Went on a Saturday afternoon around 2PM. Service was mid to put it gently. Paid $30 for a NY Strip that had absolutely ZERO flavor. For it to be 12 oz pre cooked, it definitely came served around 7 oz. I asked for my asparagus to be grilled so it would be crispy/crunchy, it was 100% soggy/mushy. It's been a while since I've been to Outback came to get a good steak and was not disappointed. Came on a Saturday around 6pm it was semi packed but I got seated quickly and my waiter Aaron answered my questions and had really good energy, the manager also made sure everything was good which was nice. To eat I got the ribeye with loaded backed potato no sour cream and a side Caesar salad . I have no complaints on the food at all the steak was perfectly seasoned and juicy. Do they also give complimentary honey wheat bread , dessert I got the thunder down under brownie tweaked a little bit so so good. I would recommend eating it with someone it was big . read more

Take out and dining in haven't been as good as The Outback standard in the past. Quality isn't there, the servings are smaller and the taste is lacking. Came back again the beginning of November and got the steak and shrimp pasta. It was soooo good. I love that they weren't being chicken shit and charging for extra Alfredo. The blooming onion and dessert was nice treat to honor our veterans. Service was a little slow, yes we were a party of 20 but we were sitting down for 15 minutes before they even took our drink orders. Good family friendly environment. read more

We hadn't been here in a very long time so we thought we would try it today. I know I am a picky steak person. Mine has to be well done. They offer to make it well done so they should know how. First time it came out medium at best. I sent it back then it came back like jerky you couldn't cut it with a knife. The manager that brought it out side you want something to dip it in to make it better... really.... she did offer to have another one made but my husband had almost finished his meal which wasn't the best. We did not have the greatest experience at this lovation. We had to ask numerous people multiple times for food for my toddler since it was way past the time we were supposed to be seated when we were actually given a table. All I asked for was some quick steamed veggies (his favorite) but it took over 20 minutes. Multiple people at our table were missing food and one of the dishes came out with beef instead of chicken and there's no version of it with beef on the menu so it was very strange (they got bumped up to 3 stars bc they made it right and re-made that one). While the hostess had time to text on her phone she could have been cleaning the extremely dirty door windows. The floor under our table was coated with something slippery. My wife and I agree. Tonight was the best meal we have had at outback ever. Usually I find their steaks a little to fatty and have a pile of fat on my plate when done. I hesitantly ordered the 13oz Ribeye and coconut shrimp. The steak and everything cooked to perfection, no fat left over. My wife said her asparagus and steak were the same, perfect. The steak was a little heavy on the seasoning, but that's personal preference, and seemed to be a little heavier on the second half of the steak. I don't know if they have changed where they source their steaks, but I was very impressed with the quality this time around. Our server Clemente was on pointwe never had to ask for a refill and he checked in on us just enough to be available, but not annoying. The food here just isn't good. My steak was so overly salty I couldn't finish it, the coconut shrimp wasn't completely deveined. I bit into one and saw part of the poop vein and spit it out and wouldn't eat any more of them. The bread was good but when they bring you a new loaf they don't bring new butter. I ordered the loaded baked potato with my meal and it was dry. How is a LOADED baked potato dry? Very very skimpy on the toppings. The asparagus was limp and unappetizing. Our waiter hardly checked on us. The restaurant was clean and staff were friendly although inattentive. Filled my husband's water once and never came back. We wanted more butter for the bread but never got to ask. Save the money and go elsewhere. My husband makes much better steaks at home and I can load my potato at home with as much toppings as I want for a fraction of the price.. read more

Host staff did amazing! Seated in Claire section. She did amazing as well. (A big PLUS) She was always checking on us and did a phenomenal job. She handled our request of hot water appropriately and promptly. She also took back our Hair wrapped mushrooms. A BIG MINUS. JD whom had taken care of us previously - came out and apologized for the issue. They also comped our appetizer. (A plus) Ww Food and salad came out hot and tasty! I apparently have gotten into an Outback time warp because in the last two months I've been to three different Outback's a grand total of 6 times and prior to this, in 60 years of life only one time ever. NOTE: it's behind Olive Garden. I apparently have begun to have a standard. I get the lobster with something. As a pescatarian I am not a carnivore, so the lobster is a safe, healthy and low calorie choice. Score. Today I tried the Blue Cheese Pecan Chopped Salad. Oh my word. What a lovely salad. It is described as "chopped style mixed greens with shredded carrots, red cabbage, green onions, cinnamon pecans and Aussie Crunch all tosses with Blue Cheese vinaigrette and topped with Blue Cheese crumbles". Doesn't that sound delightful?! And yes, it was. It was just the right amount of blue cheese to tickle the palette without being overwhelming. Then I got the loaded mashed potatoes. I'm not a potato person but these were good. I had hem hold the bacon bits obviously, but the sour cream, green onions, Monterey Jack and Cheddar Cheese were yum. Oh but the filet I couldn't even cut through so I complained and asked what had changed on this meal? The woman stood there nodding like I was stupid!! Brought me another one and worse, it was just as charred/seared as she put it, and RAW!! I cook for a living plus manage a kitchen for her to treat me like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about!! My husbands prime rib was basically cooked blue but he wouldn't let me say anything!!! So I had a baked potato for my birthday! So back to red lobster it is, but all in all I won't return because of her not the food. She won't last 6 Mon with that attitude titles are earned NOT given!! We were just In (still in the parking lot as I type). We won't be back. It's our third time trying and it still disappoints. My husbands steak had no seasoning. Not even salt. My salmon was over cooked. It tasted like it was reheated. Our service sucked. That I would say is abnormal for this restaurant though. Normally our service is good. Took a small group there for a birthday dinner. The service was friendly and attentive, the salads were ice cold. The steaks were cooked just right. The veggies were not overcooked. And finally they did a really nice dessert plate for the birthday boy. Totally recommend this place for a special occasion dinner. read more
