This was my first time at this location food was great. I sat at the corner of the bar unfortunately bartenders were not very attentive like the other locations ive been to I had to flag them down for each time I wanted to order drinks, appetizers and even longer when I want to order main dish. They both were nice and polite just not as attentive as they could have been. I do love OutBacks food the specialty drinks are great.

Food was fine but giving 5 stars for the service! Came for dinner for a party of 2 tonight and had a great experience! We were seated almost immediately and service was fast. I can't remember our server's name but she wore a patterned bandana/headband(?) and she was amazing! Super sweet and pleasant. Besides her, I noticed all the staff around us were very nice and pleasant as well. I got the 6oz center-cut sirloin steak with caesar salad and mashed potatoes. The steak looked so small but combined with the sides and bread it was a satisfying meal, enough for me. Steak was cooked perfectly and well-seasoned. Mashed potatoes were okay. Caesar salad was good. I highly recommended the baked potato soup! Great meal :)

I had THE BEST time here the other night. It was a week day evening, and we didn't have to wait to be seated. The hostess was great and everyone was very helpful and friendly. There was lots of holiday decor, and the bar area had tvs with sports on. I had called ahead of time to see if they still had the koala bear drinks and they did but said they were running low on the koalas. I asked if they could set one aside for me and they did! I really appreciated that! I can't remember my waitresses name but she was really great. The gingerbread martini was awesome. Very sweet but also strong, a really good balance. And of course it came with the koala bear to keep. We ordered a blooming onion which was delicious, but very heavily deep fried. I also ordered the classic blue cheese wedge salad which was delicious! We also had the Mac and cheese bites which were great. I haven't been to an Outback Steakhouse in years, but this experience was great, and I highly recommend this location.

Food was delicious, filled up on mozzarella sticks and bread and could barely eat our entrees lol. Down under margs were great! Christina was our server and she was excellent. Kind and knew exactly what we wanted. Will return and hope to get her again! Overall great experience.

Everything good today. Got the shrimp from the $15.99 three course meal with baked potato, wedge salad and cheesecake for desert. It's a good deal with varying prices. Bread is always good.

I wanted to come to Outback Steakhouse because I heard of the koaladucks. I am a Jeep driver, so I was hooked at the rubber duck. I got the sirloin and shrimp on the barbie and it was really good. I ended up having two koala punches, so now I have two koaladucks, but they ran out of the blue ones so mine are yellow. I had the salad and bread prior to my entree and I think they filled me up, as I was able to take about half my entree home to eat the following day. Outback is a little pricier than my usual restaurant, but they are worth it. Next time I go back I think I want to try the filet Sheila.

Stopped here for dinner on Labor Day at around 515 so it wasn't too busy but great ambiance. I love the decor it's very inviting! My waiter was so friendly and helpful. I originally came cuz I saw this lobster tagliatelle dish but I actually wasn't too hungry and was going to the Drunk Pirates show after so I didn't want to be weighed down. The catch of the day was a sea bass which sounded great and over a succotash with a pork gastrique with corn nut crunch. And OMG when I say this was prob the best succotash I've ever had. Super crunchy fresh corn, asparagus, snap peas and bell peppers. The sea bass was also cooked great, very crispy skin and glaze. I'm literally thinking about it now. I also ended up getting the Lost in the Woods dessert which was a delicate chocolate mousse on shortbread with like a candied hazelnut and cookie dust. Every bite was heavenly. I wish I could've tried the other desserts too. I would literally come back to Phoenix just to eat here again. I want to try the beef Wellington so I'll need to drag a friend to come with me too since it's a serving whole for 2. Overall cannot recommend enough!

Even the walk over was a win because we stumbled across the cutest little cuban coffee shop and had the best cortadito before continuing on. First, the vibe at Wren & Wolf is gorgeous. Such a cool, moody atmosphere, and I loved all the little details, including the faux wolf fur on the seats. Definitely a place that feels like an experience and not just somewhere to eat. Our server was amazing. I could have sworn her name was Dominique, but she was fantastic and gave us some great recommendations. What stood out even more was how everyone worked together. The young guy delivering our food was so friendly, another server grabbed our plates as she walked by, and every single person we interacted with was welcoming. You could really tell it was a team effort rather than everyone only worrying about their own tables. We tried several of the recommended brunch items and everything was delicious. I also asked for a cocktail similar to a margarita, and our server recommended the Shishito out of luck-loved it! Great food, surprisingly reasonable pricing for such a beautiful spot, fantastic service, and even better vibes. We were visiting Phoenix and would absolutely come back the next time we're in town. Definitely worth a stop!

I checked us in for our reservation and the hostess welcomed us in, then promptly took us to the table that had been beautifully prepared for our dining experience. She asked if the lighting was too dim, but it was perfect. Every staff member was dressed neatly and welcomed us as we walked by. No staff members were running around frantically, and I could tell they are staffed amazingly well. So organized and kind, genuinely smiling at us. I could tell that anyone would be willing to help us, if we needed them! Our waiter, Daniel, came over and again, welcomed us. He let us know the specials of the night and how dinner will be served. Let us know not to touch the 500 degree plates when they arrived. He took out drink orders and answered any question we had. He promptly came back with drinks and fresh, hot rolls!! Daniel took our dinner orders. We all sat and visited while waiting, enjoying our drinks and the hot rolls. Dinner was served on, as promised, hot plates!! Then, they served each of us the crème brûlée corn. All of us that ordered meat, asked for medium rare and we were not disappointed!! Our meats were spot on!!! Perfection!!! The petite filet mignon were very juicy and delicious, as was the New York strip. The Crispy Hasselback Potatoes were so good, especially with the topping. The Crispy Shrimp Deviled Eggs were so good!!! I feel like our meals were simple yet divine!! After we enjoyed dinner, we were served the Ultimate Warm Vanilla Caramel Cake, on the house!! What a nice touch!! So yummy and it felt guilty eating such a fabulous dessert!! We all shared it! All in all, I wish I could give 10/10 stars!! Such a wonderful dinner experience!! I can't wait to go back!!!!

The service was unmatched. From the Valet parking to the front desk. Also, our server was the absolute best! I felt like there wasn't anything he wouldn't do for us. He was very happy and upbeat. I think his name was J. He is a big part of the reason the visit was so special. The food was mostly excellent. I got a petite filet and lobster tail with Caesar salad and fried brussel sprouts. I do love them crunchy and they were. The salad barely had any dressing. It would have been better with a little more. My fault for not asking. Now the steak; my whole reason for the trip. Honestly, a little disappointing. The cut was beautifully tender. That why I love a good filet. Unfortunately, there was very little caramelization on the outside. I would have enjoyed more. Also, there didn't seem to be very much seasoning. I like it a little more on the salty side, but I am sure others don't. I'm sure I could request it next time. Last, the lobster tails made up for any possible shortcomings in anything else. It is rare, that I have one as perfect as these were. Absolute heaven! Sure, I'll be back. I know exactly how to order my perfect meal now. Stellar job folks!

Trying to book my mom's 50th birthday party was a nightmare. Emails went unanswered, phone calls weren't returned, and I ultimately had to drive there in person just to get the event booked. After finally securing the date, I waited for a follow-up regarding the details, only to discover that the general manager had been let go. I was given the new GM's name and phone number, but despite multiple calls and text messages, I was completely ghosted. This left me scrambling to find another venue with only one month before an important family celebration. No customer should be left hanging like that after booking an event. This was actually my second chance giving Lola's another opportunity because I genuinely like the vibe of the place. The first time, my group of only six people was still enjoying drinks when staff told us we had to leave at 11:00 p.m. because there wasn't enough business to justify staying open. That experience was disappointing, but I decided to give them another shot anyway. Sadly, after this experience, I won't be returning. Great atmosphere means very little when communication, professionalism, and customer service are consistently lacking.
