Med steak, mouth watering. Very good.

First off I have to say Outback used to be one of my steak house chains. The Bloomin Onion , the wallabe darn, and a steak, hmm. Its been a while since Ive been here, a few years more or less. I realy enjoyed my meal, and service was ok.. Thus why the 4 stars.. Long time ago, remember one of there staff, or the hostess , would open the doors for you, now it was 3 girls up front, not sure if one was being trained or what, but a little help maybe specially a guy with a cane... Ok, im past that, but our waiter was a little slow as well, not sure if she was overwhelmed but to honest the place was not really dead, but not booming for the dinner hour either. I came here for my bday dinner, and was looking forward to eating there since its been a while.. Ambiance is relaxing, mostly booths, but a few tables in the back if you dont like booths like myself.. Bar is has some tvs, and can make most drinks that I asked if they could do it.. We had the bloomin Onion , my wife had the Salmon, which looked soooo GooD.. I had the steak and alice chicken, or something like that, was really good... Wasnt able to eat the chicken, due to step daughter eating my lefts overs that night..... sigh, lol... I fel bad we only brought he a bloomin Onion, so wasnt to mad about it.. I would rate this Outback Steakhouse with a 5 star if the customer service was behind in things... and in my eyes a 4 star.. But food gets a 5 star....

Had not been in this establishment in so long! My husband got some gift cards and we were excited to eat that bloomin onion. It was perfectly crisp and beautiful! We are at point where we should not consume so much salt but we said a Hail Mary and we ate as much as we could. I enjoyed my chicken on the barbie it was good and so was that baked potato. Again everything was salty but that's because we are old and can't have so much of it. Our waitress was so nice she just kept filling up our cups with water and made sure she came around to ask if we needed anything. Unfortunately we didn't catch her name. My husband still has money left over on his gift card and we will definitely come in to try some dessert.

It's a franchise so what can you expect. I was thinking 3 star after my meal and when I went to do my review that's exactly what they had 3 stars, so I agree with the consensus. It's sad when the best thing you like from a steakhouse is the bread. But I liked the bread more than the steak which was too small in my opinion (9oz.) and I prefer the coconut shrimp at Red Lobster over Outbacks. The salad was so small and not exciting in the least. It reminded of the $1.35 packs you buy pre mixed from the store. The service was friendly but overall it reminded me why it's been so long since I been there. I was almost going to order their special for $18.99 you get coconut shrimp, and two sides and a piece of chesscake. I saw the cheesecake get delivered to someone else and it was the smallest, thinest slice of cheesecake I ever seen. I would have been so disappointed if they braught me that tiny little slice at the end. It was Friday night and they wasn't even packed at all. I know why now. Outback, please step up your game.

My friend and I came for appetizers and drinks at the bar. It's a Monday night. She was by itself. I had a 9 ounce glass of wine. She had a drink. She never came back to ask us if we want to second drink now we're finished the game is on so we were gonna get a second set of drinks, but it's too late now we're ready to go the Manager came and just sit and talked to the customers in the corner and never did around around the bar before he was sitting in the corner to talk to VIPs. Whoever they may be, but that took away from their sales so now we're just got our check wouldn't even want water because the TV and our customers are more important than us!!!! Music was average! She takes care of the people, the customers on the other side of the bar and when she gets to us, she turns her back to us and walk away. We have to call her back to us so that took care of that one drink and we're out.

The celery served with the crazy salty wings. It was brown and yellow. Not to mention the crazy service. OMG!! It was the worst.

Everything!! Terrible service Terrible food. Will never go back. I went because Texas Road House was packed and now I know why. We had to ask the bus boy who couldn't speak English for a bag because our waitress was hard to find. They tried to bring us our neighbors food I refused it then our neighbors didnt get what they ordered either so the wife ate alone. Then they tried to give them our food. The wings were over salted and the celery wad brown and yellow. Say your out and dont serve it. That would have been better than whay they served.

Okay Outback, okay! Haven't been here in years, and I will say that I will be back! The bloomin chicken didn't disappoint. I will say it was giving Texas Roadhouse, in its own way, but was really good! The service was good, seemed kinda empty, was also a weeknight I believe. The decor seems outdated but I haven't been there in years but the overall vibe and food were great!

My party was seated fairly quickly. Our waitress took all our orders by memory - we were a party of 8! I got the Chicken Marsala: Chicken, sauce, mixed veggies, mashed potatoes, and gravy. I started off with the mixed veggies - they were cooked soft, just how I like them. They were also flavorful! Not just regular ole steamed frozen veggies, they definitely were buttered and seasoned or something. Next, the mashed potatoes. I'm not a mashed potato connoisseur - matter of fact, I usually skip eating mashed potatoes when they're available. These mashed potatoes however were so flavorful! And it was not only the gravy doing all the talking, it was both the mash and the gravy. I was impressed! Lastly, the chicken Marsala. The chicken itself was cooked to perfection, moist on the inside & fully cooked - and with chicken breast, we all know how hard that is to accomplish. The sauce was incredible. I have never had any Marsala sauce as good as that. So much flavor, very savory. Altogether, the flavors worked together and worked perfectly. If only I wasn't an hour away, I would come here more often. I hope to be here again someday!

I showed up around 7pm and I thought it might have been closed because no one was here. But they were open. I ordered a Bauer burger with the house seasoned fries. They asked how I'd like the egg cooked and the burger cooked: I asked for medium for both. Given how dead the place was, it did take a minute to get my food. The burger was ok, not worth $21. The bun fell apart very quickly which is a bit of a cardinal sin in the burger game. The bacon on the burger was not bacon strips but a bit of bacon crumble. The patty was a bit overcooked so it was dry and it wasn't seasoned so it was bland. The egg was cooked perfectly, but the aioli and the egg yolk with a disintegrated bun made for a huge mess. The fries were interesting. The house seasoned fries are not salted. So the fries were almost sweet due to the spices, but no salt. And they do not have regular table ketchup or malt vinegar. I did ask for some ketchup and they brought me their house ketchup. While not like a classic ketchup, it was actually quite good. Oh, be aware. They will charge you a 4% fee when they bring you the check (what would have happened if I'd paid with cash?). I do not see anywhere on the menu where they say their is a payment fee so that is a pretty shady business practice. Overall: meh. I think for the price point the burger should have been great, but sadly I can't say it was great or even good. I'd likely not return.

This time I just went in and will order at the table. We get seated and drink orders taken and those tasty bread rolls appear at our table. My guys are hungry so they dig in to those right away. This Texas Roadhouse dining area looks very similar to most all the locations. We order, I start with some appetizers for the crew, the loaded potato skins. I get a ribeye steak, as do some of the other guys. One guy gets the pork chop. We all get Caesar Salads with our meals. The food arrives and it all looks good. My steak is cooked as ordered. At least no one at the table ordered their steak well done! Texas Roadhouse is a good choice when trying to please more than you and one other person. Service is friendly and efficient. Here, you order your food, grab a number, and find your own seat for the food to be brought out to you. We sat at a table outside to decide what to order. There were no menus available so we just had to search for it online before heading inside to order. Despite being third in line from the register, we had an extremely long wait to order. There was only one person running the register who also had to make the drinks, meaning the service incredibly slow. We wanted to order the five taco platter, garlic fries, chicken Caesar salad, and mimosa pitcher. Sadly, we were only able to get the pitcher and salad. The cashier told us "sorry, we aren't doing fries right now." Not doing fries? Every plate in the vicinity had fries on them. She said that because it was brunch hour, only food on the brunch menu could be ordered. We looked at the brunch menu again and literally saw garlic fries as an option as a side for the burgers/sandwiches. No where did it specify that you can't order off the other menu and both were available online. What bothered us about this is that we placed this order at around 1:50pm, and brunch ended at 2:00pm. I understand that we are not entitled to things on the lunch menu during brunch-time for items like the tacos, but considering the menu swap was less than 10 minutes away and they were quite literally were "doing fries" at the time, it didn't make much sense to us. The only food that we ended up ordering was the Chicken Caesar Salad. This one dish took a super long time to receive. By the time it was brought out, the three of us nearly finished the Mimosa pitcher. The waitress noticed we had no silverware and said she would go grab us some. Because of how the service had been going thus far, we placed a bet on whether or not the waitress would come back with the silverware. Surprise, surprise. She didn't. We had to go inside later and search for silverware ourselves. We weren't even able to get sharing plates which was upsetting since the waitress asked us if we would be sharing the salad. The salad itself looked delicious, but was bland. The dressing was missing that zing and zest that a Caesar dressing typically has. I do appreciate that is was a chopped salad, had avocado, and seasoned croutons. It is just unfortunate that it was lacking any flavor at all. The food prices are quite affordable for the quantity of food you receive though. This experience was disappointing because I was so optimistic about the place. The menu looked good, it had fun and casual vibes and a cool crowd of people. If Commonwealth worked towards better service practices, it would have been a more positive experience.
