I had to work the next day but my fiance was there to work with Baldo. Again, the work was done timely, properly and efficient. I read some of the comments below and what people fail to realize is that this is not a commercial company. This is a handyman service, not Roter Rooter. He has a small staff yes, but they do great, reliable work. As far as the cost, I believe the prices are fair for the services. Who wouldn't pay for a job well done? We discussed the problem and agreed to meet first thing on Monday morning. I contacted him later via text and sent him pictures of the valve and he knew exactly what the diagnosis was on and how to complete the work plan. He showed up the next morning and my wife provided access to the backyard and garage. He went to work diligently. We knew our main water box had been covered up due to a landscaping upgrade to the front yard and he couldn't turn off the main inlet. He had proposed a solution and scope of work, and we agreed upon the cost to complete that objective. He removed the rocks covering the landscaping and cleaned up the work, which was a considerable amount of extra work. He replaced the valve, tested the system and cleaned up the area. I can't speak to this because I didn't hire Keefe to drive, nor have I see him drive. But I witnessed the quality of his work and my interactions with him during this process, and he was fantastic in all aspects. I hired Keefe to install a gas line in my fireplace. Actually he had to move an existing line for a log starter that was in the wrong place for a gas insert. Not only is the externally visible piping less conspicuous than the original pipe he replaced, but he did a surprisingly good job patching the hole for the old pipe. He went out of his way to avoid making a mess inside my house and did a great job cleaning up. While it seems unlikely I'll need another gas line plumber anytime soon, I would not hesitate to hire him again. 5 stars!
