This is the worst Outback I've ever been too. We went their for my brother in laws birthday. There were 17 people. They sent us one server. The night started out terribly when two drink orders were missed and not rectified after we asked multiple times. The appetizers were brought out in a decent amount of time. That was literally the only bright spot. We then waited over an hour for our salads. Our meals literally came out within two minutes of getting our salads. At this point we were there for a total of an hour and a half. Drinks were rarely refilled, used plates were never removed until we asked. There were several people around that were cleaning tables that never even offered to take something from us. They were too busy looking at woman in the restaurant and horsing around. Completely unprofessional. Another waiter asked how everything was going. I proceeded to let him know that this was the worst Outback experience I've ever had. Told our waitress the same. She proceeded to blame everyone else. However, the things she had control of weren't taken care of either. The manager never once stopped at our table to see how things were going and didn't stop after he had to Comp two meals! One because the ran out of prime rib (let that sink in for a moment) and the second was because the new fried chicken meal they served me looked like a six year old prepared it and left it in the fryer for two days. We frequent our local outback and it is phenomenal. Bloomin Brands should have higher standards for this location. It was pathetic. read more

3 of us went in to dine at the Outback Steakhouse in Sebring last night. From the moment we were seated we had a perfect experience ( does that even happen?) Ashley M was our Server, and excellent. She recommended special cocktails as well as appetizers and was most efficient on taking out orders. Food presentation was great and the food was delicious! I casually mentioned that it was my Friends birthday, very casual and what a nice surprise for the staff to come out singing after our meal. Very nice end to a perfect experience. Second visit, first time they were out of a menu standard, so had to order something else. Waitress said very rare to run out of this item, and it was only 4:30. She was very nice, said would not happen again. Returned again tonight, Jeremy our waiter said they were out of my order again. I had fried chicken which was under main course. It came as two small chicken strips, with mashed potatoes, no gravy on either. Wife had Mahi Mahi which was very small, looked like you would buy at Walmart. Had outback delivered and it was absolute garbage. Blooming onion was mushy and gross. Ordered a full rack of ribs and only got half which tasted terrible. The baked potato was burnt and inedible. It was just all really nasty and disappointing for the price we paid. I do NOT recommend take out from outback. read more

We visited while traveling to Sebring for lunch. The restaurant was quiet and we were quickly seated. It took a couple minutes for waitress to introduce as she was training another staff member. Our food was ordered and delivered hot and fresh. The 3 layer Onion was amazing and the ribs were perfectly seasoned and fall off the bone tender. Four ribs was not enough but perfect for this appetizer. We shared a Cobb Salad with Chicken as our lunch entree. Salad was fresh and had ample chicken. It did appear that the bacon and cheese were a little sparse but enough for lunch indeed. Our service was very good also. We were provided with fresh bread, drink refills, and check at perfect timing along with keeping appetizer until finished and just before the entree. A very good to almost perfect visit. read more

This is usually a pretty good place to go to, but today its really ruining its name. The cheese fries weren't layered as ordered. The were left in the oven too long. The bread was harder than usually. I have been here multiple times, but the bread just was too hard. Again with the fries, my sister ordered fries as a side the fries went too long. Went into this restaurant this afternoon. Had a waitress named Daveta ( so?) she was extremely professional and took excellent care of us. My friend and I both ordered chicken topped with mushrooms, bacon and cheese with veggies. We really wanted potatoes but on keto diets. She insisted our veggies were potatoes and to enjoy them, lol. Our lunch was delicious and drinks were served as asked for. The only thing I noticed it that in our vegetable medley the chicken left the tops and the bottoms in the mixture. Get ready to wait... Outback does have the staff to open the full restaurant or take reservation to manage their client flow. The result is that you arrive and while at least half the restaurant is empty. You can walk past all the open tables enroute to the washroom. Once your seated the food is ok but very salty. When we first moved to the Sebring area, we frequented Outback since we were familiar with the chain's quality. Up until two years ago, the service and food at Sebring were also top notch. That can no longer be said. This evening, a friend took us there. We had to wait twenty-five minutes to be seated yet the place was only a third full. I ordered prime rib medium-well--something which in the past was nicely done but the reason we stopped going there was because a year ago the meat was so under cooked I had to send it back--twice! You're a steakhouse. Learn how to cook steak. This evening was a rerun of that experience although I gave up after sending it back once and ate only a portion of what was given me. The waitress explained that they don't cook to sight but to texture. Where the hell did these "chefs" get their schooling? When the center of the meat is almost raw, it isn't medium to well-done on any planet in this galaxy. Something has gone terribly wrong with this franchise. I don't know if it's a change in management or a change in cooks but this was the absolute last time we'll visit this Outback and we'll be spreading the word. This is pretty much our "go-to" lunch stop when we are in Sebring. In the past year, we've had one glitch (over-cooked meat) and the staff went above and beyond to make things right. (I mean, amazingly nice and concerned.)Their customer service is terrific and the food is always good. (and when it wasn't, they made it right) We are part of their Dine rewards and after 3 qualifying meals ($20 qualifies you not counting booze) we get 1/2 off our next visit. Yesterday (14 MAR 23 @ 3:30PM) my wife and I stopped at the Sebring, FL Outback Steakhouse. After years of enjoying Outback Steakhouse food and good service all over the nation, visiting the Sebring, FL location was a different experience. When our meals were brought to the table, my wife's food was cold; not warm, cold. Quietly we let our server know. The manager came over and took the plate away. Twenty minutes later, my wife's meal wasn't ready, and my meal was cold. We walked up to the front desk and asked for the manager. When the manager came over, my wife and I (both experienced managers) explained the situation and we told him that we were leaving. We were expecting a manger like reaction; however, the young manager did not say a word; nothing. The incident and the interaction with the young manager are clear indications that there is room for improvement at the Sebring, FL restaurant.......starting with the leadership. read more

Horrendous experience. Came to Sebring to surprise my mother with my daughter and grandchildren. We decided to order takeout from Outback. Almost every order was terrible. Called manager and had a reasonable conversation. As a manager myself I understand the struggles in employing quality help. He asked for my information to send me something to make it right as I live in Jacksonville. I asked him instead for my mother to be the recipient. He said he would make sure she had a wonderful dining experience. He promised there would be a $100 credit waiting for her. This seemed reasonable because I had spent over that amount. When my mother made reservations with a couple of her friends for lunch they declined to honor that. Said only my dinner was ruined and they only promised an entrée. The crew took excellent care of us. The porterhouse we ordered had a very small filet side so when we asked about it, we were prepared for a small discount on it. Instead, they let us keep it and gave us a complimentary filet! Everything was absolutely delicious so the extra concern they took to make us happy was an added bonus. Went to Outback Thursday night and ordered Victoria's filet which is usually very good. It was the worst steak I've ever had! I ordered it Medium and it came completely well done and dried out! My husband ordered the same thing and his was cooked perfectly. How does this happen? I took one bite of my steak and could not eat it! My husband gave me a piece of his to eat. Our waitress never asked how our food was nor offered to replace my steak. I should have sent it back but I just left it sitting on my plate. So bad food and bad service that night. My husband and I along with friends went to this restaurant last evening. The picture in the menu of the shrimp and lobster appetizer looked scrumptious so we ordered it. When it arrived I mentioned that the portion size for 10.95 appeared to be much different in the menu picture the waitress responded oh I haven't seen the picture. Well we began searching thru the tiny shrimp for the most desired lobster. To our dismay there were NONE!! The shrimp and the sauce was however delicious but we would not order this again as we felt we were very mislead. Next, we had the wedge salad Now that was huge and delicious!!!! Then the meal. My April grilled chicken had one mushroom, bacon, cheese and undetected mustard honey sauce and that was dry. My husband had steak and lobster. The lobster tail was tiny tiny and the steak was tough. This check was not a small one with added drinks etc but what we received was certainly not what we paid for. It would definately be some time before we would return to this location. read more

HORRIBLE service!!!!!!! The server lost my credit card and left me waiting for over 45 min. - no explanation what so ever from the server. I finally asked for a manager and he reluctantly came over with no words of encouragement. He simply said "we are looking for your card" then disappeared for another 20 min. I understand mistakes happen but someone should have stepped up to explain the situation. They finally found my card and brought over my bill. Great steakhouse, great service we did not wait long at all to be served. I hate a business that walks all over you and does not even seem to notice that your there. This place makes it know to you and they see you and welcome you in! I like that. Food was quick to come, hot food hot cold food cold, glasses stayed filled dishes cleared out of the way at proper times and only after being asked, great menu choices nice place to take the kids or the grandparents geared to meet all age group needs.
