The grout and caulking job was substandard. This project was slated to be 3-4 days. It went 5 days…read more Almost every day the installers would not show up until 1130a-1200p. They would leave around 630p-700p. Late the first day after the promised arrival time. I was assured that the late arrival would NOT affect the installation time. I realize baseboards are made of thin material but when they were reinstalled...well, pictures tell the tale. Probably looking at replacing several runs of baseboard. Several locations on the shower tile have caulk and grout which have a sloppy and uneven bead. The shower water handle escutcheon was caulked. The shower head water pipe escutcheon? Nope! One location has a large (at least 1/2 inch) patch of grout or sanded caulk between the shower tile and a molding on a pony wall. There was NO gap at that location prior to the project. This project cost more than $5,000. Parts of it look horrible. Had my wife in tears. Now we have repairs to make. Worst part is...we used them for a kitchen tile backsplash and laundry room floor tile installations. Both of those projects turned out wonderfully. What happened??? After this bathroom project, never again. I'll gladly go elsewhere. Update- 4/2/24. After posting the original review, my wife received a call the following day (at 8:15 am) from the company. They learned that we weren't pleased with this poor job. They stated they would contact us to make a plan. Timetable as follows: 3/12 - Eddie from fulfillment called to discuss job. 3/14-three reps from Company came to our home. They personally looked at the work and my wife stated that body language and facial expressions spoke volumes. They were not impressed either. Stated it was "not to their standards" and stated someone would come out to complete job properly. On 3/19, we were called and told that they were having a meeting about this. They called again 3 days later saying that someone would be out to measure to make sure enough is ordered a rep came out and measured. On 4/2 (2 weeks after they observed the job) we hadn't heard anything. My wife called AGAIN ( they never reach out to us. We have to call them when there's no action). She asked them for an update regarding what's going on. She was told that they had to wait for paperwork related to the cost so we wouldn't be billed. Why is their screw up delaying this correction??? They stated that it could be 4/22 before they come out to correct the job. That's three weeks from the time of this update. . Basically we're out of the use of the bathroom for over two months. For a "3-4 day job". They stated in their response to my review that they would deal with it "promptly". Two months is prompt?????? This company has shown HORRIBLE customer service to us. Stay away at all costs. If they did this to us, they can do it to you.

I was after getting a small project accomplished...a 9 x 11 master closet changed from carpet to wood look tile. My carpet is 18 years old and bunched up. But they apparently don't want my business because they asked me to send pics of what I had in mind because they wouldn't let me look at the selection for very long. They seemed as if they were too busy and put out to help a new customer since they were working on removing and returning the sampled inventory. This was a Monday and she said they'd be out to measure on Tuesday or the latest Wednesday and that was 4 weeks ago. I think it's they just don't want to do small jobs and weren't honest about it. But I always do small jobs to test the waters and evaluate their work first like I did with my granite countertops, before scheduling a much larger job. If they did great, I'd have gotten the rest of the carpet out of here. I cannot attest to their work because they don't want my business. Customer service has really taken a dive since Covid. Shame too, we like to use local small businesses.

We did a major whole-house renovation with Simmons (over the Christmas holiday and while we were living in the house), tearing down/adding walls, changing the trim, ripping out old dark tile and brown shag carpet and replacing with beautiful white oak hardwoods and lovely light carpet. The flooring installation was impeccable. We also had the interior of our home painted from floor to ceiling, added a secret bookcase door, and the Simmons team renovated a useless sunken second family room into a private suite complete with a kitchen. I cannot say enough about how thankful I am that I found Simmons, and working with Jose was an absolute pleasure. Our house went from VERY dark and terribly dreary to light, bright, and beautiful! At the time, I was at Walmart, planning to return by 10 AM, and my parents, who don't speak English, were at home. My dad called me and spoke to the technician, who confirmed that the price would be $99 + tax for deep cleaning of two bedrooms, to be paid in cash. I told him I would be back in 15 minutes with the cash ready. When I arrived home, the technician was gone. I immediately called him, and he was rude and yelled at me, questioning why no one at my house spoke English. My dad had only said "no English" because he couldn't communicate. After the technician left, my dad locked the door, which anyone would do after seeing someone leave. If the technician needed help, he could have easily rung the doorbell. The worst part was when he told me he wouldn't come back for the original price and demanded $136 + tax instead. It was clear he tried to take advantage of the fact that March 31st was our last day in the rental, and we needed to have the carpet cleaned by that date. His behavior was dishonest, manipulative, and completely unprofessional. He showed no respect or basic decency. I would never recommend this service to anyone. His actions were unprofessional, dishonest, and racially insensitive. Avoid this business at all costs.

I called Larry and he scheduled me ASAP, told me he'd be able to be at my place by noon but ended up texting me he was able to come earlier which helped me out a ton with my busy day. Him and his partner were in and out within the hour and did such an incredible job. My carpet looks and smells amazing now! I will definitely be hiring them again when my animals do what they do again haha. Not all the carpet they did is shown in the pictures, just the main areas and total cost with tax was $205 and I will gladly pay that again if need be.
