I noticed a few negative reviews from last year but none recently here on Yelp! If you haven't been to this Outback recently I encourage you to go again! There is a new proprietor at this store and she is wonderful and has made some great changes. Service was fantastic, food was delicious, and we will be back often! We went to this restaurant at 4pm on Sat 3/27/21 and checked in with a party of 6. We were told the wait would be 15 minutes with no one else waiting. 6 other groups came with anywhere from 2-5 people and were seated before us. We were waiting right next to the hostess area. After 45 minutes we asked how much longer it would be that we were already there 4( minutes for a 15 minute wait. The hostess told us the waitress on the area where we were going to be seated was on break. I guess no one can even sit at a table unless that particular waitress is there. We have worked in restaurants in the past and know that there should be someone covering their area when they are on break. If nothing else it is the manager's job to seat you and at least take a drink order or food order until the server is available. We called another restaurant locally and was told there was less than a 5 minute wait. We left and went there to eat. We had a great meal at the other restaurant. We will never go there again and will tell everyone we know not to go there. read more

Had a BBQ salad or something like that, It was OK but a salad isn't hard to make. My father had a steak (sirloin I think ) and it was so tough we had to send it back. The manager was really helpful and great and without her I would only give the place one star. read more

Ordered online on Friday night for dinner to go. Arrived a few minutes early and Trisha came out and greeted me and let me know that they were working on my dinner. Dinner was steaming hot when it arrived just a few minutes later which was before my scheduled time. When I arrived home, everything was intact and was hot and delicious. Had dinner here last night for my mom's 80th birthday. Food was pretty good and although we had no complaints about the service, my husband was really disappointed with the ribs that he ordered. The full "order" was a measly 7 ribs. We did question it with the server, and a manager did come over later and offered to supplement it with a rib meal for kids, but he declined. We were almost finished eating and it seemed pointless by that time. But for $20, a full "order" should be a full slab, which is 11 - 13 ribs. Therefore, would not recommend the ribs. Can't even imagine how small the half order would be. read more

Sunday evening dinner. We are in the area annually and stay at the Hampton Inn, which is just two doors away but won't be returning to the Outback. Arrived to find there was a 20 minute wait. When I asked about a table that was open in the bar area, I was told very directly by the hostess "it's not available" but 10 minutes later, we were taken to the exact same table. We were seated and it took a good 10 minutes before we saw a waiter. We promptly gave our order having now had 20 minutes to look at it. They were out of the new creamy spinach dip so we ordered the coconut shrimp app instead. It took well over 20 minutes to get it and it seemed over done. The crispy coconut was over fried. The side salad my husband ordered took another 10 minutes. Our entrees arrive exactly an hour after we were seated, which if your following along was an hour and 10 minutes since we entered the restaurant. My husband steak was fine and loaded baked potato was underwhelming as far as toppings. My Caesar salad with shrimp was rather peppery and I'd say over dressed. Not so hot. We arrived at 11:30 am and were asked to wait for 30 minutes, even though there were plenty of tables available. We were told there was not enough staff available yet. Wow, where do I start. We ordered two 9 oz wines. Not brought until I stopped the waitress and asked if they had finished squeezing the grapes. My wife's meal was a disaster. The vegetables were way overdone and so was the salmon but it was served any way. It's been awhile since I've been to Outback, but what I do remember from my last visit was that the ribeyes were thicker. This visit the ribeyes seemed like they were cut in half, there was barely any meat on them. I ordered my steak medium rare and it wasn't because the steak was so skinny. read more

Did call ahead seating and had a short wait. Not bad there. When they took us to our table I pulled out my chair and saw what appeared to be part of the previous diner's meal on my chair. The bus boy apparently missed it. Orders were taken but when food came i had to get up and ask for silverware as the server just put the food on the table and walked away without asking if we needed anything. Salad tastes better with a fork. My ribeye came out and was ordered medium. I got something that was halfway between medium well and well done. Don't steakhouses have that down to a science yet? Also my wife ordered their blueberry martini which she always has gotten here. But they were out of vodka. Seems like they weren't prepared for customers this night. But when my steak was recooked it was good, as was my wife's fish she had. I'll go back, but I hope they resolve these few points. read more

They should remove steakhouse from their name. I sat at the bar and the entire place was very empty. Overall bar service was slow. I got the prime rib dip sandwich. I wouldn't call what the served on this sandwich prime rib. It was a grizzle sandwich. Very over cooked and the meat was not edible. I also watched a few other orders from other people get sent back. Love this Outback. Food is really good (they do a great sirloin). Food is more than ample for the price. Staff is great. A shout out to Tanya in the bar area. Don't get any top end food. The prices reflect best quality and it was not good. Bought the $27 ribeye. It was undercooked very tough and leathery. Sent it back and it refired it came back not even hot still under cooked and even worse it was terrible. read more

Food was decent once it actually came out, wife's steak a little over cooked. Told manager Lacey that it was fine but she comped entire bill, made me feel like a cheapskate. No reason to comp an 80 dollar bill because a steak is barely overcooked.
