During my next visit, the manager Danielle personally came to our table to apologize, take accountability, and ensure that we felt valued as longtime customers. Her professionalism, genuine concern, and willingness to address the issue spoke volumes about her leadership and dedication to customer service. Situations can happen anywhere, but great management is what makes the difference, and she handled it exceptionally well. I would also like to give a special shoutout to our favorite waitress, Ashley. She has always been amazing, attentive, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of.
