He was on time and provided a quote based off of our final selection. Two guest bedrooms and the master were to be converted from carpet to laminate wood flooring at our house in Princeton, TX. On the day of the install, the head installer (Baltazar) showed up on time. It took him two days to complete the job. Couldn't be happier! Very friendly and professional! Our 83 year old home has original Saltillo Tiles which I don't think have ever been restored since…read morethey were installed. Due to the porosity of clay tile, it can very easily be ruined by the wrong type of cleaning and sealant application. It's a job for professionals. And folks who specialize in this type of tile are hard to find. I found Tyler and his company, Seal Systems through Yelp and called them for an estimate. I was pleased to learn this is ALL they do. They specialize in natural clay tile restoration. Tyler's dad even created a proprietary cleaning solution to address the potential issues of stripping off old sealer. On Day 1, they showed up and stripped the tile on their hands and knees. No machines, just two guys working their a$$es off. On Day 2, the sealant went down, four coats in total (I believe) were spread. (I prefer the high-gloss Saltillo). The tile looks gorgeous. The patina is still there but the whole room has a new life. I love the way it turned out - 100% exceeded my expectations (because old tile restoration can be hit or miss.) If you have clay tile that needs some TLC - hire these guys. They are professional, responsible, dependable, and know what the heck they're doing. Also - family owned business...that's a good thing.

I was after getting a small project accomplished...a 9 x 11 master closet changed from carpet to wood look tile. My carpet is 18 years old and bunched up. But they apparently don't want my business because they asked me to send pics of what I had in mind because they wouldn't let me look at the selection for very long. They seemed as if they were too busy and put out to help a new customer since they were working on removing and returning the sampled inventory. This was a Monday and she said they'd be out to measure on Tuesday or the latest Wednesday and that was 4 weeks ago. I think it's they just don't want to do small jobs and weren't honest about it. But I always do small jobs to test the waters and evaluate their work first like I did with my granite countertops, before scheduling a much larger job. If they did great, I'd have gotten the rest of the carpet out of here. I cannot attest to their work because they don't want my business. Customer service has really taken a dive since Covid. Shame too, we like to use local small businesses.

Six days later, zero follow up, no samples, no quotes. Highly recommend staying away from this unprofessional company.

We made an appointment to see my house and get an estimate , he never showed up, or called to cancel or apologized for not making the appointment we set and wasting my time . If he is this unreliable for a sales call, he won't be reliable enough to show up and finish the job. His response shows how unprofessional and unreliable he is . He could not reach out to me until I gave him a negative review. He had 4 days to tell me he had an emergency and couldn't show up. Only response was because of a bad review. Beware all .

With the exception of a materials delay, he met the initial timeframe on one and, due to the materials, finished the second only two days after timeframe but we were aware and okay with the extra time. Most days someone was here by 8 am. They worked most of the day, focused on details, and cleaned up before they left each day. Erick was always accessible answering or returning most calls within an hour. We agreed on a budget for both projects, we paid him as milestones were met, and his estimates were reasonable. We did supply sinks, tubs, faucets and tiles. All in all, we were very happy with our results. We would hire him again.

He took out the cheap materials the other tile contractor was attempting to get past us (and would have if we hadn't found Chad) and replaced everything with quality materials and extra steps to make sure we didn't have problems with the shower in the future. We couldn't be more satisfied. He helped us with decisions and made the new custom shower look beautiful. Never a mess, never a problem, never a worry. He did a great job at a reasonable rate and we highly recommend him if you need any tile work done. We are about to remodel another master bathroom in our other home and we won't look for anyone else. Chad Weaver is the guy to call!
