The reason for 2 stars is for the curbside pickup and not the food. It is extremely unorganized. I pulled up at 6 for my food I ordered at 530, I requested a 6pm pick up. I pulled right in front due to the 6 reserved spots were taken already. A group of people were gathered around waiting on orders. Most looked to be ignored unless the person asked and in most case they were told it wasn't ready. Not sure how they knew it wasn't ready they never checked. One customer was waiting 55 min past her promised time was told it was ready and they were sorry. The issue was there were at least a dozen bags just sitting there., that all the customers should see through the door. If the server checked they would have seen the bag sitting there. In the actual view of the customer whom had been waiting by the door. She wasn't happy at all. My food was 45 past the time I should have gotten it. I was told the same thing, I actually left and came back due to the fact I had other food for my family. I was also told it wasn't ready, my order was a full rack of ribs that's it. Mine was also sitting on the same table for who know how long. I think during dinner rush you need to have someone out by the pickup/curbside to ask the customers names and find out where their food is. Pretty simple. One customer waited over 1:20 to later find out they never got his order after being told it wasn't ready. I know all this cause for the 25 min I waited I was parked right in front of the pickup/curbside talking to the others. read more

Outback ripped me off. On 1/1/2021 I ordered delivery. I never received my order and tried calling twice. Spoke to Bobby the manager who said he would look into it and call me back. No one called me back and I was charged $50.00. I will never do business with outback steakhouse ever again. read more

This place is a freaking joke. Me and my girl just tried to come here for lunch. Our server did great for our drinks and appetizer, then he took our lunch order and disappeared. We sat there for the better part of 45 mins waiting before finally asking someone where our food was? The manager there told us the ticket was only up for 23 mins and its not unusual to see that wait time but heres the thing, we were basically the only ones in the restaurant. We told him him if the food wasnt coming we were leaving and he basically told us to leave then and that everything was taken care of. Shout out to you purple shirt guy. I guess talking to your friends were more important than taking care of your customers. Ill never be here again and recommend it to nobody! read more

Sat at the bar, two or three times longer than was acceptable and yet no service/ proper greeting so I decided to leave as they were having a bad day which can happen ran into the manager on the way out and she was nice enough but wasn't aware of how backed up the bartender was. Another amazingly delicious dinner at Outback Deerfield Beach Fl. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Jordan N, our server, was very prompt professional and attentive. The Bloomin' Onion and Coconut Shrimp were delicious appetizers followed by our steak dinners. The ribeye was tender well-marbled and a perfect medium rare. The prime rib was medium rare and delicious. Miss Berman stopped by our table to make sure we were having a enjoyable dining experience. We highly recommend this Outback location. read more

Party of 12 went for a graduation dinner. The kids got their food before us (2 tables) so that was meh. There were a few errors in our food, mainly added bacon to the soup. Have ordered takeout from here quite a bit and is normally, ok. Ordered an entree salad for $15.99 and got home only to realize it's the same size as the $3.00 side salad my wife ordered with her meal. Called the restaurant to notify them that I have to specify a larger side salad, I was on under the assumption that an entree salad would be larger than a side salad but alas I was wrong. The final insult is that they didn't provide dressing for either of the salads. If you want an entree salad just get a side, don't get ripped off. read more

Called and asked for call ahead seating for 3 people at 6:00 pm on 5/2/21. Arrived on time and told there was a wait. We asked what the purpose of call ahead seat was if you call and then are told there was a wait. We were told we couldn't stay in the lobby and that we could wait in our car. We walked out and there were several tables uncleared but we sat down. We were rudely told we couldn't stay there and to wait in our car. Last trip to Outback EVER. read more

We were in town for a basketball tournament and are at this location Saturday and Sunday and the food was great! The service was excellent! Zachary served me on Sunday and he was great!! This location is new, clean and following CDC guidelines...Highly recommended! read more

I rarely leave reviews so for me to be writing this should say it all. I'm writing because this is the THIRD time to this location and I left extremely disappointed. We called for call ahead seating and arrived at 8pm. We had to wait 10 mins for a table- no problem. We get the text at 8:11 that our table is ready. We are sitting....and sitting...and sitting and we watch other people get seated, bread, drinks etc...and the couple diagonal from us even notices we haven't even gotten a drink order in yet. It's now 8:31pm. Exactly 20 minutes, so I go to the hostess and let her know that it's ridiculous. Not trying to be difficult but when I'm PAYING to go out to eat, I I expect to be approached in a timely manner. A very sweet server named Jackeline comes over and it's pretty clear no one told her that she had a table outside her section. She is extremely apologetic. She takes our order and went above and beyond- but seeing as though this is the third time with a bad experience, I asked her to let her manager know that she was never told about the table. The manager...Bobby...walks over and says "Sorry you had to wait 10 minutes" in which I quickly replied "20" (not counting the wait for the table) so good old Bobby offers to cover the bloomin onion. I told Bobby not to bother because I was using the gift certificate from the last time they screwed up my entire order (left after only eating a cup of soup that I ordered before the meal but didn't get until after they gave me the wrong meal.) Bobby fed me every manager line in the play book, told me to keep my bloomin onion certificate and was going to "do something extra." Do you know what used car salesmen Bobby did? Took a dollar off for my loaded mashed what a slap in the face!! I sent my boyfriend to pull the car around because his patience was a thin as Bobby's budget for a 3 time disgruntled customer. I handed my glorious coupon for my bloomin onion to a random person on my way out. I hope they had a better experience than I had. If Bobby gets to read this- go give Jackie a BIG pat on the back for doing what you could not. Also, why are your potatoes luke warm EVERY DAMN TIME??? I love the outback restaurant but the new one on hillsboro blvd is a nightmare. I have been there for take out for a salad and each order was wrong. The 1st order we order salad with grilled chicken. When we got home there was no chicken or croutons just lettuce and cheese. 2nd time we order told the Rachel of what happened. She said she will make sure all good. Well the chicken was so black we couldn't eat it. So 3 rd days went back to get a salad I guess u can say why but wanted a salad and ruby tuesday is closed . So when I ordered the salad this time ask to put the dressing on the side in a cup, we had to drain the dressing before we could eat. So I said on 4th try please please just make a blue cheese pecan salad and told them of all the problems and they said not a problem. Well when I got there for curbside pickup he said 5.50 and I said OMG you it wrong again . It should have been at least 9.00 . So he went back said sorry AGAIN and then made me wait 20 mins to get a new salad. So then the server came back and said 8.44 . So I said omg you are going to charge I ging to tell you will not leave a tip. So when I got home OMG it was just lettuce and nothing else on it. Si I finally called the manager which was a Male and had me on hold for at least 15 minutes looking for the order. And all I get was my 8.44 cent back . So you tell me why would you go to the new outback. Very upset over a stupid salad. read more

Well let me first start out by saying I've been eating at blooming brands restaurants for 20+ years. And we used to frequent the 18th ST location for many years with an overall great/good experience. Let's be frank here people we are human and we will make mistakes so with that being said every time there has been a hiccup with my order they are very prompt to make it right. Now since the new Hillsboro location opened I have only had 1 hiccup and truthfully it wasn't even that major of an issue to be honest. My experience both dining at the location and getting delivery or curbside takeaway they've all been terrific. I want to give a huge shout out to all the employees at the new and old locations this last year has been devastating to the hospitality industry and so many of you have been drastically affected by this pandemic. So for you all to continue to keep a smile on your face should be appreciated tremendously. I also want to take a minute to recognize the GM Jennifer to be honest I'm not sure we'd be customers still with the Blooming Brand if it wasn't for you and your very helpful assistant managers in place.
