts, so a server doesn't have to take a lunch while their section goes down in flames. If you're not willing to do that, have the manager touch tables in the section of a server who is on break. Had an exceptionally bad experience last night. It's never perfect, I get it. I never been to Outback Steakhouse but my friend who loves BEEF suggested. It was on a weekend, the wait was not long (but granted we arrived before peak hour), our waiter was great. The food was great, the I ordered pasta with shrimp and beef. Shrimp was delicious and fresh. Steak was cooked how I wanted and it was tender and juicy. The onion bloom was what I imagined which was great! I never had it and it didn't disappoint! My husband brough me for an early Birthday Celebration and choosing this place was the best decision. Anthony our server was very friendly and helpful. Every time he got a chance he would come and ask if we needed anything.His customer service was what I expected from a place like this. He needs to be told what good of an employee he is. Starting off with this being a nice restaurant to host many of group gathering due to their nice restaurant design and great parking lot. Wait was a bit but understandable with a party of 18, they were able to get us seated within 15 minutes of arrival by accommodating their tables and arranging seats. Food was fresh as always and our service l was amazing. Great recommendations our server was amazing and when she went on break her backup was just as great! So I have not been to an Outback Steakhouse in a very, very long time! Maybe close to 20 something years. I wanted to come over here just to see how things have been and what I have missed out, or not missed out. The place inside looks like most Outback Steakhouse where they have the wooden interior and tables. For starters, I had to get the Bloomin Onion, it's one of their staples and I forgot how big they were. It was good, but after a few bites, you just realize how greasy it is and you almost want to stop eating immediately. For my entrée, I had the Ribeye and Coconut Shrimp combination. It comes with two sides, and I chose loaded, baked potato, and Caesar salad. The salad was soggy, and the lettuce were at the brink of turning over. The loaded baked potato was much better and went pretty good with the steak. I had my steak, medium rare as it should be, but the meat was a little tough, even though it's a ribeye steak. Now I'm not expecting the highest grade of steak here, but it was pretty tough and lacked seasoning like salt and pepper. Thanks to some garlic butter it was much more bearable. The coconut shrimp was just a ball of grease. Had I known, I would've just ordered the steak on its own. Either way the food was not very memorable in the best way, our server was very courteous and timely. I believe you're getting what you are getting for the price here so it may be good for some. Best Outback I've been to in years. I received giftcards recently so I thought I'd try this location out. The parking lot had plenty of spots and wasn't crowded. The inside is clean and has great lighting. The service here is friendly and efficient. This one server named Ben did an amazing job taking care of our table. At one point he brought out waters a little late but to make up for it he gave us this cute little koala rubber ducky thing. Incredible! Also the bus boys they have there are working so hard. My family and I dine-in almost every weekend. The food is great. The service is great. It isn't that expensive as well. Everything went well except for a family that constantly complained about the tables being wiped down. I could understand that they have to constantly reset a table for more customers but the lady behind us could not stop whining. She then complained to a manager.
