Upscale pizza place by the slice or whole. Convenient location and aesthetically appealing crowd. Staff couldn't be nicer and the bottles of water are much appreciated. Recommend.

A very tasty slice indeed. First visit to this spot and it hit the spot. Thin crust and tasty cheese and sauce what's bit to like. A bit pricy but it is Westport.

This place was very busy on a Friday night. It only has a few tables but most of the business is takeout. Because of the takeout business it was loud and not very relaxing to dine in. You must order at the counter and pay before getting your food. They have small soda fridge with some soda, water and fruit drinks/tea. We ordered a large pie with mushrooms and extra sauce. The pie came out pretty quickly. It looked good and had fresh mushrooms which is key. Canned mushrooms are the worst on pizza. There was plenty of sauce and cheese and had a very thin crust. But because of the extra sauce and water from the mushrooms the crust was soggy towards the middle. It just didn't hold up. The overall flavor wasn't bad but I finished unsatisfied. I was hoping that this would be my new go to pizza place but it wasn't.

I'm from Brooklyn and having pizza outside of NYC scares me. But I heard really good things about this place so I tried it for a snack after a night at the playhouse. This pizza was good. Thin crust. Tasty sauce. Generous with the cheese. Very clean place. Simple and modern decor. Owner was super nice as was the staff. I'll be back!

Wow! So we decided to try them as they're rather new to the area and we pass them by almost daily. The pizza is delicious! Check the photos. The Hot Oil pizza, which I like to get at Colony Grill, is so good. The woman working the phone was super friendly and when we came to pick it up was inviting. No idea what the bad reviews are talking about, perhaps they're the competition lol. Will be ordering again 10/10

Skinny Pines aims to keep its pies as local as possible, buying all its produce and many of their key ingredients from farms in Connecticut and New York. In fact, Borofsky and his truck are headquartered in Easton, just less than five miles from Sport Hill Farm, where they are regular customers. The dough is made from hard red winter wheat, a 100% whole wheat grain milled to 00, sourced from Wild Hive Farm and Bakery in Clinton Corners, New York. The dough itself is treated to a 12-hour cold fermentation before it's left to rise for its weekly market appearance. This whole wheat dough is used on each and every Skinny Pines pie. The combination of finely ground 00 whole wheat flour and the wood-fired oven creates a light and airy crust, with just a hint of pleasant nuttiness. The Bianca is my recent pie pick, a white kalamata olive and rosemary pizza. Borofsky's toppings change seasonally, so check back often for his seasonal pie offerings and call ahead for their location. We had an event planned yesterday, 5/6/21 for our employees; 55 people were expecting a pizza truck lunch. Several groups of bread, olive oil and olives placed on our large table were evenly distributed so there was not a lot of passing around. The salad was lightly dressed, flavorful and nicely complimented with thin slices of parmesean cheese. The food is as close to homemade as you can imagine. The eggplant parm was not heavy and delicious. The pasta primavera was a favorite among many. Lots of veggies with a delicate cream sauce. My sister and I had the Parpardelle. So delicious! Not a heavy meat sauce but rather small pieces of thin sausage complimented with hearty mushrooms and peas. The parpardelle was a wide very thin pasta making this dish extra delicious. We had our party of 13 guests in the rear private room which is behind a lovely iron gated archway The decor is so inviting. This was our second year having our gathering at via Sforza. Our plan had always been to have a different restaurant each year as in the past. However, everyone in attendance requested we not change the venue. It's been a wonderful find! Thank you Gianni for your attention to detail and making this event so special!

We had a 6:30PM Saturday reservation, and we sat in the outside portion of the restaurant; complete with roof, walls and a nice breeze. Menu is a lot of pasta, chicken, pizza, some apps, plus specials. We ordered fairly quickly. Clams Casino & Maldani Pizza for Apps. Risotto, Lasagna and 2 Pasta Dishes for mains. We noticed a band was tuning up, which I wasn't thrilled about. The apps arrived before the music started, and while the Pizza was pretty good, their version of Clams Casino was not. More like baked or stuffed clams with a huge chunk of bacon on top, that dominated the entire flavor of the clam. While waiting for about 40 minutes for the entree, the band kicked into high gear. What started off with some Italian Classics, quickly turned into a loud, bad wedding band. "Brown Eyed Girl" by Van Morrison, stopped all conversation at the table. All we could do was wait for dinner, and laugh at the ridiculousness. The Lasagna was good, but the rest of the meal was not. Linguini and Clams was way too salty, Risotto was dry and just not good. My Pappardelle il Forno was disappointing. Overcooked pasta, and a strange sauce for almost $30.00. The desserts were the star, coffee was good and our servers were nice. But a bill of about $300.00, {after tip and tax} is totally unjustifisble. Also, we noticed that during dinner, a breeze would bring the stench of either the dumpster or a dead animal on the property, to our noses. A perfect omen. This place needs to lose the band, fire the cooks, and revamp. It was pretty awful. Maybe at one time this place was really good, but that time has long passed....
