The atmosphere was perfect for a family outing--warm, inviting, and had a great relaxed energy that made it easy for us to sit back and enjoy our time together. Our waitress came over shortly after we sat down to take our drink and appetizer orders. We started with the sampler, which was the perfect lead-in to the meal. She was very attentive and quickly returned to take our main orders, keeping everything moving at a great pace. The food was delicious as usual. I really enjoyed the pork chops and baked potato, while my wife loved her chicken sandwich. The rest of the family was just as happy with the Bloomin' burger, the Bloomin' chicken, and the steak. If I could give half a star or no stars I would. Came in at around 1 pm. About 12 customers total in the entire restaurant. We sat there for 15-20 minutes with not a soul coming to take our order or even acknowledge our existence. Do you know the difficulty it takes to keep a toddler entertained in a restaurant and quiet as to not disturb other patrons. As we were walking out and they noticed us walking out they said I'll be right with you. Meanwhile this waiter was just walking around in the 15-20 minutes we were there I did not see him being out a single beverage, bread, appetizer, entree so I'm curious as to how "busy" he actually was. Seems customer service in big chain restaurants has really gone to the wayside. This is my local outback and the only one in the area. Shame because my family quite enjoys outback but this is about the 3rd time we've gone and didn't even get served. Because of lack of attentiveness by staff. Decided to go here after reading terrible reviews for the legoland hotel's restaurant (where we were staying). We called ahead and waited less than 5 min for a table. Our server Francesca was fantastic. My kids loved her. She was so friendly, attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and we left with a lot of doggy bags that made for great leftovers because we were so full (we ordered a lot of food)! My steak was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. The coconut shrimp was a favorite of mine (and I don't even like coconut usually). My kids loved their meals and all the apps we got. It was my son's birthday so they sang to him with ice cream and he felt so special. Would absolutely eat here again when visiting Legoland. read more

We went as soon as they opened. The waitress seemed to be preoccupied and like she did not care to work until we were leaving. The food was alright. I ordered a rack of ribs and the salt was way too much. If I was drinking it would had made me drink a lot, but I have high blood pressure and that almost put me over the top. I walked out with such a headache. The atmosphere was alright until the lady on the other side of the half walk had her phone on speaker so the whole restaurant could be involved in her conversation. That is what really makes this review so low. I was thinking 4 stars because personal preference but that conversation was not corrected by the bar tender, any waiter or waitress, or the hostess. Great! We came in pretty late Sunday night after running the Spartan race and they accommodated us 1 hour before closing. They ran out of the steak my boyfriend ordered but were able to substitute 2 smaller steaks for the same price. Service was quick and nice! Went here after work to grab some grub on Saturday June 1st 2024. Entered, and was quickly sat by a host. Server also immediately greeted me and told me that the kitchen closes at 10:30PM. I do think that is a little early for a saturday, but eh, if anything the fridays next door is open! Anyways, at least she told me though. I started with a water and a blooming Onion. Also asked for the delicous pumpernickel bread, which i enjoyed! Also had the Aussie Rum Punch. For entree I had my favorite salad the Steakhouse salad, steak cooked Medium. Blooming Onion was good, as well as the salad. Waitress did a good job checking on me. Even took a box home. My family decided to come here for lunch for a change. Since it's Monday afternoon, the place was quiet and we were quickly seated at a table for 4. The waiter quickly came and took our drink order. He quickly returned with our drink and with my ask brought the warm delicious brown bread. He took our order then went to help others. We decided on the special steak & lobster and chicken boom boom (I think that's what it's called). There were only 2 waiters and mine also acted as bartender. You could tell they were overwhelmed by the number of customers that started to enter. It took awhile before it food arrived. Kudos that steak was cooked to perfection of the ask, medium rare, and the lobster was not rubbery. Both though could use more flavor. The sides (sweet potato, seasonal mixed vegetables, salad and mashed potatoes) were all very good! For the price and services well worth the visit. Will return. read more

We really enjoyed our meal at this Outback. Our server, Amber, went above and beyond for us. She gave us great recommendations, ensured that our water glasses were always full, and checked up on us frequently. Our drinks were soooo good. I tried their new Blueberry/Lavender/Vodka Lemonade and it was one of the best I have ever tasted. Highly recommended. The Watermelon Cocktail was also very good, as the pic will show. We ordered Outback's new Three Cheese Steak Dip and it was devoured. We enjoyed the long corn chips, which helped make the dipping process a lot easier and cleaner. Our entrees were all good. Everyone enjoyed their selection and there were no doggy bags required. I highly recommend this Outback and try their new items. My last visit to an Outback was very disappointing (not this location). But this visit went very well. We had called ahead as we knew many restaurants in the area have long waits and we were with our daughter and 2 good friends of ours. We were seated shortly after we arrived. The server took our drink order pretty quickly. While we normally go with the classic Bloomin' Onion to start we decided to go with the Down Under Trio. It was very good, especially The Fried Mozzarella Bloomerangs. These were even better than the Fried Mozzarella at Chilis (which we love) and this might become our new go to appetizer when we come back. For the entire all of us got the Aussie three course meal with the 6oz sirloins and my daughter got the Mac and cheese with fruit. We each got different salads which were all good. They oddly had a bit of a kick which I didn't mind. The steaks were perfectly cooked and had a nice flavor (the flavor was my main problem the last time at a different location). My daughter liked the Mac and cheese and loved the fruit. The desserts were also delicious. I upgraded to the Chocolate Thunder down under which was awesome!! The service was great. The only issues were my wife and my friend's wife's drinks were a little too sweet (soda and some mixed drink) and where we were sitting there would be a cold draft when the door opened (which became more frequent as the night went on). Overall I'm glad I gave Outback another try and look forward to returning to this location at least. read more

Probably the worst experience - went for a quiet dinner, ordered a small filet, hubby ordered sirloin - took forever to come out, saw several people return their steaks, not a good sign, people next to us were waiting so long they comped them an onion. when it did come out, my husband said he had the sirloin (which they both were??) and they put my plate down. I looked and my husband said that's not a filet which it wasn't. called the waitress she said well I ordered you a filet and shows me her ipad - after several minutes she comes back and said that was a filet but they are making you another one - it was NOT a filet. Anyway about 15 mins later it comes to me and now it is a filet with ice cold mashed potatoes. I'm watching as another couple are returning their steaks. Somebody in the back is doing this on purpose so they get to take home the unwanted steaks - what a scam on the poor manager. btw we had to ask for water several times before we got a refil and out bread didn't come out until the steaks were delivered. very very bad management - tiles on the ceiling loose and off, peeling wallpaper by the bathrooms, overall just a dirty feeling. read more

It had been double digit years since I had my last bloomin onion. And here we were, thousands of miles away from our last Outback Steakhouse, and guess what's on my mind? We walked in and were seated quite quickly and easily as it was late and there was not a lot of people present. Our orders were taken and we also enjoyed some uncommon (compared to other restaurants) bread to snack on. Before long, drinks had arrived, food came, and eating ramped up a notch. I really enjoyed my blooming onion's taste as well as size; I got to share it and also have some left over for that two-hour-later "I got the munchies". Some times you have to trust other people's reviews!!! By far the worst service and quality of food I ever had! The only reason why this Outback is still in business is because it's walking distance from 2 hotels!! Let's just start off with the clam chowder, never had a New England clam chowder that has that much spice in it before. When asked, the response I received was "it's our version of it".. you would think the server would let the guests know about it before hand. After about 45 mins - Samantha (our server) told us it takes them long to get the steaks out cause it was cooked to medium well. We said okay and continued to wait and when the food arrived it was barely warm and one of the ribeyes was barely cooked. Our server then told us .... They are a steakhouse and that's how they cook their steaks. That's "their version" of medium steaks. (Look at the pic and tell me if that even look medium) I asked her then how come my bone in ribeye doesn't look like that and I asked for it medium... She became very dismissive and didn't want to answer any more questions. Told us, we had to give her a minute and that she had other tables. OK, so the restaurant was very quiet at 5:30p on a Tuesday night and was pleasantly warm and cozy. The hostess and wait staff were very nice and we were seated very quickly. Our main server (Angela) was witty, engaging and very attentive. The other house staff were adequate, though the beverage waitress less so than the food service waiter. The food was standard Outback fare, but it has definitely gone downhill in terms of quality. It's evident to me that cost cutting measures have negatively impacted the salad greens and the beef cuts also seem lower quality than I recall from prior visits in the last two years. The major issue is that one of our Victoria's filets was definitely fired out of sequence with the others because the steak was cold to the touch, even colder than the steak that accompanied the salad. The waitress responded immediately and a second entree was prepared but most of us had finished so my wife took it to go. The manager delivered the second entree and wasn't even the slightest bit apologetic, almost seeming aggravated instead. While the front-facing staff are clearly trying to do their best, this restaurant feels like it's suffering from overly cost-conscious ownership and unfriendly management that may have forgotten that they are in the hospitality business where the customer is king. read more

Sirloin was overly seasoned. There was way too much salt and pepper. And the fact that they were "out of" A1 sauce didn't help at all. A steakhouse that ran out of A1 sauce?? It might have masked the saltiness a bit. The appetizers took a very long time to come out and then we ate our dinner with wing bones and greasy bloomin onion platter on the table. I ordered delivery after a long day of work out of town. I was EXTREMELY disappointed when my steak came and it was litterly raw. I figured I'd order it rare because I like rare but if it comes medium rare from carryover cooking that would be okay too.. I couldn't even cut this with a plastic knife because it was RAW. I routinely order strip steaks from a gas station and I can litterly cut it with a spoon... What happened Outback. The manager then kindly informed me that rare is purple and cold in the middle. Let me know what you think.. Like I said I like rare steak this was NOT it. To too it off my salad didn't come with enough dressing. I paid $6.50 extra for 4 (FOUR) dinky medium shrimp. The mac n cheese is flavorless. Do you know how awful it feels to microwave a $23.00 steak in a hotel room. Not a good feeling. read more

This was my first time at Outback which is surprising considering I've lived in the area for over 20 years. However, my man and I wanted to try a steakhouse for dinner. The service was lackluster, the drinks were just juice/soda and rhe proportion were small. Unfortunately, the quality wasn't what I expected. This Outback is right next door to several hotels and therefore has a built-in customer base of traveling folk that don't want to drive anywhere for dinner. That's pretty much how I see it whenever I've stayed at the Courtyard right next door. I have been to this location in the past and was here earlier this week. I like that they have some lower calorie menu items and the quality is rather good for a chain. I usually get the ahi tuna and a salad...which is exactly what I ordered again. But... I also grabbed a skewer of grilled shrimp since I was very hungry. My colleague had a ribeye with a baked potato that he thoroughly enjoyed. The server was awesome. Wish I got his name. Very nice young man that had a good sense of humor along with excellent skills. Oh - and I really like the bread loaves that they serve hot with a side of soft butter. I can't stop myself. We buzz-sawed through two loaves. I could have eaten a third....but I was too embarrassed to ask (plus I had to show some kind of discipline for crying out loud). Close and convenient to local hotels as it's within walking distance. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Outback is usually good for a burger or salad but not steak. Years ago I used to enjoy Outback but now it's changed way too much. I decided to order a steak because I wanted to give them another chance and it was convenient. The steak came and was not at all good. It was tough and way too salty. It definitely was a frozen steak that had been freezer burnt. You can tell when the meat is grainy and flavorless that it isn't fresh. Super disappointed and I probably won't get a steak at an Outback again. At least the beer is cold! read more
